Fresh off another victory lap last week, Obamacare supporters awoke last Friday to the news that the government had given nearly one million exchange enrollees incorrect tax forms that could significantly affect their tax returns. 800,000 enrollees in the federal exchange and roughly 100,000 in California were given the wrong forms, called 1095-As, which provide a monthly account of the premium subsidies exchange enrollees receive.

And now that Secretary Clinton is on the cusp of announcing her 2016 run for the presidency, it is very interesting that the New York Times decides to break the Hillary email story, and create this "scandale du jour." The silence, until just recently from Secretary Clinton, about her emails and her apparent defiance of the federal records laws shows either hubris or incompetence. Her tweet, "I want the public to see my email" rings hollow, with a slight hint of bubbling desperation.

But does Hillary really understand that this smoldering scandal is not like the others, that 2015 is not the heyday of the 1990s? Sent to diplomatic and consular staff in June 2011, the unclassified cable, bearing Clinton's electronic signature, made clear to employees they were expected to "avoid conducting official Department business from your personal e-mail accounts." The message also said employees should not "auto-forward Department email to personal email accounts which is prohibited by Department policy.”

Since Mrs. Clinton did not even have an official email account, obviously she was using personal email in violation of the policy. Her cable cited specifics:

I brought this up at dinner with white friends. I wonder how white America is dealing with the Left relentlessly trashing all things white? When will it reach a tipping point? My friends laughed, “Oh my gosh, Lloyd is becoming David Duke (white nationalist, former Grand Wizard of the KKK).” My friends were having a little fun with me. But one does have to wonder when whites begin saying, “Enough!”

Before I continue, I am not advocating nor predicting a race war or any such nonsense. I am simply saying how long can you beat up on people without some kind of backlash; whites turning a deaf ear to the Left's rhetoric?

Excerpt from a white female vet's email with 27 years of service:

“I find myself resentful and angry at the way White America is being abandoned and persecuted. Being a Government employee and a military reservist, I've been subjected to many of the government "diversity" classes and the "Whatever-American" celebration months with increasing resentment.

In these classes, EVERY ethnicity is discussed... except white people. In fact, when questioned by attendees as to why there are no Gov't programs of any kind for white people, the instructors become a little annoyed and snap back that "they don't need them". This is when I decided that I no longer needed to attend these silly classes. I figure I'll use the good sense that God gave me to determine the character of an individual...not the ridiculous Gov't training class!!”

My response is right on sister. Praise God!

Perhaps my lack of tolerance of bullies is due to my early childhood years living in the projects of east Baltimore. I detest watching bullies get away with pushing people around. This is exactly what I am witnessing in regards to the Left's war on my fellow Americans who are white.

A WMD of the Left's assault is the hate and violence generating lie that white men, particularly police, routinely murder young black males. When you teach black youths that criticizing the president is racist, that Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown were murdered by whites, that black flash mob attacks, the knockout game, polar bearing hunting, and assassinations of police are to be expected.

It is up to good folks like you and me to push back against the evil racial hate coming from the Left. So, what do I mean when I say “push back”. Once again allow me to make myself perfectly clear. I am not advocating violence or any such nonsense. I am advocating courage and doing the right thing.

For example: When little Buffy comes home from school in tears, feeling guilty for being white, her parents should overwhelm the school board and all the powers that be with calls, emails, and visits. As I said, I am not advocating any craziness, but simply standing up to the Left, not allowing them to victimize your child. This is how you deal with bullies.

During a radio interview, the host had a cow when I said white police do not murder blacks. I thought, “Fine, kick me off your stupid show. I refuse to allow that evil political narrative to stand; going unchallenged.”

The insidious reasoning behind the Left's purposeful generation of racial hate is political. In a nutshell, the Left seeks to sell blacks the lie that America is eternally racist, structured to make blacks fail. Vote for Democrats to keep racist rich white Republicans at bay, transform our racist system and make everything fair. I know folks, their narrative is untrue and so evil.

Lying to the American people comes easy to the left. The Left considers the sabotage of national race relations acceptable collateral damage to recruit minority voters.

Folks, we are engaged in a battle of good vs evil. It is my prayer that God gives you the grace, strength, wisdom and courage to push back against the Left's evil. No one in our great nation should be bullied, made to be ashamed of their race. The Left's war on white America must not be tolerated.

The Left now wants to label food according to how much it causes global warming. Really.

The nation’s top nutritional panel is recommending for the first time that Americans consider the impact on the environment when they are choosing what to eat, a move that defied a warning from Congress and, if enacted, could discourage people from eating red meat. The panel’s findings, issued Thursday in the form of a 571-page report, recommended that Americans be kinder to the environment by eating more foods derived from plants and fewer foods that come from animals. Red meat is deemed particularly harmful because of, among other things, the amount of land and feed required in its production.

Many scientists [many being the ones the Washington Post chose to talk to, if they chose to talk to any at all] say animal-based foods are a poorer choice for the environment because they are associated with significantly larger carbon emissions than their plant-based counterparts. Miriam Nelson, a professor at Tufts University and one of the committee’s members, said the panel is not saying that people should become vegans.

Carbon emissions? Why should we care about carbon emissions, unless we believe in global warming? But global warming has been discredited--temperature readings have been found to be falsified, temperatures haven't risen in 17 years, and man-made carbon dioxide is insignificant compared to naturally produced CO2 in the environment.

“We are saying that people need to eat less meat,” Nelson said. “We need to start thinking about what’s sustainable. .?.?. Other countries have already started doing this — including sustainability in their recommendations. We should be doing it, too.”

Thanks Miriam. So when we're preparing dinner, we should be reading the labeling on our meat thinking, "Hm, how many global warming calories will I be eating today?" Note that unlike eating only for yourself, where if you eat a lot, you get fat, when it comes to global warming calories, you can eat as much as you like and the Earth will not be affected, as long as every one else around you is on a diet. (If global warming were really happening, which it isn't.)

The Big Lie: 5.6% Unemployment

Here's something that many Americans -- including some of the smartest and most educated among us -- don't know: The official unemployment rate, as reported by the U.S. Department of Labor, is extremely misleading.

Right now, we're hearing much celebrating from the media, the White House and Wall Street about how unemployment is "down" to 5.6%. The cheerleading for this number is deafening. The media loves a comeback story, the White House wants to score political points and Wall Street would like you to stay in the market.

None of them will tell you this: If you, a family member or anyone is unemployed and has subsequently given up on finding a job -- if you are so hopelessly out of work that you've stopped looking over the past four weeks -- the Department of Labor doesn't count you as unemployed. That's right. While you are as unemployed as one can possibly be, and tragically may never find work again, you are not counted in the figure we see relentlessly in the news -- currently 5.6%. Right now, as many as 30 million Americans are either out of work or severely underemployed. Trust me, the vast majority of them aren't throwing parties to toast "falling" unemployment.

There's another reason why the official rate is misleading. Say you're an out-of-work engineer or healthcare worker or construction worker or retail manager: If you perform a minimum of one hour of work in a week and are paid at least $20 -- maybe someone pays you to mow their lawn -- you're not officially counted as unemployed in the much-reported 5.6%. Few Americans know this.

Yet another figure of importance that doesn't get much press: those working part time but wanting full-time work. If you have a degree in chemistry or math and are working 10 hours part time because it is all you can find -- in other words, you are severely underemployed -- the government doesn't count you in the 5.6%. Few Americans know this.

There's no other way to say this. The official unemployment rate, which cruelly overlooks the suffering of the long-term and often permanently unemployed as well as the depressingly underemployed, amounts to a Big Lie.

And it's a lie that has consequences, because the great American dream is to have a good job, and in recent years, America has failed to deliver that dream more than it has at any time in recent memory. A good job is an individual's primary identity, their very self-worth, their dignity -- it establishes the relationship they have with their friends, community and country. When we fail to deliver a good job that fits a citizen's talents, training and experience, we are failing the great American dream.

Gallup defines a good job as 30+ hours per week for an organization that provides a regular paycheck. Right now, the U.S. is delivering at a staggeringly low rate of 44%, which is the number of full-time jobs as a percent of the adult population, 18 years and older. We need that to be 50% and a bare minimum of 10 million new, good jobs to replenish America's middle class.

I hear all the time that "unemployment is greatly reduced, but the people aren't feeling it." When the media, talking heads, the White House and Wall Street start reporting the truth -- the percent of Americans in good jobs; jobs that are full time and real -- then we will quit wondering why Americans aren't "feeling" something that doesn't remotely reflect the reality in their lives. And we will also quit wondering what hollowed out the middle class.

Three high-ranking Iranian officers were just caught in a planning meeting with three Hezb'allah terrorist leaders, on the Syrian border just north of Israel. The Israelis caught wind of the meeting and bombed them to smithereens. Now the mullahcracy are boiling over with rage, but they are still afraid of Israel's nuclear arms and effective military. That is the role the United States should be playing: keeping a clear moral compass and destroying mass-murdering barbarians in a true alliance of civilized peoples. Millions of Muslims will rise up against their terror masters as soon as the United States signals a recovery of its moral center.

But if you look at the map, you can see the real strategic targets of the Iranians, now with Obama's collusion. Iran's real target is the two holy cities of Mecca and Medina. Those were Ayatollah Khomeini's real target when he tried to stir up a rebellion against the Saudis during the Hajj, when Iranian pilgrims attacked the Saudis forty years ago. The Islamic "Republic" is a war theocracy, and its aims are always conquest of the infidels and the apostates. To Iran, Saudi Arabia is worse than Israel and the West, since the Sunni Muslims abandoned the true way of Allah.

What is emerging today is a ferocious Shi'a-Sunni civil war, with Israel taking the side of Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Obama is supporting truly evil forces, those who kill women and children for the fun of it, like Boko Haram, the Islamofascist monsters who are now trying to conquer Nigeria.

The Iranians now surround Israel on two of three sides, and ISIS is attacking in the Sinai Desert. But if you look at the map, you can see the real strategic targets of the Iranians, now with Obama's collusion. Iran's real target is the two holy cities of Mecca and Medina. Those were Ayatollah Khomeini's real target when he tried to stir up a rebellion against the Saudis during the Hajj, when Iranian pilgrims attacked the Saudis forty years ago. The Islamic "Republic" is a war theocracy, and its aims are always conquest of the infidels and the apostates. To Iran, Saudi Arabia is worse than Israel and the West, since the Sunni Muslims abandoned the true way of Allah.

(Naturally, ISIS and the Saudis say the same thing about the Iranians.)

So even Israel and America are only secondary targets. Each half of the Muslim world considers the other half to be betraying Allah. Once the Iranians control Mecca and Medina, they believe that all Muslims will fall under their control.

From the actions of this administration, Obama agrees with them.

Report: Federal Government Issued Nearly 5.5 Million Work Permits to Foreign Nationals Since 2009

More than 5.46 million foreign nationals have received work permits from the federal government since 2009, according to a new report from the Center for Immigration Studies. Data uncovered from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services agency reveal that approximately 982,000 work permits were given to illegal immigrants and other foreign nationals unqualified for admission, most of whom crossed the border without inspection. USCIS is the agency within the Department of Homeland Security responsible for issuing work permits and processing applications related to President Obama’s executive action on immigration. On Tuesday, the Senate is scheduled to vote on a bill that funds DHS, while blocking funding that would allow USCIS to implement the president’s executive action.

The remarkable number of work permits granted by the federal government to law-breaking aliens better explains how all net jobs growth since 2007 has gone to immigrants. The government issued approximately 1.7 million work permits since 2009 to aliens whose status was not known, not recorded, or not disclosed by USCIS, according to the report. The report says employment is not authorized by law for approximately 1.2 million immigrants who collected work permits while having a temporary visa status. And the data show that approximately 1,200 new work permits went to unlawful entrants who were denied asylum, were suspected of using fraudulent documentation, were stowaways, or were refused at a port of entry.

Approximately 1.1 million legal immigrants and 700,000 guest workers enter the country every year along with the millions of foreign nationals that have received work permits from the federal government, according to a statement from CIS. “I was astonished at the huge number of work permits that are being issued by the Obama administration outside the legal immigration system through executive discretion, especially at a time of high unemployment and stagnant wages,” said Jessica Vaughan the director of policy studies at CIS in a statement. “Besides the effect on the American worker, it encourages and rewards more illegal immigration.

Pelosi Appoints a Race-Baiting Muslim to a National Security Committee

Nancy Pelosi has appointed Muslim Congressman Andre Carson(D-IN) to the House’s Permanent Select Committee just a week after Islamic terrorists slaughtered 17 people in Paris. Carson has familial ties to Louis Farrakhan, hates the Tea Party, and sees U.S. schools as ripe for Islamic indoctrination.

In 2007, Andre Carson tried to distance himself from the anti-Semitic Nation of Islam leader in order to secure his grandmother's congressional seat. The late Julia Carson and Farrakhan, according to the Indy Star, went "way back." Carson's wife even said Farrakhan was with Julia the night Andre was born.

Before she died in December, 2007 Congresswoman Julia Carson's requested Farrakhan speak at her funeral service.

Wishing to honor his grandmother's dying wish to have Farrakhan say a few words over her casket, Carson sought guidance from Imam Muhammad Siddeeq of the Al Nurah Islamic Center in Indianapolis. Siddeeq said Andre needed to make a “choice between following Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam, with its street credibility on social matters but record of divisiveness, or more universal Islamic teachings that promote tolerance. At crunch time, Siddeeq said, Carson chose tolerance.”

When Farrakhan not only showed up but tacitly endorsed Andre Carson for Congress, stating "[Julia] wants [Andre] to succeed her, “Carson had to quickly meet with various Jewish groups to insist he was not a "Louis Farrakhan Muslim."

Carson's "crunch time tolerance" was short-lived and just long enough to secure his victory in a March, 2008 special election.

In 2010, true to form, Carson accused anti-Obamacare protesters of calling him and other lawmakers the 'N'-word at a Capitol Hill rally. Not one video surfaced of anybody shouting a racial slur at the Congressman. Conclusion? Carson, now privy to classified information, is a liar.

At a 2011 Congressional Black Caucus job fair Carson told the audience "some of them in Congress right now of this Tea Party would love to see you and me ...hanging on a tree."

Sounds like a "Farrakhan Muslim" to me.

In 2012 at an Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) convention Carson suggested American schools should be modeled after madrassas "where the foundation is the Quran."

Incidentally, Carson's wife, Mariama Shaheed-Carson received a $250,000 Mind Trust award recently to start her own charter school in Indianapolis. Since both believe "the Muslim family is under attack" in America there's little doubt that taking "American education to the next level" involves sharia.

Carson also spoke at the May 2014 “Activism in Islam: Be Engaged” ICNA conference in Baltimore. Four years after his slurs against the Tea Party, Carson told the 2014 ICNA audience members "in 2010 we saw a vote the bums out movement... and Americans voted the bums out and brought in lunatics." After the IRS targeted Tea Party groups, this kind of rhetoric is further proof Carson doesn’t belong in Congress, much less on an Intelligence Committee.

In the same video Carson says we need more Muslims in the Cabinet. If 20,000 Muslims, out of 8 million in America, gave $100, the $2 million would help install Muslim representatives who "could push back on anti-sharia legislation." One of the most important issues, says Carson, is that “law enforcement continues to spy on our communities." With the support of CAIR, ISNA and ICNA, Carson wants activist groups to act as ‘incubators” in order to develop the next Nancy Pelosis, Keith Ellisons and Barack Obamas.

This is so profoundly ignorant and counterfactual that it suggests he has never read the Koran before speaking out on its contents.

And we have enjoyed significant success in enlisting leaders in the Muslim community, like I said, both in the United States and around the world to condemn that kind of messaging, to condemn those efforts to radicalize individuals, and to be clear about what the tenets of Islam actually are. And we’re going to redouble those efforts in the days and weeks ahead.

How many jihadists (or, for that matter, how many Muslims) will be persuaded about the tenets of their religion by a White House effort?

Why haven’t Earnest or his boss spoken up in praise of Egyptian president Sisi, who has laid on the line to his people the necessity of modernizing Islam? Pretending that Koranic and other scriptural imperatives to violence don’t exist is futile. The argument has to be made that they are self-defeating.

Young Americans extra-miserable under Obama

Buyer's remorse among America's Obama-supporting youth? One would hope so.

Young America's Foundation released its latest Youth Misery Index – a compilation of what the organization considers the three most important statistics to determine how young people in the United States are doing. Those stats are youth unemployment (18.1%), average graduating debt ($30,000), and national debt per capita ($58,400). YAF calls these numbers, respectively, "one of the highest levels since World War II," "record-breaking," and "the highest ever."

Put them all together, and you get a Youth Misery Index of 106.5.

I corresponded with YAF's Ashley Pratte on the significance of the numbers. Per Pratte, "this isn't the hope and change that America wanted – especially its young people." When I asked her about the youth's stereotypical support of Democratic policies, she suggested that Millennials are starting to turn around, at least on the current government: "today, Millennials are disenchanted with the Obama administration and are jaded in regard to the federal government. Young America's Foundation polling shows that 60% of young people disagree with federal government intrusion in our daily lives."

Pratte was unequivocal about where America's youth's woes are coming from. "We attribute the disproportionate amount of unemployed Millennials to Obama's massive expansion of the federal government. This administration has tried to create a permanent dependent class out of this generation – hoping they will seek the government as the solution to their problems."

As a Millennial myself, I'll drop a personal anecdote here. Shortly after I graduated from college in New York City, I met a man ("a guy" seems more appropriate) my age who was between jobs. Though he had found enough part-time work to support himself, he decided to apply for federal benefits anyway. He figured that as long as he qualified, he might as well seek out the extra cash, hipsters on food stamps-style. He knew as well as I did that taxes from my paycheck would bankroll his new income stream.

"Clearly," Pratte says, "we are a very pro-limited government generation, and that message is resonating loud and clear." Hopefully she's right, and the guy I knew can now be considered an outlier. Hopefully most of America's young people have Paul Ryan's image of the unemployed twenty-something moving back to his childhood bedroom, complete with Obama poster on the wall, stuck powerfully in their heads. 2 pages of Obamacare tax instructions, IRS demands 'shared responsibility payment'

The complicated process of signing up for Obamacare is now being matched by IRS instructions to help Americans figure out how much in healthcare taxes they owe Uncle Sam.

The agency has issued 21 pages of instructions, complete with links to at least three long forms and nine tip sheets.

It is geared to those who have Obamacare or who owe a fine, dubbed “shared responsibility payment,” for refusing to get health insurance. The IRS warned that everybody must have health insurance or pay the tax.
