I agree. Just don't see it happening this week.
Next week would be nice though. The days are adding up.
Personally, I would love to have Willy start jumping in and posting on our board!
Hal is the reason I found out about SFPS! And my gut instinct is that we continue to have a potential major winner in SFPS. I'm digging in and waiting for the news to flow in.
GLTA
Start dropping by here to share your thoughts on SFPS!!! Whitewolf and I are attempting to bring this board back to life.
IMO Until we get the news, loser daytraders are going to keep knocking this back down, taking away any momentum we might have.
Pure greed with no patience or vision.
I hope I'm wrong, because a strong run up could be a very good sign for us.
Look like we had a little selling today? More volume than yesterday, that's for sure.
GLTA
I would rather see a PR after market close.
Wouldn't that be a nice gesture on their part? Just release it, kids!
I have no problem with either stock through E*Trade.
Who are you with?
I updated most recent PR in the ibox. It now includes Jilbert's number, which was provided on the PR.
Thanks for the heads up, Spyrodog! I thought that I had copied the entire PR.
No problem, Chris.
I have read all of your posts and believe me, I sincerely appreciate your efforts on our behalf. Without them, we would really be in the dark.
And though I don't know Corr, he doesn't strike me as the dishonest type at all. He definitely seems sincere in his desire to make this thing work.
I think everyone agrees that it would be nice to have more significant results after such a long time. However, I'm willing to wait it out. Things do seem to be moving more than they have in the past.
GLTA
Yes, Chris. I agree with you. But you must admit that they have had plenty of time, right? You're talking as if Corr took over the helm last month.
They have had plenty of time (years now), more than enough to make things happen. It's nice to see things taking a turn for the better, but it's also important to keep things in perspective. Personally, I welcome honest criticism (not bashing) because it keeps me (at least) grounded.
I welcome today's news, but it was just a PR. Still not a lot of teeth. And until we hear otherwise, we should remain extremely wary but optimistic IMO
OT How in the heck did you read that he SOLD GBDX?!?!
I get the newsletter and what I interpreted was that he will buy more SFPS AFTER the GBDX takeover news hits! And he hopes that SFPS stays at .0065 because it's such a good buying opp in his opinion. I don't know how you could read it any other way! It's poorly written but in no way does that suggest that any GBDX was sold whatsoever!
Unless you have other motives?
Honda appears to be right on this one IMO
This sounds good to me. Keep the news coming, SFPS.
Now shoot us some audited financial statements!
Ela TAKI,
I agree.
Also, are my eyes failing me or are we an hour into trading with ZERO volume?
It would be cool if you chimed in once in a while, WW.
We could use some life here....
LOL
Actually, I heard that Sib's brother, Morty, was the crazy one.
The bashers are getting extremely desperate!!
We all hope it turns around. And Willy is an investor in this just like all of us. He wasn't paid to do anything IMO.
Just be patient. I still smell a reward in this one IMO
Thanks, Spyrodog. I was getting ready to post the same info.
Safepay is NOT a scam.
Like other payment processing sites, Safepay has been the victim of phishing as well.
Another update would be nice though.
GLTA
Absolutely.
Signing on with Tropical Beverage ain't going to cut it this time either. Tropical also does business with Fire Mountain Beverage, a dog of a water company. I'm not really sure why we tooted our horn about Tropical.
Either way, I agree that a slam dunk is what's needed here. Currently, this pps is so beaten down and depressed that real news (not organic certification but news like a signed purchase order) is the only thing that will get it off the ground IMO And who knows when we're going to get that?
What else can we do but wait? I guess Bob has us on the 5 to 10 year plan for securing distribution deals.
GLTA
I don't get it. Is that supposed to be funny? Well, it's not.
Unless there is news. Then, by all means, post away.
Here is a Businessweek link with some information on SFPS. It's new information to me at least. You can click on the officer names to get a little more info. This lists Kahn as an officer of Safepay. Must be old information, unless he stayed on with Jilbert and Marshall, which I doubt.

Zzzzzzzzz. Did I miss anything?
One of the problems with the types of PRs they put out over the past few days is that they aren't real confidence builders. So, we probably have a little insider selling combined with some hazy (to be generous) PRs resulting in some weaker hands folding and driving the price down even more.
Am I off base? Any thoughts?
It's extremely disappointing to be at .0055. Our management better get on the ball... and fast.
Get those updates (you told us about in the recent corporate update PRs) out the door, fellas.
Shouldn't blatant bashing like this be immediately punishable?
These are issues (Sib Almaz, etc.) that have been addressed and readdressed over the past several weeks. And here we go again.
The agenda is so transparent it's laughable. All it does is muddy the boards and may actually influence the weak-minded to sell (which is the point, of course).
This nonsense shouldn't be allowed IMO
Back up your claims or be gone IMO
I'm with you, Whitewolf.
Thanks for pointing to the Nov. 1, 2006 PR about the Digital 440 acquisition. The companies are meant to complement each other. Thanks for the reminder.
Take care.
LOL.
Yeah, I think the audit opinion should be coming out tomorrow sometime.
Good one....You are kidding, right?
I think you're wrong on that one. I don't think SafePay is a paid promotion for Willy (please correct me if I'm wrong).
And I don't buy that it is a paid promo and he's not telling us. Since he got into trouble, I truly do not think he would take that risk. Too much to lose.
I think it's unfair to saddle Willy with this. I don't think he has anything to do with the running of this company or the trading of its stock.
If you think it's Willy, you should tell him personally and not bring out into the open IMO
I'm still confused. Got a message into Willy (to see if knows anything about this Digital 440 business) and he still hasn't responded.
As long as they aren't planning on completely shifting the company focus to selling and servicing this software platform, I'm ok with this. I could see how this could greatly complement our payment processing activities, assuming that SFPS could negotiate software/payment processing package deals with interested companies.
NEED SOME INFO HERE, SAFEPAY!!!
Honestly, the last two days have just confused me more than anything.
To play off of Ross Perot's VP running mate Admiral Stockdale's quote, "Who am I? Why am I here?"....
"Who are we and where are we going?"
I hope we find out soon because I can see some serious potential with this. But we're kind of in the dark right now, eh?
I agree that the last two PRs' lack of substance is not encouraging. But my gut is telling me that we are going to hear more about this (and other news) shortly IMO. We have had 4 PRs in the last month and there are a lot of other things going on at the company. I hope my gut is right.
GLTA
The last two SFPS PRs have to be two of the skinniest I have ever seen! A few sentences and we're done!
Kind of funny.
I would really like some more info on this whole Digital440 thing. Is the concept that businesses will purchase this software and (ideally) the customers will order their just-in-time manufactured electronics (i.e., laptops, etc.) through an SFPS-provided software platform and use SFPS as the payment processor?
If so, then I like it, assuming this is a software platform that is in demand or already in use! It sounds good to me.
Hopefully, more details are forthcoming.
GLTA
Whitewolf...
Any ideas/info on Digital440? Their website doesn't work, so it doesn't look like we have any way of doing any DD on these guys.
Thoughts on what this means for us? Honestly, I'm just not sure what the heck all this means as of now. What is the "new" Safepay going to look like after the consummation of this acquisition?
I just don't know....
flyersfan...
Do you have any idea what that 4433 location is? Isn't it possible that it is a suite of offices and Garden is located in the same place as A1?
UPDATE (below)
I went to the search page you're referring to and Garden Beverage does come up (and you're correct -- it's a different address), but A1 Beverages does NOT come up in a search. Does not appear to be a record for an A1 Beverages.
I'm as happy as anyone about the latest word from Bob. But I can't help but get discouraged sometimes at this company's inability to secure serious purchase orders or distribution agreements.
For years now, things are always "almost" happening (and I don't buy that it's the "norm" in the business, because that's just not true). I am not the type of shareholder that is satisfied with being able to pick up Rushnet beverages in some local (and obscure) health food store for my personal consumption. Because if the company's chasing it's tail, those stores won't be carrying it much longer anyway.
I have invested in many pinkies where the CEO & Co. always say, "It will be worth the wait," "Wait till you see this or that," etc. Words don't cut it, results do.
Garden was a nice pick-up, but this sort of progress shouldn't take the years it's taking these guys.
My optimism is very cautious and guarded, to say the least. It's hard to keep hearing that O/S are skyrocketing for this reason or the other and that it is a "necessary evil" to get things done. Will the next "necessary evil" be a huge reverse split? I hope not.
Based on what I read on the boards, Bob does seem to be sincere (and honest) about his desires in making this Rushnet thing work. I just get concerned sometimes that he may be one of those CEOs that never quite closes the deal and may even be too proud to see it and refuse to take on someone that can (close the deal).
Some #s would be nice, for example. I don't know if it's true, but many on this board have suggested that Bob won't release financials until we're profitable (correct me on this if I have it wrong)? I'm sorry, but what in the heck does that have to do with the price of ginseng in Wisconsin!!! Again, I don't think it's a sign of anything sinister going on. Extremely poor judgment and decision-making? Perhaps. Sinister? I don't think so.
Holding, waiting, and VENTING (helps me to clear my head about RSHN sometimes).
ALL IMO and GLTA
Old news, midas. We know that. We've been through it. You talk as if you have discovered some privileged information -- that the GP% is 2%!!!
The company TOLD us that in the recent PR you posted. But thanks for pointing it out again.
Personally, I think we need some more info on the 440 transaction. Hopefully, we get another PR this week when Safepay approves the takeover.
I want more info on Digital440 and how it's going to help SFPS. I assume that the information is forthcoming.
GLTA
Are you talking about Digital 440?
I noticed that, but I'm trying to get my arms around what (specifically) that means for us. Is this sort of software in demand? Does Digital440 already have clients using this system (i.e., an established business)?
I like what I hear, would like some more details, that's all.
Bullocks
TAKI,
Is it huge? It's good news, but do you think huge is a good word? I just don't know at this point.
If it means that we grow as a business and revenues keep increasing, then I'm all for it.
Not enough info (for me) in the PR, but I'll take it. I continue to be encouraged by the company's recent habit of keeping us informed. Keep it up, SFPS!
You seriously can't expect people to be happy that there are over 5B shares outstanding? We're starting to look like GZFX. I'm sticking around, but that is a RIDICULOUS amount of O/S. Just obscene!
Personally, I am quite disappointed because it's unlikely that this share price will go anywhere of significance with such a large O/S #.
Ouch, Bob. That hurts.
SSP...TAKI told me to get in touch and say hi. I'm relatively new to IHUB but TAKI and I are in a couple of the same stocks.
YEIA SOU
Bullocks (Thessaloniki)
I'll drink to that, my friend! From your lips to God's ears!
