I gave bad info lol. Here is what E*Trade sent me:
"I received your e-mail today requesting documentation about your shares of PNMS (formerly PYPR) held on Dec 20th of 2006. I have forwarded your request to the appropriate department and verified that we have received your fax request.
Typical turnaround time in such cases is 2-3 business days."
I have replied to that message requesting an update on the situation.
Let's here from one of our foreign investors. I know we have some Belgians on here lol. How difficult is/was it for you as a foreigner to trade on the U.S. exchange? Did you have to do anything special?
Once again I ask this question. Can YOU trade on a foreign exchange? Some people may be able to. I use E*Trade and they are going to offer trading on a few foreign exchanges but not as of yet.
Are you able to trade in foreign countries through your brokerage? Do you want to trade in a foreign country? Put yourself in their shoes and stop pretending that we, the United States are the everything and only thing out there.
Now on to a more serious question roflmao. Has anyone using E*Trade been able to get their share certification form completed for the CWR dividend? I faxed mine off the first morning and haven't heard anything back other then they have it and it takes 3-5 days to process usually. Maybe in tomorrow's mail hopefully. :)
And just what was their prior business plan? How has it changed? Please explain the original business plan as you understood it and the new one as you understand it.
OK... I am totally lost now lol :).
We shall see who is right and just how worthless the CWR dividend is come July 15th when the land dividends become unrestricted and able to be traded. I'm not betting on Hunter6110's opinion, I can tell you that much. :)
What did it cost to make this movie and how much does it gross at the box office. That is all we really need to know lol. A 40 million dollar movie that grosses 100 million is a bigger success then the 300 million dollar movie that breaks even. JMHO :)
I think if we are lucky and they PR the next release date for financials, the amount of gold backing the PDR Exchange and the number of shares converted from certs to PDR's. This thing will take off. We are seeing new links being added to the operating companies and associated companies and other areas on the Fundación Pan América website, http://www.alianza-iberoamericana.com/00PBFB/00Portal.htm at a rapid pace. I think and feel that each new link added means more business news to come. JMHO :)
No need to argue. We have been hearing pennies soon and to da moon since September 06 and look where we are. Let's keep the expectations real. Let's expect and prepare for the worst and hope and pray for the best. We are all here to make money. Some one one others another. JMHO :)
If you believe this then how do you explain the current PPS?
If past experience/performance means anything then I wouldn't be surprised to see this thing trade red on Monday and/or Tuesday lol. I hope not but wouldn't be surprised. JMHO :)
I don't think they will ever do a mandatory conversion. If they were going to do it they would have done it plus they can't. They can't make those of us with shares in 401k and IRA plans convert. They could buy us out but not force us to convert. JMHO :)
And how many ounces do we have backing the PDR Exchange?
Your assuming it is an error without having all the facts/access you need to make that assumption. And you know what they say about assuming? ROFLMAO :)
The $1020 shows on another page your not able to see yet. Your not seeing the whole picture so it isn't making total since yet. Wait until you have access to the site and then it will all make since to you. Hopefully lol.
That total bought price you see is the price you bought each share at. See if you can follow me here.
You buy 10 PNMS PDR's at $100 each. While the total purchase is $1000 + $10 commission that bought price would be $100 the price of each PDR. Now if you did this and bought 10 different types of PDR's the same exact way at the same $100 price. You would spend what? $10,100.00 but the bought price would show $1000. I see what he is saying and seeing. He thinks that total should be the $10,100.00 over all total.
Does anyone follow me here? lol
How's the L2 looking? What is printing now?
So their privacy policy says they can't release information about your holdings to you the shareholder? I would call and go off lol.
Just who is the transfer agent for this company?
December was for the land divy. The cert pulling is for something totally different and anyone including yourself can still participate in that. Just buy shares now and requests the certs be sent to you.
I didn't think you could pull certs from an IRA. I thought you would have to cash out to withdrawal from an IRA?
No... maybe by the end of next week.
All the important email addresses are in the ibox. Doesn't anyone ever read that information? It really would be a great starting place for everyone. JMHO :)
Beta testing is still on going. My guess would be that it will go live by the end of June. Rain, sleet or slow. Ready or not. ROFLMAO :)
Yes he did. Back around Oct/Nov 06.
I faxed mine to E*Trade. Did it while I had them on the phone :). But has anyone gotten the form filled out and stamped yet?
Has anyone been able to get their Share Certification Form completed yet for the divy distribution?

L2 shows .0012 x .002 but the L1 is showing .014 x .0017. No trades yet.
After seeing the pictures I find myself wondering, is that it? Doesn't look like a very big operation to me.
Evans Systems, Inc. Acquires Rights to Market and Sell the Boondoggle Sports Network Internationally
Thursday, June 07 2007 - 9:45
ASHEVILLE, NC -- (MARKETWIRE) -- 06/07/07 -- Evans Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVSY) has purchased the rights to sell the Boondoggle Sports Network (BSN) on the international market from HumWare Media Corporation (PINKSHEETS: HMWM). The Company has agreed to pay approximately 3.1 million shares of restricted common stock, which gives Evans Systems the exclusive right to market and sell the Boondoggle Sports Network outside North America. The Company expects to market the BSN to a growing number of countries with increasingly large sports audiences.
Evans Systems will initially focus on establishing a presence in the United Kingdom and will utilize management's experience and contacts to expand into other European countries. Evans will implement its strategy by approaching several of the major pub chains, advertising partners, as well as U.K.-based quiz companies. Over the last several years, interactive quiz games have increasingly become a direct competitor to the more traditional European pub games.
"We are encouraged that the Company has acquired the right to sell the Boondoggle Sports Network internationally. It is the belief of the management team that a strong customer base for digital signage advertisers can be established, as the growing popularity of trivia-based games in the European market has begun to thrive," stated Frank Moody, CEO of Evans Systems, Inc.
John Huemoller, CEO of HumWare Media, states, "This is the perfect time to introduce unique interactive sports trivia to a rapidly growing and largely untapped international pub and restaurant market. We believe that Evans Systems has the international marketing and sales experience internationally to significantly expand the Boondoggle Sports Network."
Recently, Evans Systems and HumWare Media signed a contract for the development and maintenance of the Child Watch Network (CWN). HumWare has agreed to create, advance and sustain a new digital Child Watch Network for Evans Systems over the next five years. The Child Watch Network will provide instantaneous updates on missing children alerts, together with numerous advertising opportunities in retail outlets.

I would say yes and if it's in an IRA I think you have to give one.
Penny Picks: CBPC, VMHIF, PPBL
What's that smell? I think I smell a nice juicy PR coming on Monday. :)
I'm smelling that smell again :). I think it's the smell of a nice juicy PR coming. News on Monday? We shall see :).
Posters should post opinions as well as facts in the forums. All questions, especially the ones people know can't be answered in here, need to be addressed directly to the company IR department. As an example, there is no need of asking when the PDR Exchange will go live in here because none of us know. If you check the blogs and the PR's and you don't see your answer then email the company. Asking in here won't do anyone any good. Like we would know?JMHO :)
Penny Picks: CBPC, VMHIF, IOGH
They aren't burning/destroying the certs. So I would assume that if the PDR Exchange was to crash and burn, which I don't think it will, then they can always send the certs back so you can deposit them back in your brokerage account.
