If you truly believe this then stop posting and just enjoy your $$$
Nice to see no severe plunges with volume. 7-8 cent range would be a nice runway to fly off
Huge volume right now. Cash cash cash
Yeah that's good to see for cash availability. I wonder if he's a relatively new investor or just bought enough stock recently to require the SC 13G.
New tweet out, can also see on website. Shows how extensive generator demand truly is. Happening in their own backyard too
Potential news that would positively affect the stock, ready to hit any month now:
-Craftsman MG system conversions completed
-Negotiated licensing deal associated w/ the radial vent technology
-UPT action plan
-Additional MG orders
-MG pre-orders
-Successful MG controller code upgrade
This stock is due simply put. The Hurricane will definitely escalate things. We may not have 100s of trucks ready to rent in inventory, but they are far enough along that they can use the power blackouts and disaster relief to their advantage.
80 KVA should be completed by now if everything went smoothly. I'm willing to bet either Campbell or Gerrard have sales pending. Should be smooth sailing from here. I'm not sure how difficult it is money wise and resource wise to design MG systems up to 200+ KVA but that's our next hurdle. 2018 should be quite the ride
Yeah it's nice seeing green. The only updates they should disclose is what you mentioned Kayak. Or a radial vent license agreement! Let's keep chugging boys
If this technology actually works then there will be enough demand for this company to be successful. I don't see it any other way. It's just so frustrating how delayed this company has been. You have a product that can save -15-25% comparatively right off the bat.
Add that to huge emissions advantages (will be a big deal in the near future), fuel savings (towing generator), 2/3 the weight of existing generators, advanced telematics system (majority of generators don't have this luxury), potential AI add on, fuel agnostic system (will be a bigger deal in the near future), option to tow payloads since the hitch and truck bed are open, power can essentially go wherever a truck can go, consistent run time of generators power source aka engine (regular generators experience difficulties sometimes if they are inactive).
I bought into this company because of the vast applications they brought to the table. So far the mobile generation is the first one to actually pan out. I hope this product actually does what they claim...They are still in the product development stage clearly (insert excuses why they are still in this phase), which doesn't worry me about the zero to low pending revenue. I can't say this enough, I hope they product is legit. The market for something like this is huge. Also lucky for us, there's an additive market as well. Before year end I'd like them to finish the 125 KVA system w/ the updated controller code so they can up-fit more than just ford trucks. If that happens, this company is never looking back
They won't have to travel far in order to aid in blackouts / disaster recovery now that Hurricane Irma is on the way. Anyone have an solid opinion/idea as far as what cool tech could do to show the most value out of their product? I wonder if they have a sufficient quantity of MG units available to make a ripple effect in exposure. Available MG units could heavily affect how strategic they will/can be with these two recent hurricanes
I'm not sure if everyone's first idea is to double dip. They are probably going to start with the product first. People's first instinct isn't to buy stock when they deal with companies. A lot of people would also prefer to wait until the stock has meaningful news. They are willing to bite the initial profit and play it safe (invest at .12 or so after news has landed. Also I'm sure the stock is on a few people's radar
As far as the UPT website. Thats what it has looked like for the last year and a half. I remember some of the website stuff being the same since 2014/2015 (planned locations tab, benefits, etc)
80 kVa generators are around 20k I believe. Cool Tech basically said craftsman saved roughly 20% instantly by purchasing the system compared to a generator. So I'm guessing they charge 16k for a conversion.
Whatever a truck costs + MG system
Focusing on the MG system, the July 24th blog implies that a truck conversion cost is safely below $45,552.
This is the first storm we're experiencing while the product is actually functioning/"complete". Hoping they can help in some way and get exposure at the same time.
Interesting read. It's good they are building a good rapport with Vet Tech. A bulk order pivoting from vet techs military connections would be the actual "important agreement". I guess the artificial intelligence would be a great way to fine tune the MG systems...but it's something that won't tip demand in either direction. It'll be a nice addition, however buyers need to jump at the MG systems themselves. Solid update
I went back and re-read a lot of the 2017 news releases that Cool Tech posted. This time I did so with a view where I let my guard down "ignored cool techs history of news not having and follow up / substance". I gotta say I think we are cruising now. This is the best position we've been in by far. Scraping for $$ and dealing with litigation would decelerate any start up company with a futuristic/not yet proven product. Now they have a product that is accelerating and adjusting to fit the market. Sales will still occur at a snail pace in my opinion, but hitting a big deal could be in the horizon 2018/2019. With a small assumption it appears David Gerrard WAS at the St. Louis demo (May 2nd news release mentioned cornerstone growth was an attendee). I think all investors in at this point will be rewarded. Hopefully we are smart about how we acquire the necessary $$$ to keep making strides. I think 2018 will be the year to watch
Looks like the upgraded the controller code software on their MG systems to cater to more vehicle options as well as applications. Supposedly will be completed within weeks. I'd be happy if they have the MG 125 completed before year end as they say. If we reach that output, I don't see how the military doesn't want a large chunk. Also they are taking pre-orders lol
No revenue yet
Let's hope. Just need to remain optimistic
That could explain the UPT peeps being somehow tied in and popping up out of nowhere after years. Feels like they want to fluff the price to buy time for actual results
We're not saying that it's not a good time to buy. We're just tired of their statements carrying minimal to no weight. You could easily make money off this company, but a few of us actually want the company to succeed
In the lastest 8-K, aside from all the MG talk... they state that one company has started negotiations on a licensing agreement (talking about the radial vent cooling technology) that they expect will successfully be concluded. Now if this is true hassett is smart to buy in at 7 cents. It's just hard for us to believe anything they initiate will stick
There is no number or consultant I'm assuming. And even if there is, it won't do much talking to them. Hassett just bought shares...and at an Ant sized company, when the CEO buys shares that usually means we have the most updated company info already. They mentioned they think they'll close a licensing deal on he radial vent technology. They also publicly stated several times that MG deals could be in the workings (could be months on years out). Hey have also mentioned they have "secured" revenue. This would all mean so much more if they didn't continually fail to deliver on statements. The good thing is, the company has made all of this information transparent to the public, so I guess we could have good news break before year end (and hassett's purchase would remain legal). But all in all, because hassett just bought shares, we know for sure that the craftsman sale is the only bite so far and no other sales have been concluded.
Nice DD Kayak.

Website looks way further along than a couple years ago
Up 2.17% since close. I have a WARM FEELING
lol
Here we go haha
Can't argue that good things are happening, but it's justifiable that the stock is @ .06. Hopefully you sold in 2014....
The Bibb purchase is a nice sign of confidence.
New blog update on website: Letter to shareholders - July 2017
Just can't believe we'll have some revenue on the quarterly statements (knock on wood). I hope the they have competitive pricing all around, not just compared to the existing experiential marketing designs done by Craftsman. The last filed report had me nervous that even if they have a working design, there is no guarantee that the profit is worth it. Licensing can be tricky when you need the revenue. Hopefully the product remains original and sought after.
They also made a pretty cocky post in the blog about the Kentucky derby lol
Nice DD Kayak. It feels like we're knocking at the door and it's only a matter of time (feel like a broken record saying that)
I honestly don't think Hassett would still be here if we weren't close. He's too talented. Wishful thinking but i hope we get some revenue so he can pursue his motivation tied to motors/pumps. It's a very special thing when you follow in your fathers footsteps...
BOL everyone
Is there a link to the message/board? It wouldn't be the craziest thing in the world....
Finally have a tangible product that has minor creditably just by leaching on to Craftsman
If anything, Craftsman has been showing small signs that hint toward adapting the technology rather than letting Cool Tech move on. I think the demonstration got our hopes up as far as a blatant public partnership announcement, however Craftsman holds most of the cards here. The agreement harped on a MG 30, however they already bumped up to testing the MG 80. The initial timeline within the agreement has Craftsman and Cool Tech testing 30/60 days starting April 2nd. So they originally planned on testing the MG 30 until June 2nd.... Well it's May 3rd and they are now pushing the MG80 through rigorous testing. I'd say thats positive feedback without craftsman saying anything publicly.
If the technology is moving closer to full validation by Craftsman, I don't see how hove doesn't succeed... MG is dynamite on paper and there is for sure a need for it.
The waiting game begins.
I'm in agreement with Military and Salvation Army reps being important. That's where you get your bulk MG orders. That could be a huge leap and chip away a large chunk of the debt we've accumulated.
I wouldn't be opposed if an existing craftsman customer wants to use the MG for experiential marketing...that would be quick revenue and hopefully result in blood in the water. I saw in the PR that by not having a generator and the additional equipment, it saves about 400 sq ft which is the size of a typical hotel room. That's much more than I initially thought so hopefully that's very appealing. I'd imagine that helps speed up the design process as well. We will see.... if the MG gets no love within the next 5-6 months it could be time to call it quits
Also one last bit...I think we can assume cool technologies passed the technical and cost requirements set forth by craftsman (unless craftsman goes dark on us). Read the principle agreement in the 10K for the specifics.
It looks like Craftsman and Cool tech are taking orders for the MG. Obviously cool tech has been "taking orders for years". But it should be interesting to see if they receive any offers. Idk if this means partnership but it's a good sign. I don't think craftsman would let cool tech come in and stir the pot with a cheaper/lighter solution unless they are 100% serious. Not holding my breath but this is the best position this company has ever been in
We're looking for a partnership not a merger. Instant creditability of their MG would result from this and investors will react. I doubt we see any announcements about orders before we have a confirmed partnership agreement (unless customers making an order are cool tech's directly). They are continuing to validate and test the MG with craftsman until May 2nd (or at least that was the planned timeline)
So Kayak I agree with what you are saying. They mentioned "new partnership" and "revenue" within the live demonstration but it's nothing we can really work with as investors.
From what I could tell it appeared as if they did the "live" demo before the actual Craftsman Anniversary event. (They mentioned they would be doing it again later). I believe Cool tecH decided recently that they wanted to have a tangible video, taking you through the basics of their MG product. The live demo was exactly as I expected... it's a shame they didn't seem to have any orders to this point, however they covered what they needed to. Potential customers haven't been reading cool techs website for years like we have so this demonstration needed to cover the basics. I think we were optimistic to think that Craftsman would pre-maturely agree to a partnership. They still have a month of testing and probably want to see how their current and prospective customers react.
We can go on and on about Cool Techs history however they haven't had a live demonstration of their product until the January 2017 auto show. I believe they brought a "pamphlet" to an auto show in 2015/16. MG has always been a revenue idea of theirs, but not a clear focus. They were always spread too thin with other Verticals (Pumps, Motors, etc). Now that their backs are against the wall and they need revenue to implore their other technologies. So they have been focusing solely on the MG. It's pretty simple at this point. If the MG technology doesn't cause weird power variances and it is IN FACT less expensive, we will get a partnership and revenue. For experiential marketing I think the customers don't care as much about the weight and size as much as the cost.
Trust in Hasset, RIDE. THE. WAVE
