got that right nerd.....it truly is amazing the # of people that do not understand......this is NOT debt.....it is a liability that they will have to carry on the books.....i couldn't figure out why jon agreed to pay more than they were asking....then i saw it.....they were suing for interest......now there is none..one point for jon...iow GTEM can pay this whenever they want.....however LAWA can try to seize assets.....but anyone whoever has tried that knows what a complete pain that is and it cost money......iow i doubt LAWA tries anything for a yr.....at this point i don't think GTEM has any assets in cali.....so that makes collecting their judgement even harder......i have asked and i find it rather bizarre that the poster that want this company to die won't post it......i really can't find anything big.....just the 2 landlord things.....a couple mid size ones and serveral small ones......it just really ain't that bad...considering they don't have any money.....(note: this doesn't include the SH and the siegel, joe, and uli cases, GTEM actually has a counter case.....and in my opine its pretty good).....iow they have are will have judgements of about 500k-750k.....not bad....i was starting to worry that is was going to balloon over 2 mil.....also thats the judgements.....they most likely will be settled for .70 on the dollar......depends if GTEM ever wants to do biz with them again.

uh u claimed to have read the whole reported case.....uh i guess u missed the part that this has NOT been to court yet.....it went to mediation.....they came to an agreement.....GTEM failed to pay thus the agreement is NO good....thus LAWA wants there space back....plus the back rent....which u didn't read right either....it clearly says numerous times that as of aug 31 2007 the back rent is 140k.....current rent is 27k a month.....then minus the deposit....they owe them 100k.....this is why u guys take all this heat from the MB.....u say u just report the facts....well clearly u don't.....u miss report them....and then twist them.....i would like to point our that if LAWA was so concerned about getting the space back cuz GTEM was NOT paying rent.....why did they wait until it got this bad......u can evict someone for missing just one month.....u don't have to wait for it to pile up to 140K.

truly unbelievable.....really do u or half the other posters here do any DD at all.....geez...uli was to get 2 mil shares.....a third in june of 06.....another 3rd in june of 07....and the last third in june of 08(that would be next yr)...that was the deal he signed...not my fault he is a moron........notice that the russian deal already fell apart before he was even entitled to his first shares......he was advanced money on his last shares....in fact he owes GTEM 475K(175k principal amount plus interest and 300k in gear)...now uli does have a lawsuit against GTEM...and assuming he fulfilled his end....even his lawyer says GTEM only stiffed him for 3 paymenst of 22.5k each...thats a total of 67.5 k plus the 50% penalty....means at best GTEM owes uli 100k vs the 475k.....hes entire 2 mil lot is worth a whopping 260k as of today.......gee wally i wonder why his shares are restricted.

well thats what joe says....so i guess we agree joe is dishonest.....by the time joe and his friend(mr g the ceo of NMC) loan GTEM the money joe already says he knows the company is insolvent......uh how can u agree with joe when u clearly haven't read his site......its right there in the email to me and a couple others.....so he said it more than once.....in fact joe says him and K did NOT get along from the start....complains to the BOD in jan...and says that things really went down hill after he wanted to see k's expense account......he was and i quote,"being shut out"....after that....and that was before jan.....he didn't loan GTEM the money until end of march....were in any of his posting does he claim it got better between jan and march....he doesn't.....in fact he says it gets worse.....and besides we don't really care about your opine about it......i want to know why joe won't answer these questions?....why did u have your friend loan GTEM money when u already knew GTEM was insolvent and a total mess?.....i want to know how much centerline made in Q3, Q4, and Q1 of this yr when he was still there running it?.....i want to know how come he won't post GTEM response to his lawsuit(we all know the did)?....how come his name doesn't appear anywhere in his letter to the BOD and how come he didn't sign it?...well i got more but lets just start with those.
read his post he clearly states that the K boys were out to get him.....they were never going to give him the ceo gig....and yes he knew this before(thats him saying that not me).....so why loan them money.....fine i'll go with maybe he is a bit retarded....cuz a smart man goes u clowns need money and i got it.....guess i'm the new CEO....they say no....then joe no lend money duh......anyway joe doesn't appear to be all that bright so maybe he didn't think of that.....but getting your friend involved in it for twice what your in for.....is clearly NOT friendly.....its dishonest or worse.
yep.....but GTEM did NOT release that to the public....those are correspondence between GTEM and the sec....like i said they have never ever told the SH when they will be out.....they did tell the sec when they tought they would be out....not really sure why some of u have a hard time understanding such things....tho whoever did bring that up nice DD.....now if u could only understand what u find then u might be onto to something.
see like these are facts......joe ran centerline....joe became COO and still ran centerline......in Q1 Q2 of 06 centerline did make a small profit.....off the top of my head i think it was 100k......wow joe....considering it was supposed to be 2 mil...well ok there was a run up so it wouldn't have been 2 mil total.....but centerline was supposed to be making 300k a month or about a mil a Q.....however we got one excuse after the other as to why that wasn't happening.....for Q2 it was cuz they needed a new billing system to handle the new increasing revs....anyway joe gets the JV rolling.....but joe gets fired.....GTEM says they restating centerline revs....so if joe meet that 1 mil target for Q3 and Q4 and Q1 how come GTEM is out of money and canned centerline and joe?.....see those are facts followed by a question.....now a reasonable person might come to the conclusion....that joe did NOT meet those targets and continued to give management more excuses as to why centerline was NOT making money.....maybe management decided to look into it.....maybe they found joe padding the rev side....clearly u can't say u gonna make a mil on a mil....gotta atleast have the revs up.....so joe just sold minutes for the sake of selling minutes just to get the revs up....this was never going to lead to profits.....but joe figured management was retarded and bought his story so far....besides the russian deal would cover everything up and nobody would care.....opps......so just string them along....until joe can find a new deal.....oh like say mexico.....joe got to cover his butt.....joe work butt off to get mexico deal....he even loans them money for the JV....management think joe is cool....they gonna make him ceo..only one problem someone looking at the books real closely now.....opps joe.....they find it....call joe in....asked to explain.....joe blurts out, "i'm building chicken houses."LOL....thats a joke it was more like the accounts don't know what they are talking about...trust me i got u the JV and loaned u money.....joe fired anyway(can't keep joe around with the sec looking over your shoulder).....joe gets wells notice....joe really pissed his career in toilet now.....joe calls the P's and cuz a big stink......P's are like what the heck did we get ourselves into......GTEM new(but old and still stupid) management can't patch things up with the P's cuz GTEM management sux.....JV languishes.....GTEM really needs money and needs revs......solution get new CEO which is really just another dunderhead that was there under all the other screw-ups....why kostro thinks that will work, don't know.....maybe hes a third time a charm kinda guy....well thats how i put the facts together.....or u could go with joes wild fantasy....the K boys were out to get him......or u could come up with something completely dif.....but its still NOT a fact....just an opine.....tho some are better opines then others.
yes that is what it means(first part).....hence the reason u don't believe MB post....however it doesn't mean they have been pushed back......for one the company has never ever said when they will be out....just posters.....and its hard to say how long it will take D to look thro the stuff......if they haven't really change what they are restating....shouldn't really take long.....but this is GTEM....so its anyones guess.
