SL, I hear what you are saying but in the absence of info one has to be cautious on dilution. On the positive side the trading Volume is impressive and also the 500K block sales put a minimum dent in the PPS. Now, I only hope the rumors come true!
negger, that would help. em
negger, I hope you are right. But still they are starting up operations in NY or should I say restarting.
how about monthly expense...office space, etc.!!!!
jmo...it's better they file rather than an update PR on the conf!!! those updates don't really have much substance other than it was well received!
thanks.em
How much cash does CSHD has in the bank??? em
SLobster, amazing DD. Thanks. By the by Mirny also means Diamond!
I guess still some sellers (of old money)lurking!!! Next week could be more of it, untill the Russians arrive in NY!!!
Another SLJB comes to rest!!! em
MMs family and friends are loading up!!! em
supposedly GBDX is tightly coupled with the Diamond mines/Russian govt. We need more info about the company from the management. But your position about waiting for more info may suit your risk profile. May want to buy in after more PRs. That's perfectly O.K. But I wouldn't want to sling mud on GBDX, at least not right now!!
Yes Aber owns the mines. Do you know who GBDX is?? Do you have to own the mines to prodcue the same effect as ABER??
Probably so because they do not have customers!!! Find out why?? are they selling the right kind of gems??? Russia has a cost advantage for the same quality of gems that DeBeers sells. Check out ABER a Canadian diamond mining/retailing company and they are very profitable. Ever think why GBDX has 2 offices, one in the diamond district and the ther in Rockerfeller center?? Something to brood about.
abbam, good points. this is a very early stage investment opportunity i.e high risk at this point, mainly due to no formal information available. we are all waiting for news!!!
OT: You could be right!! After todays session I am skeptical. But the short numbers you are reading are misleading. CSHD's PRs indicate a very much larger number, based on NOBO reports by ADP. The question is can the shorts get away?? The other issue is does CSHD really have any assets as claimed???
of course everybody is waiting for the financials and share counts. not having a member mark does not make you a quality analyst. I wonder what your IQ is???????? LOL!!
another newbie, born today!!! em
tomorrow HOD $10. jmo
CYO...I am not denying the disadvantages of GFCI Corp but I am stating in the total picture, there may good things around the corner and the 'may' representing a fairly high probability. Where as you represent only the disadvantages of GFCI. Like I said the choices you make are yours and yours only. GLTU!
OT: Anybody watching the SHORT SQUEEZE on CSHD...it's FRIGGIN UNREAL!! Get urself a 2 week free trial of L2 and watch CSHD trades. GR8 entertainment.
anyone know what the reset price will be?? tia.em
west, I added some today! ths. em
interesting, Aber has unlimited A/S for common stock!! And I was not able find its O/S. They are issuing a dividend of $1 per share. They plane to produce 9-10 million carats per year.
CYO...from your stated points of view, the disadvantages far out weigh the advantages. In addition you feel there is a humongous task ahead of them to succeed. If I were in your shoes and happen to be a rational investor, I would preserve the capital. No point wasting your timing in GFCI or the MB!!! jmo. As for me, I am willing to take the risk and see the business plan play out.
When and why did you buy?? I see you are born today!!!
CYO... them you should understand that revenue growth and maintaining it is important for valuations. Grifco appears to be turning the corner. time will tell.
By the by working for your self does not count as working for a startup!! It really is no comparison to satrup that has VC funding and a mangement/organization structure that needs to be developed to promote and maintain growth.
Good luck in pursuing your objectives..whatever those may be!!! LOL!!
CYO...obviously the execution needs to follow the business plan before the Value can be generated!! You have never worked in Sales/Marketing to understand how to generate recurring revenues, have you? you have never worked for a startup company trying to grow revenues, have you? Obviously you are unable to carry an open discussion with me and more importantly you resent the fact that people can challenge your view points. You want to have the last word, you have it!!
CYO...lets leave it at this, my position is to do what it takes to grow the Value of the firm. And your position is to rant about surmountable issues. That is fine!!!
CYO...looks like your brains are stilloozing from your ears!!!! Like I said they raise red flags and GFCI is still pinksheets company. TTII on the other hand is looking to get uplisted to AMEX. AMEX will do a whole lot of scrutiny on TTII, including Internal Controls! Whatever shortfalls GFCI has will be rectified in TTII and then on to AMEX. I know it is hard to understand what I am saying but then you are only an accountant and not a business strategist.
one would think that if they have working offices globally, they would already have a website!!! but I think it is minor issue. diamond business is conducted via social circles, trust and credibilty. these guys have already got their orders in and are expecting their first shipment round Nov 3.
Who ever bought the 1 million shares at 5 cents is expecting it to be at least a 10 bagger, normally speaking!!!
I don't mind the sellin at all!! you know why?? Cuz, the buy in after is quite strong! that shows when the stock moves up it is going to be strong.
CYO..that's what the Shorts surmise!!! They are valid reasons but not reliable. You have inferred from GFCI events. They are not hard evidence. I can safely conclude that you do not have your thinking cap on!!!
I can state the following.....
1. Why would TTII agree to merge with GFCI?? Certainly they see Value in the short term as well as Long term.
2. Why would Lyamec et al agree for the merger?? CErtainly they see Value in the short term as well as Long term. In addition Lyamec is accounatble to the Libyan Govt. So there are big stakes involved.
3. Why would TTII state in their 14A that they intend to apply for AMEX listing in the 1Q 0f 2007?? Because they feel quite certain that their shares will be trade at a minimum bid of $3 for 30 consecutive days.
Plus more...........................
West, trusting your instincts, added on the dip!!!
rick85284, could you say what was the total number of shares was in the sell order??TIA
between 2001 and 2003, there was a diamond glut and price went down drastically!!! not any more. but, yes, Global is going to face competition, however, one of the posts indicated that they will be integrating into the mining operations. so there is going to be a price advantage.
still alot of unknowns, including potential share structure changes!!
Please delete SPAMS!!!!
West, that is an interesting point. em
