so if that is true, a PR right now is unreasonable...
3's have been traded over the course of the buyback... nothing new just yet.. we need to see 3's hold for about an hour or so
good point... i hope they are done soon
i was replying to his post about there being more sells than buys today
i hope you are right
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=trades&cb=1204648192&symbol=PINK%5EHCPC
the trades so far for the day... way more sells at 2 than buys
true, the buyback may be over
With this information provided... im loving these 2's that im seeing LOL
hill knows exactly what is up
i dont think the buyback is done... remember that buybacks can only hold up to 25% percent of the daily volume. There is still a couple days left of the 2's flying around. on the side... what broker is HCPC using? he seems to be so agreesive.. grabbin those 2's and all while we get stuck buying at the ask lol
lol is that a good thing or a bad thing?
by the way, my post does not include today's volume yet
yes people BUYBACK and guess what? we can easily predict how much longer these 2's will b on the bid... lets see.. $11.1 million closed
11,100,000 * 5%(earnings per loan) = 555,000
555,000 * 35% = $194,250
194,250 divided by .0002 = 971,250,000 shares bought
a little under 1 billion shares are in the process of being bought back by the company. Take a look at how many were bought at 2 over the past 3-4 trading days and we can estimate exactly how much longer this will go. Since the buyback can only be 25% of each day's trading, I'll do a rough estimate right now.
Say the buyback started on Tuesday the 26th,
The volume for Tuesday was 216,769,660 * 25% = 54,192,415
The volume for Wednesday was 1,022,846,370 * 25% = 255,711,592
The volume for Thursday was 1,189,769,980 * 25% = 297,442,495
The volume for Friday was 363,426,100 * 25% = 90,856,525
The Volume for Yesterday was 380,346,810 * 25% = 95,086,702
All of this added up for those days is 793,289,729
793,289,729 / 971,250,000 = 82% rounded up
These are some rough numbers but keep in mind IT MAKES SENSE! And if I'm close to where I think we are in the buyback... we're just about done.
you're crazy lol... im not a basher and every1 knows that but 2 PR's? I expect 1
you're company is making money off of all you who pump their stock. they're still dilution and you all support the company. when is it take to take losses? after there isnt anything to take out? PUMP PUMP PUMP I'm not here to bash GO GO GO GO RVGD TO .0055!! then back to support!!! its a rollercoaster
30 mins...
morning ;)
i'll be on and off until 1:40 PM when i'll be home and viewing my Level 2. Until then I'll be between classes here. GLTA today
if you read the letter to the shareholders... not even written more than a few months ago, they say that a reverse split at this pps will not only hurt the shareholders but also the company. You're forgettning that the company's insiders bought in for .05 so its in their best interests that they do in fact bring thisu p to .085 pretax WITHOUT a reverse split. Come on, think logically. Or is that too difficult for a frog who leaps from one sinking lillipad to another?
I thought of something interesting this morning. What if the MMs are buying at 3 and selling at 2? I've seen many cases where there are identical buys/sells 3's for 2's. The MMs may have tons of shares that they fear are currently in the overbought status. They may just be trying to start a run here. Just my OPINION!
lol tru that
anotated chart by claytrader..

yeah im gonna call it a night too.. pce GLTA
im just here to make money, not argue or make enemies ;)
lol what an instigator!
hmm.. interesting.. im not trying to prove u wrong.. but i know we'd both rather them in fact be buys. right?
acctually it is in the ? column because it was after hours.. i watched the closing from my Level 2 and they were all green buys at 3. All 16M
well i see any activity as positive right about now to be honest.. with news on the way, no one is going to do anything that will hurt them in the long run. It helps me sleep at night to think like this ;)
i think im going to get a second job soon to raise some cash to play with... not just on hcpc but a few other plays that may look good at the time
thats the way it always is.. and always will be if i have my info correct ;)
lol.. it would be nice to see exactly what the float is now and see if the company in fact did buy back some of it.. this would answer many questions such as whether or not we are over or under bought
we have way too much support at 3 at the moment, everytime a 3 is bought, it is going from weak hands to strong ones so after a few days of this we can confirm that we've got some pretty strong hands. any flippers would have already made their move in fear that this will hit 1 again.
aon my friend aon
judging by the way the company has stated they will be buying back shares quite soon. whether they state it or not, we may see that they when we see the financial report and see the float has decreased significantly
I just found something interesting in the way the buyback is worded in the letter to shareholders. " ICCC will allocate up to 35%of the upfront fees earned to share buyback and additionally will use a portion of the interest income generated monthly to
repurchase stock. February closed 2 loans which would mean that they would wait until the end of the month to total up income then early the following month start their buyback. They would NOT start their monthly buying back during the month they just closed those loans, that is if I have read this correctly. Since today was the first business day in March, we may have seen some buying back today, although I doubt it because of the low volume. Possibly tomorrow we will see a 25% increase in volume which will be a sure sign of buying back... possibly followed by a PR. all of this is IMO
hehe i appreciate it.. but i'd feel like a jerk if those 2's filled man.. i'd rather make a little less profit than be a hypocrit
you're right. i'm averaged at exactly 3 so i might as well buy in exactly at 3... hell i might not even wire anything after all until we see some news
believe me, i'd rather it not fill because it would mean my buy at 3 was in vain lol
