Yeah, not listed. Heritage isn't either, don't think any of them are - worth a shot.
Good idea, could be a source willing to give out info on they're businesses. Hope they're members.

NEW LINE OF DEFENSE
Investors might also be helped by a changed legal climate in which courts may be more skeptical of the industry's rationale for its fees, says Frankel. "The industry is concerned [about these lawsuits] because of all the enforcement actions and investigations," says Thomas S. Harman, a former Securities & Exchange Commission attorney who represents fund companies and is a partner at the Washington (D.C.) office of law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. "There's a taint on the industry."

This is from the last Heritage Journal they posted, but gives us a clue what they are doing with the loans/bonds...
To market the securities to fund the loans, the Company
presented the concept to several insurance companies.
Although they were impressed by the model each
indicated that the loan pool commitments were too
small ($34 Million). Subsequently, HCCC proceeded
to enhance its portfolio and now we have $740 Million
in its pipeline for funding.

We are anticipating unaudited financials to be released April 15, give or take a few days.
Audited financials sometime after, by end of month?
I noticed a long history with First Union Corp through some of those threads which is now Wachovia.
Agreed. I do think he is the puppet master behind all this. Must watch how the most recent "financial institution" angle comes together and how transparent it is.
cashflo, here is a repost concerning First Access type of product. Maybe Chase Manhattan Bank has been using our/Jim's product since Jim joined us. Will dig some more. I think there is still a company or two that talked about similar product.
I believe Jim Aspinwall is the brains behind the credit prediction programming that First Access uses and is funneled through the rest of the sister companies...

Portfolio Management
The Portfolio Management Division (“PMD”) is responsible for monitoring outstanding issues insured by the FLFC. This group’s first function is to detect any deterioration in credit quality or changes in the economic or political environment, which could interrupt the timely payment of debt service on an insured issue. FLFC has the technology to detect problems 5 years before they occur.[b/] Once a problem is detected, it comes from three alert stages, which are addressed by the group including the Issuer, Trustee, Bond Counsel, Servicers, Underwriters and other interested parties to deal with the concern to try to avoid a default under the reimbursement agreement.
Well, I guess they refined the program. Now it's a FIVE year prediction of credit conditions.
Has anybody heard of other companies having this capability?
This man has a wealth of knowledge. Glad he's with us.
Great onsite DD! Had to pack in for days to get some of those photos I bet! Scuba gear is heavy!
running through my files as we speak...
I've run across some companies doing DD that talk of having similar capabilities but can't remember who just yet. Mellon?
and where has the profit gone to for the last 10 years?
Website claims they are a private, family owned business too. It would be great to find a bottom to the "rabbit hole" per se.
Hooooly Cow!
Hope they weren't the ones that just had the lien released.
Think they would need to maintain privacy of customers but would be worth asking some simple questions. How do we get past the front line defense to the people that know? Go KU!
Yes, that's right. I got implied affiliation feelings as I researched. I found a verified "strike" adjacent to South Copperstone called Bonanza in the Copperstone claim, fairly recent though.

It may be a coincidence of word patterns, Mellon Credit?
Thanks for the vote of confidence, prisoner. The time I have to devote my trading is limited. I wouldn't be able to give the board the time it deserves. Will be in and out as I can. Have a small exposure to FFGO for now but still interested in adding.

Thanks Capstar, good to see decent cashflow generated.
I'm finding a lot of info on Stephen C. Lumb regarding many companies, good and bad. Searching again for a link that shows he has control of over 100 companies/entities, and all seemed to be linked.
I thought RELM would be purchasing using PrefShares provided by HCPC.
Thanks
Let's see how quickly they can liquidate the $500,000 inventory. Maybe someone can keep track (through ebay/links?). At this time I'm not able to do that.
