Why is the stock price .0133?
Because that is what someone is willing to pay for it.
I have not been trading penny stocks all that long, but I have been long in GZFX since 9/16/05 when I bought in for .0036.
You could have made some good bucks if you had turned it over a couple of times, selling when it goes up 100%, and selling when it goes down 100%
I have been reading this board and others for a while now and from what I gather the three main reasons the stock is not moving is
1. GZFX is fighting perception of penny stock status i.e. toxic financing, no trust of leaders of the company, can print shares at will to cash out and leave the shareholders with nothing
No profit and big expenses are a big reason
2. Dilution. All dilution is not bad. Google recently diluted for no specific reason and their share price didn’t suffer.
25 Billion shares is bad
3. MMs manipulation. I am not sure I buy into this theory. The MMs make money either way so I don’t see the rationale for MMs to keep the stock down.
I'm not sure of that either
Since September 05,
GZFX has signed and successfully completed a test roll out with a national retailer. The national rollout with Circuit City is a fact now and will start soon and be completed by the end of the year.
This could be good. How many subscribers can we get from CC? What will it cost us? How long can we keep the subscribers before they cancel?
New website.
We needed that new web site. How is it?
Improved service. I joined GZFX before I bought shares of the company. I wanted to make sure they were legit. The service has improved and that short time and I am very pleased with the service.
I joined after I bought the stock. I dropped the service within 2 months, but held the stock until the CC announcement, I figured it was the only way to get my money back
Competitive edge by offering games and movies. Yes Netflix was first to market, but there are many examples of 2 players in the same space. Yahoo and Google. Home Depot and Lowes.
That is excellent, especially if there is more profit margin in the games. Is there?
Pending AAFES deal. To be honest, if the Circuit City deal didn’t move the stock much I am not expecting this deal to either. While it may prove to be bigger than CC, I am not sure the market will see it that way
I would hope it would move it, especially if someone can translate the increased possibility of more subscribers to show a good increase in subscriber numbers
Very few penny stocks make it. I understand that. I understand the risk reward of penny stocks which is why I invested.
If a penny stock can increase it's profits as it grows, it should survive. If it can't make a profit, it will fade away. Can GZFX make a profit? Only time will tell.
What I don’t understand is probably less than 1% of penny stocks have a viable product or service and even fewer sign a national rollout with a major retailer. This stock should be, at a minimum, above 2 cents. What gives??????
There has to be something to bring in new buyers of the stock. It must be exciting. Like increases in subscribers. If you just spend more money, but don't increase subscribers, it is hard to convince people to put their hard earned money into your company.
This is my 2 cents. I am just trying to learn from this crazy market.
Just my 2 cents too. I wish you luck with GZFX.
When do the earnings for the quarter come out? That is a main concern, but I guess if there is money to be made in the future stockholders will have to accept spending money (and selling shares of stock to pay the expenses) in order to grow.
The main problem with GZFX right now may be the cost of the new subscribers, and the inability to keep them. They are in a low mark-up business to begin with, and if they pay $30/new subscriber and then can't keep the subscriber for more than a couple of months, that is money down the drain. Sell more company stock to pay the bill and big salaries, and do it again the next month, how long does it take for an intelligent person to realize this company is in a downward spirial.
Do you worry about this stock constantly? Does it really have a chance? Only you can decide the answer to that, and what to do about it.
Let's face it, this is a low margin business that GZFX has chosed to compete in. We won't know how the new CC subscriber costs really effect the bottom line until this quarter's results are made public, and more realistically maybe the 2nd or 3rd quarter results are in.
John's earlier remark that they could be very profitable with 15,000 subscribers will be proven to be incorrect. I'm not saying he was wrong at the time he said it, I'm just saying that the statement will not hold up with the CC deal in place, because the extra expenses will cut deeply into what (if any) profits they make.
Add in the new higher salaries for everyone, especially for those like the CFO, and the probable use (little by little, maybe 50,000,000 shares at a time) of the additional authorized shares to be used to pay those expenses at any time (with a dilutive effect on all of us), and it is hard not to see a downward spirial caused by burning the money faster than it is being earned by the operation of renting/selling dvd's and games.
I subscribed to GZFX because I was psyched for the company after I bought shares. BAD experience all the way around. I couldn't get a response from the head office to take care of my problems, and the web site was a total disaster addressing my "Issue", and I spent over 2 hours doing, redoing, and redoing again (on two different computers over 2 days time), explaining my issue in the text section, only to not have it ever get to the home office.
This CC deal was their big chance to increase subscriber numbers, but can they handle more subscribers (enough to break even), as well as the increased subscriber service that will be necessary because of the higher number of subscribers, that is the question.
I didn't write this before, because I didn't want to scare off anyone from buying. I'm out now, and just consider it a warning to those on the borderline.
The long timers, I'm sorry, but all that I can suggest is to take the money you have in this stock right now, and buy the stock of a proven performer. If you have 1,000,000 shares of GZFX you can buy 170 shares of OXY, and at the end of the year you'll be better off, I'm willing to bet you on this. Only time will tell if I'm right or wrong, but I won't be posting any more negative posts here (I think this is my first). I've suffered so much owning this stock, have come out making a decent profit, but this stock has driven me crazy and caused me some sleepless nights because I had more money in it than I ever should put in a penny stock! I apologize to those I'm upsetting by making these comments, but sometimes you just have to tell it like you feel it. Adios, and good luck to you all.

Orlando would be the best choice for a DC in Florida because all the mail is routed through Orlando, as I understand it. If that is the case, speed of delivery should be increased, as well as more dependable and consistant. Any FL postmasters out there?
Sharp - How can you post so few words and make such a big mistake?
Spellcheck doesn't work on incorrect usage of words, so I don't think it would help!
Posters (K)no(w) nothing....................LOL
Yes! It did sell at $92.25 today! So far so good.
Sold at $92 yesterday, and bought back at $89 today, for a total of 46 more shares! What a way to make $4000 in a day. Maybe we'll just put in a GTC SELL order at $92 and do it all over again tomorrow or Friday probably, or next week for sure.
1 Million Shares only cost $12,000 at .0120
I don't think there's any big money in this stock yet, or we would see a lot more of the over 1 Million share purchases.
All time high of $91.90 was hit today. Patience is a virtue with this stock. Don't worry about the temporary downs, because long term I don't see how it can lose.

There is no D-Day. If you read the agreement, the test goes through January 15th. THEREAFTER, a 30 day notice is required. Those last 2 sentences are all you need to realize that no bad news is coming tomorrow.
There is just too much a GOOD possibility of a fantastic gain with this stock to ignore it. I have more than I intended in this stock, having bought at .0037, .0170, and then today at .0136 & .0137 (Split Fill). I had to sell my conservative stock (which has done well on it's own - OXY) to buy more, but it is only a small %, and well worth the risk in my opinion. Heck, sell 36 shares to buy 220,000 shares - sounds like I ripped someone off, doesn't it? LOL!
Now, holding a total of 1.3 million shares, the next 60 days could bring a big smile : ^ ) to my face, as well as show tremendous gains for all of us with the continuing of the partnership with Circuit City almost a certainty.
I wish the best to all shareholders, and hope that we can all celebrate the future through this board.
Only time will tell!

Just resting up for another climb. Looking for $90 this year?
It looks like De Joya got 5 Million shares for $0, along with a 10% share of the company. Could this be his pay for working for the company as CFO?
Oh, it's so hard to figure out those double negatives. : ^ )
I have been out of the loop the past two days. When I bought in on Sept. 19th at .0037 the price started dropping immediately. (It waited for me to buy in!) I think XANADU bought in the day after at .0035 and after that time, it went down, down, down. I looked at the price quote today, and it was over a penny, but I misplaced a 0, and thought it had FALLEN to .0013 and I just shook my head. When I started catching up on reading the posts here, I realized my mistake! What a great feeling to realize you are actually in the GREEN instead of RED! Here's to all the belivers. A toast at dinner tonight to all of you.

That is great for the people that owned it two weeks ago, but let's see where SRGX is two weeks from today.
OT - wOod - I'm so glad you were off on the Carolina -3 pick, as I am a struggling Miami fan. And the other investor looking for a quick turn on his $100 could have bought a share of OXY, and had money left over to buy 4000 more shares of GZFX! : ^ )
OT: Mike, take it easy on yourself. Buy OXY and forget it, unless you want to trade the ups and downs. You will smile, if not every day, every month.

Hi Sent - "Forward looking statements" are discouraged, aren't they?
Steve Nix
I would guess that it is all demand and supply. If you look at the time and sales it is apparent that we don't have that many larger orders of 500,000 shares +. If we had a few more of them they would wipe out the lower ASK prices real quickly.
If you look at the level II ASK prices, right now (delayed) it is only showing ONE ask at .0032, and only THREE at .0033, and then the next ask is at .0036, a group of 5.
I don't care what the MM are doing, if there is enough demand and people trying to buy at the lowest available price, the price will creep up - unless there are even more trying to dump their shares for some reason.
Does that make any sense?

Wick, the WEEK is not yet over. Patience is a virtue. Who knows what tomorrow may bring? And then, the rest of the week, and then next week. Time to relax, sit back with your favorite beverage, and watch a movie!
Steve Nix
And it hits $89 today! Golly, I love this stock! eom
Full fill of 824,800 shares at $.0037!
They filled 300,000 shares of my order at .0037 which is showing as the low for the day. Hey, I'm in! Now I feel more justified in cheering or complaining! : ^ )
Steve Nix
I'm sorry, I meant the lower ASK of .0036
I don't understand how the lower bid of .0036 could be removed if the market hasn't opened yet.
Quick question. On my trading site (Trading Direct), it shows my bid at .0037, but has changed the ask to .0038 even though the market has not yet opened. Does this mean my .0037 wiped out the available shares at .0037 and .0038 is now the lowest ask price?
Steve Nix
I didn't fill on Friday at .0035, but put my order in this morning at .0037 (which is showing as the ask) for 824,800 shares.
Here's hoping for a full fill, and upwards and onwards from there!
Steve Nix
I know they are old releases, but aren't you glad they were re-released? Everyone has been asking for exposure, and I'm sure these weren't free. It also signals that the company is trying to get "back on the stick."
Someone looking to get into the market today may never have heard of GZFX, and BAM, they see this promising new company that had a share price increase of __% yesterday!
Hey, come on, you guys are tough!

Free Real Time Quotes is where I got the news. Under GZFX I asked for a real time quote, then hit "News", and (3) showed up, all dated 9/15/05.
I'll run over there and do a "Copy" (if they permint that). If it doesn't show up in the next 5 minutes or so, try the link below. You do have to sign up, but it is free.
It's interesting, the 2nd release is the OLD Rates & Programs, the 3rd release is the NEW programs. I forget what the 1st one was, but I'll try to get them now.

The GZFX stock owners have held off very well today, everyone seems to think "we" are about to turn a big corner. After a sale this morning right before 10 am at .0035, I finally decided I better get on board!
I sold 35 shares of OXY and put in my bid for 857,000 shares of GZFX (pretty unbelievable that you can get that many shares for that few shares, huh?). Well, it still hasn't filled and I guess that is good for present shareholders, because that is who doesn't want to see the pps go down AT ALL.
All we need are more buyers, and with the 3 press releases yesterday, everyone clamoring for NEWS should be somewhat happy, even though those were hardly BOMBSHELL type releases.
The best news is always MORE SUBSCRIBERS, and I think the company realizes that!
The best to everyone, may it take a quick dip to .0035 and then close out about .0042 today.....................THEN JUST WAIT UNTIL MONDAY!!!!!
Steve Nix
Why they would make a $25 or less purchase when it probably costs them $10 to do the trade? Maybe it's their chance to get into the market and that is all they have???? If they buy 7800 shares at .0032 it costs them about $25, plus $10 to make the trade. If the price goes up to .0050 (That would be nice, right?) and they sell, they will gross $39, but if you deduct the $20 they paid to buy and then sell, they are worse off than when they started, getting back a net of $19.
I guess the real answer is that they are going to hold LONG until it hits .10 next month!
Steve Nix

Yes! Over $83 today. This helps pay my bill at the pumps! Hey, why fight a winning stock? We all hate higher gas prices, but you might as well take advantage of the situation, right?
American Bulls also says:
>It is now a market with a firm decision to try the lower end. We already have warned you before with our previous confirmed SELL signal. Anyway, we believe that you have sold your shares and even opened a short sale position.
>Our WAIT tag says all that is to say. Keep on staying short or at cash until the next signal. Do not bother yourself with any further buying or selling, as long as the WAIT tag stays.
Back on August 25th, American Bulls also put out a "Buy If" recommendation on GZFX at .0036, which was never confirmed, and changed back to a "wait" a day later.
American Bulls is actually how I found GZFX. I stumbled on it one day, and found GZFX where they had invested $100 and transformed it into almost $56,000 in a period of 2 years by constantly buying & selling the stock. It's kind of tricky going by their recommendations. It seems like they do a "Buy If", let's say at a price of .0034 and then a day later if the signals are still good, they give a "Buy Confirmed", but by then the price might be .0038 (these figures are completely made up), and if you wait until the buy recommendation is confirmed, you miss the lower entry price. However, it seems like their profits are figured on the price given at the "Buy If", which is a little bit of cheater play.
I'm still trying to figure out how valuable their recommendations really are. Any other comments on American Bulls?
