new PR out on SLJB -- does not look good.
SLJB Issues Correction for Unintentional Mis-Statement: September 05, 2006 Press Release Retracted
Dec 5, 2006 12:44:00 AM
WINDSOR, ON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/05/06 -- A Sulja Bros. Building Supplies (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) spokesperson announced a clarification of its September 05, 2006 press release. SLJB made a mistake in the wording and in the timing of the release. Although the statements were made honestly and from the most up-to-date information available to the company at the time, circumstances far beyond the control of SLJB and occurring nearly simultaneously with the completion of the release now serve to have the Company take pause and recant the information. This effort has been put forth previously in the Statement of former CEO Petar Vucicevich on the corporate web site, www.suljabros.com. However, in light of recent questions concerning the press release, the Company is compelled to state in no uncertain terms that the concrete commodities mentioned in that release and the corresponding transaction were indeed cancelled and no contract, even if drafted to finality, was consummated. SLJB hopes that this statement serves to provide a final concurrence or addendum to the entire issue.
The September 05, 2006 press release follows below, presented in its entirety:
Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd. -- Announces Closing of Abu Dhabi Cement Contract
A Sulja Bros. Building Supplies (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) spokesperson announced the closing of the cement contract in Dubai with Ramada General Contracting in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
CEO Steve Sulja stated: "The cement contract has been finalized, and the contract is officially closed. The contract is for seven million metric tons of cement per year. The cement will be transported to Abu Dhabi, UAE.."
Wessal International's President, Ahmed Khalil Al-Muslmani, stated: "Ramada General Contracting is paying an average of USD $50.00 per metric ton. The deal produces yearly revenues of USD $350,000,000. The UAE currently faces a shortage in cement production. We are continuously looking to fill this need."
Oh my Lord, I would probably panic and wet my pants. But I wet my pants anyway, so I guess that would be out of the norm for me, however, that stock thought is nice.
Yeah, I noticed you definitely need a no-pest strip. The infestation looks to be getting out of control.
BTW, good morning.
Why was METP even moving? What do they do and the O/S??
I like this.
It's sad that someone so evil can cause so many to follow his foot steps into the bowels of hell.
Blessed with a little Volka.
And some don't care, which is even worst.
A good definition of that might also be called the "Jim Jones Syndrome".
shakerzzz,
That is what is wrong now with the pennies. Too many people want to get rid of the weak traders (and turn them into bagholders) for their own ATM motives. It's killing the market.
BUt it's only MO.
You got that right. Think about this point on the matter.
It can be defined in only one word.
*****ATM*****
Too many of these fast, big-time, quick on the draw, pump/dump, daytraders are using the novices and newbies for a cash withdrawal machine. We are beat up and can't keep feeding them.
IMO
Thank You for comments
that's all I want to know--thanks
But SL, you are 100% on the nose of the problem. It's the big day trading investors, who out there to drain the pool and get all the coins on the bottom. While they are cleaning the bottom and taking every dime or penny there, they obviously haven't realized that they are the cause of the problem. They have gotten so greedy by their own pump and dump plays. They keep telling all the newbies and novices that it's got plenty of room to run; jump in and make a bunch of money with me. After they have reached their profit points, they dump and go on to the next stock. They tell everyone just like they did on APPI and have done on BANY this week. Bany ran great last week and I missed that play for several of my own faulty reasons, but there are several players pumping the hell out of it again this week and will drive it to .01 again today and create a ton of new bagholders. They won't even give BANY time to recoup. They don't care. Once it hits .01, they are gone, causing more people to lose. It's all or nothing. These guys are killing their own market that they are now bitching about just isn't what it used to be. WELL, excuse me, I wonder why.
Okay I will shutup now.
Have a great day.
True
Holy cow SL, that's great. I wish I had some extra money to just throw at it and wait. It sounds great. I like that guy.
Thanks SL,
does look interesting
They better be deep-fried, cause ain't nothing touching my mouth still whiggling.
Thanks starboy
I agree with you. It's just finding those good chart plays, hahahaha.
Guys, I am off to bed. This is probably my last last. If I don't make some money tomorrow or Friday and/or maybe next week, it won't matter any more.
Yaw take care.
P.S.
I admit I have had my chances, but just chicken again.
Can I have some French Fries? Please Sir, I will clean up after yaw.
You know starboy, I will have to confess that I find myself being a so-called "Chicken Liitle" too often, but I don't mean to. I don't want to be negative about anything or anyone. I feel bad and guilty sometimes, when I begin to condemn thoose who stand up and say "To the Moon". I sort of feel damn if I do and damn if I don't. I have to cancel 75% of my posts to others ontheir pumping comments, due to myself getting hurt by those same pumps along with others who have become bagholders.
i will stand up now and apologize to all investors every where that I am sorry if I in any way have offended anyone by comments i have made in the past Forgive me. A little pumping never hurt anyway I suppose.
FOURWINNS, I agree with Stock Lobster, you and MOMO do outstanding work. I wish I could be as good as all four of you including chartinator.
Take care
Lt.
Good luck to you also.
amen
longhorn, I feel the same way about the charts and me losing more, hahaha.
Hey SL,
I don't know where it will go obviously, but NAWL trade d204 mil shares Friday and closed at .002, up 81% from .0012. It went up to .0026 and fell back to .002 at the close. It may room to run Monday.
Lt.
Thanks BMiles.
good luck
BMiles, don't worry about responding to my posts then. I'm not much of an investor. I keep losing money and I'm here on this board trying to learn from Stock Lobster and chartinator. I keep losing money.
You got any suggestions for Monday?
I hope your "cat" was successful, so your wife doesn't fry it for your dinner tomorrow night.
Heavens, Ain't that the truth.
CMKX paralized my wallet, my life, my everything, because I refused to allow common sense to review the facts. Durnnnnn
Hahahahahaha, I like the last two comments about family members. You are sooooo correct.
Thanks skeen,
I appreciate it.
Now that sure thing position sounds like all the trades taht I made. hahaha
You are smart. You are not suppose to make those type of decisions.
skeen,
Where do you see IBCX moving to this week, especially Monday with the after hours PR they put out Friday evening, plus all the momo building on it????
Lt.
I want you to know that I really appreciate all the stuff you and Stock Lobster post about trading. It has to help so many people. I wish I had known all the stuff yaw have put out. It would have made a big difference in my trading habits and I probably would have made money instead of losing it. Maybe I can turn things around now.
Never mind, I found it.
