my remark was not a dig either---it was an observation. Surely, you cannot think that Trump is not odd in his reactions, or over reactions---and some of his responses are plain whacked out. What troubles me the most is his vindictiveness ( like with Ted Cruz, and thinking maybe to form a pac against any future political runs he might have just because he did not endorse him----and on the same vane for anyone who does not say nice things about him (unlike Putin and "Mr North Korea===probably our only allies if he gets in office.)
Hey, I don't luv Hillary, but you don't know that about Trump either----he has a relationship with Putin?---he doesn't have a relationship with Putin?---what's in his tax returns that he doesn't want anyone to see?. One thing, at least Hillary is on an even keel---Trump is way too sensitive, and way too vindictive over any slight. I really don't think he does anything for the greater good without self benefit.
like what I read here????? I just visit on occasion for entertainment, much like Trump's fantastical campaign and promises---so ridiculous!!
Yeah, a real testament to his temperament, huh? Can just imagine how'd he be with World leaders!
"pushes through it"---really! Must be when he's on the toilet
How come the "brilliant" well-educated Mr Trump doesn't seem to know the meaning of the the words "sacrifice" or "temperament"? His responses certainly do indicate the need for, at the least, a vocabulary lesson!
The name, "Teflon Don" should have been coined for Trump <ggg>
can't believe AZN didn't take a hit on the news?
Just got filled 2000 @4.77 for me! Thanks to 123Tom for insights
CBAY--anyone still in?----been going up last few days with increased volume.
at least certainly not a couple of wars like some
I double checked for that info, and the last day to trade requiring settlement in this tax year pertains to short sales, otherwise buy/sell trades count in this tax year even if the settlement date is next year--i.e. trade date counts, not settlement date.
I don't think you are correct on that--as far as I know, transactions are good executed on 12/31 even though they settle next year.
don't you mean .81?
I'm putting in a buy order in low 8s just in case, and bookmarked your thread too. I'm very appreciative of your insights.
I greatly appreciate your postings----the potentials seem much more reality based than some of the others on here.
Nice! Sure hope the year ends like that for us all.
Taxes---you're all worried about capital gains taxes---don't any of you have any losses from elsewhere to offset???
what interest rate did they offer? I on;y ask as an indication of difficulty to get shares/
insider trading???
Added---I added some shares on a limit order at 8.85--took hours to finally get a fill.
URL to new board didn't work for me :(
OT: Yes, haven't been able to get on the message boards at all yesterday, nor today.
IGXT----I have my shares at Schwab and they show only 500 shares traded today and the high as .599---going to make selling difficult. Anybody know why or have similar experience with their brokerage?
I only know what I've read---on the date of declaration, the price was $6.80--therefore $1.75 is over 25%. People have cited info from brokerages Schwab and, I think, T D Waterhouse on this matter.
from what I've read, seems that is the info from various brokerages.
POZN---much discussion of this on Yahoo board----25% rule applies--ex-dividend on 12/31--can buy on the 30th to get distribution
better we should bomb Mexico and aim for the drug cartels who kill so many literally and figuratively in their and our countries.
ANAC up over 7% in afterhours and Wedbush raised TP to $20
Up $1 today too.
guess it's true what they say about keeping quiet rather than typing too much and proving yourself a fool.
I was one of those who wrote a review on Amazon and can assure you that other than being a stock holder with achy knees, I gave a positive review of the product because it helped so much. May I also say that it was and is the only review I've written because the only other things I've purchased on Amazon are DVDs, and no DVD is going to inspire me to write a review. The reviewer on Amazon who reviewed the reviewers negatively and not the product sure missed the boat and was hardly worthwhile reading.
OT---I must confess---I have started pressing #1 to speak with a representative, but you just get a recording that they are busy and can leave a message. I have then resorted to explatives along with "robo calls are illegal". They have responded with a message that my number has been entered into their do not call data base, but I just keep calling them back. What the heck--think I might even miss them in the future <ggg>--kinda fun on a slow day.
I've been getting them also, and what I do is call them back and press "3" to leave a message for their customer care whatever---I then repeat "robo calls are illegal and not appreciated" several times and then let them record some TV. I repeat this process maybe 10 times while on the computer---haven't managed to fill up their recording system yet. Their answering system allows for approx 7 min of message recording at a time. So far I've gotten those robo calls from two different numbers.
Super article! Much appreciate your posting!
I recall back around 2004/2005, disapproval of low-paying corps (Walmart) for not only their low wages, but also for a lack of providing health care for employees----which put a strain on many State & local governments through a need of providing more section 8 housing, Medicaid, emergency health services. The Affordable Health Care Act should ultimately eleviate this aspect. Some people want to focus on the increased cost to employers, but neglect the increased cost to society by a lack of employer provided affordable health care insurance.
pardon my interjection, but it's not the only thing that "points to denial or garden-variety ignorance"-----this morning heard on TV some poll which found people had more faith in Romney to fix the economy by 7 or 9 points or something--un-fricken-fanthomable!
LOL---I admit I had posed the question to the "holy rollers".
I think there is more to it than that. I think it is because of a reluctance to condemn one of their own. I brought it up on a "Yahoo" trash talk board, but got no response as to my concerns for the Santorums' after life---and if we should only worry about Mrs. Santorum's or if Mr. Santorum's also merited concern?
How come no one ever brings up Santorum when they condemn late term abortions? Just curious?
Heck, Romney can't even get his birthplace straight---first it's Mexico--now it's Michigan. He's two sides of a coin on everything! LOL
