I get my information from the same place you get yours apparently
Reverse split eminent!
Absolute trash!
I don’t think a single person here, is invested for revenue, they are invested to make money, and this thing is down close to 70% from its high and still tumbling.
In order to stay on the New York Stock Exchange, an RS is eminent by the end of the year!
What a scam! Days and days of red, they let it run up 4% one day to give people hope, everybody gets excited, then they start dumping again.
The yearly looks horrible!
At this rate, by the end of the year they’re going to be under a dollar and forced to do an RS OR get down listed to the OTC.
Not only is the stock going to lose over 90% of its value by the end of the year, then the RS will wipe 90% of the already 90% loss.
Thank god thank God I didn’t invest here when I was told to
Thanks for sharing!
Awesome!!!!
It’s not OK, but unfortunately it’s lawful for them to do it, but not lawful for someone else to counter
Like I said before, if I was watching my life work being threatened by market manipulators, I don’t know man, I think I would’ve done the same thing Rik did
I don’t know, I have to be in his situation under that kind of pressure and stress, to really know if I would’ve done it or not. But I think I would have
OK, by no means am I a legal scholar, but I think I understand what you’re saying.
Forgive me for using this example, I’m using it ONLY as an example because I believe it’s the simplest to understand
what you’re saying is, if two liquor store robberies happen at the same time in the same jurisdiction, one robber steals the cash register with $10,000 in it, and the other guy steals a pack of cigarettes, they are both the same crime, but the cash thief will get time in jail, and the other will get a slap on the wrist and let go.
So in the eyes of the law what Rik did is wrong, but it was so minimal that the punishment will be little to nothing
I’m a huge fan of financial regulators, oversight and law-enforcement. I truly mean it. We NEED the SEC and others to keep the rich and powerful in check. as it is they already are eating our lunch
However, the above mentioned entities are comprised of people and people make mistakes
I believe that in this particular case the SEC handled this wrongly. I don’t think they needed to put together this big case for such a small company. In my opinion they should’ve handled it differently.
Correct, a promotion alert came on the OTC Markets website, and a few hours later the CE came on.
So unless you have proof otherwise, it only makes sense that the CE came on because of a promotion.
The fact that the FDA didn’t pursue the punitive measures that they said they would, would lead you to the conclusion that it was
But like I asked earlier in the day, if you have proved to the contrary, please post it on the board for everybody to see
Otherwise your claims are baseless
Dude, I’ve been thinking this for a while, but I never wanted to say anything on the board because I’m already accused of being a pumper
But I swear this situation reminds me exactly of Royal Raymond Rife.
That’s my logic on it. But certainly if the OTC markets included that in their list of demands, it would be crazy if Rik ignored it. He wants that CE off just as much or maybe even more than we do!
I mean it’s certainly possible, it just doesn’t make sense to me
Plus, If OTC markets included that in their list of demands to remove the CE, I can’t imagine Rik not making those changes.
Wait! What? Are you saying the CE was put on because of this?
It makes no sense. What does a marketing warning letter from the FDA have to do with the OTC, a financial institution?
If you have proof to the contrary, can you please post it on the board?
I’m not antagonizing you, I really mean it.
Ok great!
I’m trying to refresh my memory, but I remember this letter coming out a couple of years ago and emailing Rik about it
I remember him telling me that it was a warning about their marketing materials and he told me that they are addressing it.
So I forgot about it and I just assumed that he addressed it. So I don’t know, did he? I sure hope he did.
Selling shares to raise money to keep the company alive, it’s not illegal it’s not misappropriation of funds.
Don’t muddy the waters, if you know somethings spit it out! If you don’t have specific proof that Rik is lining his pockets and disregarding his company, stop making those accusations.
I know it’s easy to say anything when you’re hiding behind a screen name.
Well that’s the thing, most people when they make a mistake that they regret their inner voice tells them “you idiot! What were you thinking? You should’ve done this instead! Etc. etc.“
However, when you are a narcissist, you can’t do wrong, you’re bad decision is someone else’s fault…. And then to not look foolish, you claim that you made a good decision and sold some of your shares and you are now writing to stock on “free“ shares.
Bravo!
It’s kind of weird to be honest, that a person hates Rik based on THEIR OWN decision not to sell.
Had that person decided to sell, they’d be loving Rik right now.
Maybe it’s just me, but I find it wrong to hate somebody else based on MY OWN decision, ESPECIALLY when that person opened the door for me and I chose not to walk through it
The thing is, this stock ALREADY gave a great return! A more than 3000% return!
Some people chose to sell and are laughing and loving Rik.
Others chose NOT to sell, regret their decision, and want to blame and hate Rik.
I CHOSE not to sell, because I believe that there’s a bigger payday ahead.
Could I be wrong? ABSOLUTELY! But it was MY choice. I don’t blame Rik.
Do I regret not selling? I honestly don’t know yet. If this year goes by and Rik doesn’t deliver on MS trials or government grant, then I definitely will regret my decision.
Let’s see how this lottery ticket plays out
I agree with you, it’s a total scam when you invest in a company and it doesn’t shoot up 50,000% the next day.
Outrageous!
And it would appear I am STILL living rent free!
I totally do!!!
We will get there. I truly believe Rik will deliver, and although talking about the past right now is irrelevant, once he delivers it’ll become laughable
Far smarter and much further reaching subpoena power…
Still holding tight, like the vast majority of diamond hand longs.
Come on Rik! Drop the bomb!
I totally agree, and it bothers me to no end that he is constantly being called disgusting names.
He’s a human being just like us, he has kids that he wants to provide for, and it’s just absolutely uncalled for to attack him personally
Rik did not solicit my investment, I looked up his company and invested at my own risk AND at my own reward.
Again, in total agreement!
I truly believe Rik is going to come through for us
Generally speaking, of course it’s not.
But under the circumstances that we were in, it moved the company’s agenda forward
The money raised from dilution got us current, but if it also gets us MS trials and/or a government grant, then hell yeah! It was so worth it!
Great layout, and I totally agree!
If dilution brings on board investors that propel the company forward, I am totally for it! It adds value that by far offsets the dilution
Time will tell…
Holding for the nuke to drop
We are going to be dealing with all kinds of shenanigans until Rik drops the bomb.
Rik WILL deliver.
Things always take longer than expected. We just have to be patient. I truly believe Rik will come through for us on at least one of the two
Still holding as well.
