Even without the license the company has so much already accomplished and possibilities.
Setting them up for the soft let-down so soon? Yes, the company has so much to offer like millions and millions of dollars of debt and billions and billions and billions of shares
.0011 so the 700M shares bought today at .0008 and .0009 can get flipped
Every time he releases more shares than he needs for very little cash in return, he chips away at the company he built up from an empty shell 3 years ago... Maybe I can't convince you that that means something, to own your own business and watch it grow but I'm sure others can understand it. When you need money to expand or grow, you go to the bank and since banks aren't loaning people without money anything these days that limited his options. He has a company he wants to build, he has stock that he can sell without giving away his company, and he has a plan for how to make those two assets grow in value...
Seriously, the only fundamental difference between a Reg A and an IPO is that you can only sell Reg A's to investors with more than 1M account net worth... All of the changes referred to the offering of $50M or more...they are worried about Wall St doing this to it's investors... which, if you recall I already stated was going to happen in the next several years... THIS was not the scenario Harvard is worried about...
There was a 32M buy at $.0009 today... it hasn't stopped...
My first sale price is .0029. Mark it.
Was there something specific I was supposed to be looking for? Cause I found all of these assurances...
"Tier 1 offerings, which this is, remain subject to state blue sky regulation. With this revised framework, emerging companies have another capital-raising option in addition to those currently available under the federal securities laws, such as Regulation D.
Reg D shares are preferred shares, they can raise money and they count as far as corporate shareholder votes but you can't sell them... You can only use those to buyout companies, not make money in the sale of the shares on the stock market...
Tier 1 issuers would file a Form 1-Z upon completion or termination of the offering, which would provide sales information and updates on issuer information.
It also requires semi-annual reports on new Form 1-SA, with disclosures similar in certain respects to a Form 10-Q, as well as interim financial statements which would not need to be audited or reviewed
As well as: current reports on new Form 1-U, with a number of event-based reporting triggers similar to certain of the triggers in Form 8-K (current reports on Form 1-U would be required to be filed within four business days after the occurrence of any such event)
and finally, special financial reports on Form 1-K and 1-SA to cover lengthy gaps in financial reporting between the financial statements included in Form 1-A and the first periodic report due after qualification of the Form 1-A.
I too have said that if there is not an update on the status of things by March 10th then I will stop supporting this company too. Skepticism is one thing, even I have some, but deadlines and results are what make me lay my money down...If he shows that he has a responsible timeline that he can keep and maintain I can't hate on the guy... I mean it's not like he said he's going to grow 1.3 million lbs of weed this year or anything...
They have to be accredited investors, Andy controls their release by making a prospectus offering circular, which he did, and deciding how many shares to issue at a time. He doesn't have control over who gets them.
There are three options for raising capital through your public company... financing through Hanover or the like, and trade cash in exchange for shares. Private offerings like Reg As. Or form 144s. Andy isn't selling his stock, unlike most of the MJ CEO's are. He didn't take out a ridiculous loan and pass the cost onto shareholders. He made a Reg A offering and released $1.1M in shares to cover $800K in losses last year and fund this project. More than enough time has passed for anyone that didn't want to be here to leave.
True... not all bud is created equally but never stopped a QB from getting sold...
An update to OTCmarket will be triggered upon their activation/sale... I wish I could assure everyone that they aren't going to be sold because there isn't a need to sell them any longer. He sold $1.1M of a $3M total offering and hasn't responded back to investors requesting to buy the shares directly from him. He can't sell them that way. They are a public offering first come, first served upon release of the shares. When they get put up for auction, the SS gets updated automatically due to the deposit.
Yes, this is completely accurate. They start with a cloning grow before they plant a harvest grow...which is why it will be fall before they harvest.
That's why people who know better, know that 35 day harvests are a crock of crap...
Yep... they can grow all year and give us updates on how the plants are doing but #s don't get officially calculated until September and released a few weeks later...
A full list, no...but this should get you started seeing what the competition to STBV is...if you can call it that...more pop up every day

I've made this point before and I'll make it again...
Is 100,000 shares of a sandbox worth more than 12B shares of a television and marijuana corporation?
BUD DD - if you have questions about growth cycles this gives a fair baseline
http://www.royalqueenseeds.com/
No, I actually think you are very intelligent, 420. That's why I read your posts among the hundreds of others I may or may not. I'm not in the mood to argue with you, over this or anything else though. Indoors, you can grow certain species of marijuana in 6 weeks and harvest them at 8 - 10 weeks. You get minimum output for the investment. You can grow most strains in about 12-16 weeks and continue to let them grow and trim on a quarterly basis.
I believe I stated that... However, they are harvestable in 6 weeks...
Canada seems to manage that schedule just fine...perhaps you should ask a botanist instead of iHub if you have doubts...
Depending on the species/strain and whether it is autoflowering or not will yield different amounts at different times... 8 weeks minimum to grow a small harvest worthy plant... you let them grow big and strong and then you trim them every 3 months...
I would assume that is to create a staggered harvest...if you can grow all year, you don't start from scratch every time. You stage it into seedlings, growing, harvesting, drying...
Outdoor is 70 - 90 days. Indoor is closer to 8 weeks grow/harvest typically, if they manipulate the lighting to 18/6.
The longest grow/harvest cycle I am aware of is 20 weeks... and that's on the extreme end, most are every 70 - 90 days.
The first hint of - forget profitable - the first revenue producing MJ operation in the US, televised... this is going through the roof
accumlation... as soon as enough people have the tens of millions of shares they want, this will explode for 100% or more... Everyone is basing their dilution claims on t-trades, but t-trades occur on every stock every day so who's to know...
CANV is valued at 1.6B right now based on the chance that they will get $1M in revenue trading hemp products from China... No offense at all but you either don't understand the market you are invested in or you don't understand the companies you are invested in, 420.
A/S was increased to 100B around Oct 24, 2013. The paperwork is filed on Edgar
There was a 7.5M buy t-trade and 225M sell t-trades...we're still missing one cause the buy/sell doesn't add up yet
Yeah, they weren't there a few minutes ago but had to be coming b/c of the 250M difference in buys and sells...
interesting to point out though, the people that bought the 8's added the dilution... none of the existing shares are selling anywhere near that low...so to fully explain this math problem to everyone since most don't seem to get it...
EVERYTIME you bid under the ask... unless you just psychologically beat someone into surrender, YOU are creating the dilution. You won't trade in the existing float SO they release more shares.
Not exactly... 88B more shares are authorized for the company to release with SEC approval but have not been registered for sale, otherwise the company has to pay taxes on it. 12B shares are in existence, out of a possible 100B in several years. It is actually impossible to release all 100B shares in a single year and becomes even more difficult to release additional shares as the share price increases. Of those 12B shares, only 4.6B of them are in trading.
The only ttrade I saw on Friday was for 1.85M shares and the only one so far today is...
16:02 $ .0009 High 7,520,711...was a buy
By to volume, looks like the day ended:
784.6M bought and 533.6M sold...
Thanks. With enough shares, you can move a company any direction you want. That was my impression...
Before. Looked like a stop limit raid
You have 3 kinds of companies down here... This is the type I'd put a long term bet on... I'll play elsewhere.
Can't argue with that... but it did trigger the dip...
Removed and moved down...
Did you notice the coordinated shift on the L-2 from .0009 to .0008 bid all at once... they weren't getting them at .0009 so they try .0008 instead?!?!? Sheer scare tactics
The ones to be in are the ones the power players seem to be ignoring... Fake news sells all the time but accumulation takes time when everyone gets caught off guard. The lower volume today is a good sign, in my opinion, just further confirms that accredited investors aren't just dumping shares to the highest bidder.
