I haven't got the report just yet. But their recent plays speak volumes.
LGDI $1.90-$5.00
NCEN $1.65 - $5.20
CHTL $1.05 to $3.05
Should run. Bellwether Report out with an analyst report on DKAM. That's why it bid up this morning. These guys try to get shares before they put out their comments. I'll have the report shortly.
.28 on Ask is HDSN! That is a lowly retail player with absolutely no sense. I detailed it last night. Just get out of the way. All you are doing is delaying the inevitable!
Listen! I watched a show on VH1 last night. It was called: "Hip-Hop Videos and then something about sex. They talked about how the videos are all about sex and how it sells. How the women just give it away and all. Then one woman says every day its the same thing. Everybody starts the day with cognac! It's like a cult thing now.
So I sent a note to Dre. He said he would work the cognac hard on his end. He needs to do Detox videos right out the gate and feature his cognac in the videos.
I personally think he will. If he wants to beat Fifty, he will!
You ready sports fans? Slim??? Wake up!!! You caint kep waitin on da garbage cruck backin up as yo moanin alarm no mo.
Bidin up!
Thanks OT. Hey! We bidding up? Bid at .27 early. Could be a signal.
I did Rilo! 120 million albums worldwide.
And about to be 150.
Exactly Slim. When I read about a stock and do all the DD, I'm always going to trust my own opinion even though I question my decisions many times. If I tell someone else about a stock, it is valid input, a collosal amount of time is spent but also sounds like a sales pitch. Like my post said earlier, we measure a company's merit to a particular conversation on the price it is trading at right now. Wrong! That is where everything went haywire. Nobody playing it because of the price. This way by putting THE COMPANY in front of as many people as possible, an investment comes secondary and then takes precedence over the actual research done. Soon, the price goes higher. More people do DD. They learn more quickly. They buy the products. We have brand awareness. They buy the stock because they love the products. We have a stock that is running.
We didn't have to say a word.
Thx Rilo. Now this is important! I will also go ahead and set up Trump Vodka pages and Dre cognac pages and sparkling vodka pages as they are announced. I'll link back to the site of the cognac company when it is announced.
The way it is done here is simple. If we go tell everybody about the company and spend hours telling them what a great thing this is, they have to go learn everything and make decisions. Plus we spin our wheels repeating ourselves. This way, like Gink said earlier, we teach them to fish for themselves. People are much more likely to find DKAM through their own processes of research than if we tell them whatever we tell them. All we have to do is give them the link and let them learn on their own!
OK pants wettng time! Your feel good post of the month! Alot of time and work. Don't mess with it or your IP will be recorded and you will get the wrath!
Hope you like it. It had to be done a certain way so nobody mess! It has over 60 tags built in that when anybody Googles Dre or Aftermath or cognac or Trump or vodka or Willie Nelson or bourbon or Grey Goose or any Board Member of DKAM or any part of DKAM or any combination thereof, this comes up near the top of the list. No pictures because of copyrights and trademarks. I'm working on it!
There are just so many people that will go to Drinks' website because of their products. There are 1000 times more that will go to the DKAM website from this site because they learned something first and then they found out about the products. Not to mention how many people will have hundreds more ways to find out about the company and ultimately the stock.

LOL "patients". Spelling was never Rilo's strong suit. :)
At the same time, what a great play on words.
Patients for Dr. Dre! Brilliant! LOL
OMG! I think I figured it out. I've been thinking all day about this Dre thing and how long it takes him "to get things right" on everything else. I just found it staggering that he could agree to a cognac formulation so quickly. Then I remembered he had been to see at least 20 companies before he settled on just one; DKAM. Something had to put him over the edge. Kenny had to have something up his sleeve. Then I realized the something was the date. The cognac wasn't done in February, it was done last year. Kenny knew he wanted Dre and in order to get him, he had to go get Interscope first. All the lawyers and that hoop jumping delays the announcement. So he needed a hook. He goes to his friend Hubert and lays it all out. Hubert isn't coming over to DKAM unless it's a win-win for him on both counts. So Kenny throws him and Mumm Martell a bone for worldwide distribution on Dre's cognac and champagne. Maybe even the sparkling vodka also. So Kenny announces Millet comes on board first and they begin the formulation process LAST YEAR. When the Interscope legal is done, they announce that news. Then when the formulation is complete for Dre's cognac, they make the announcement Dre is on board this past February. That way it minimizes the time from deal to market. Of course, Dre has to keep his end of the deal and goes right to work on Detox so he can work uninterrupted on it. That gives the triple threat of Detox, cognac, and vodka to maximize the impact.
So while the market is busy dragging DKAM from $3.50 down to nothing they have absolutely no idea that Interscope, Dre, and his MARTELL cognac have already been done, formulated, and put in the bottle.
And people put up a sell order at .28. No wonder the float is drying up to nothing!
But Ore on a pre split basis, HANS went to $400+ on less than 16 mil OS shares.
So I guess all things being equal, for DKAM to go to 100 then they only need $240 mil a year in sales. Right? 1/4 to 1/4.
Problem is it doesn't work that way in most cases.
But, unrealized growth does crazy things to crazy people!
Absolutely not Boston. Not going to play that game. Nothing goes exactly like we would expect. Look at all the stocks that went over $100 that should have been $10 and all the stocks under $10 that have a PE less than 5.
If you want $100, I'll tell you how they do it:
1) A portfolio of at least 12-15 icons all bringing in at least $60-$120 mil a year each
2) A major institutional player that will not only bring clients but will also spur other institutions and hedges to come on board with coverage and targets
3) Company expansion with more employees and subsidiary/satellite offices abroad
4) Global distribution with no less than China, India, Europe, and South America on board
5) Preferred distribution at the top 4 major US retailers
6) A move to a higher exchange
7) Company stock buy back plan to lower the outstanding to less than 50 mil
8) At least one, if not two splits
With all this action, then yes, you could see $100. That would be 50 mil out with $100 a pluck for a $5 bil buyout. $1.2 bil in sales equals roughly $7 a share in earnings and a PE of around 14. Absolut at $4.1 bil is not that far away. Trump beats Sidney Frank at Grey Goose. And the acquiring company gets a steal on the buyout at 4 times sales when the going rate is $2000 a case.
The reason I say no is that is 6 mil cases of product a year and that is 400K cases of product per icon. You always have a stable full with a couple of studs but to get all 15 would be like winning the lottery.
That's why $30 is much more reasonable. Let Seagrams worry about winning the lottery the second time.
Personally from what I've been able to gather, a couple things were going on behind the scenes that have been addressed and rectified. Beyond that, a forced liquidation came with 5000 and 10000 share hits that left it oversold. NITE and UBSS playing tag. Beyond that only one thing left to wade through. That is 5 months of being strapped in an 8 cent range with no interest other than the groups that scooped up the 5.5 mil shares the hedge had. Now you just have those people that look at history as their guide when everyone else is buying because of the future. So they put up their .27's and .28's because that is where it stopped two times before. They figure they are geniuses and can buy it back at .21 again. Not going to happen IMO with the earnings next week and that CC that will have more important ears than you can imagine. So while they look at a triple top failure, everyone else sees the volume build, the news, the market turn, and a stock breaking out of a double top ready to go challenge its 200 day and break it followed by a test and break of the second recent high at .60.
Just remember there are alot of people that are not us that do not care if a stock is $21 or $25 or $30 if they know for certain they can take it and participate in it going over $100. Same holds true for this one. Just move the decimal over 2 places. The same players will come. They always do!
Rilo? Gink caint even find 4 worms to fitch wid come Satiday moan.
He has ta go sit in da nayba lady lap just to put up his post or to a day. She gettin tired a all his googlin iffin ya kno wat I meen.
Steel we capreciate his openins he offer. He caint say long do cuz da bus be by chortly. It free rat chutin day at da dump. Say hay Rosco Slim!
I think I figured out what is happening on the gonac showing up yesterday. I found the website down over the weekend. Somebody got to them yesterday and made them aware of it. I think Rilo said it was up there when they first went live in the Beta version. So when they reset the servers, it reverted back to the default which was with the Dre decanter and cognac flashing.
I'm guessing that for legal reasons they can't put anything up until the formal launch. It does nobody any good anyways. Simply putting up a blank decanter tells us he is associated with cognac. I feel certain we'll see something completely different when his bottle with his label hits the site but more importantly when it hits the pipeline.
See my point is right in front of us. I told everyone before that when this stock starts to go, a bunch of fools will take shares off because of what it used to do. That is what separates people that make trades from people that make $$$millions.
Proof in the pudding. Here it is up on .28 yet again and guess who is sitting there? ETRD and HDSN. Those are the market makers that little guys with little accounts use that don't know how to read a chart or know that if it is up here again, it is because it is ready to break out on one PR after another and from the implications of what is forthcoming.
So it comes right back to what has held this stock back all along; people that claim history as their major instead of finance and global economics.
This is a nice list! We get 3 of the Top 10

Your thought for the day!
You know you do it. Everybody does. We all measure the value of our time and our investment in a company by the price it is TRADING at right now. In this case DKAM is trading at nothing it has ever done. If it is the past, it averaged higher than this. If it's because of recent events, it traded higher than this on worse news. If it's because of the future, it averaged much higher than this on alot less news.
Try measuring the value of your investment this way. Figure out how many shares you have. Then take roughly 3.8 million and divide it by the number of shares you have. Let's say it's 10%. You own 10% of the shares that the guy who founded SoBe owns who sold it to Pepsi for $360 million before it became the $billion dollar business that it is. He took his storied career in the beverage biz and came to help make the same thing happen here. That means he took his profits from selling SoBe and put them in here to make even more money. His average cost might be 70-80 cents given all the buys and where the prices were. A double pat on the back if your average price is far less than that. As for his partner in SoBe? He too dumped his profits into DKAM. They are just hidden so you don't notice. He also sold his interest in Rheingold Beer to DKAM and then went on to become the CEO of Genessee Brewing Company.
I think you own 3 or 5 or 10 or 20% of something magical. What is ANY percentage of magical?????
The answer: $$$$$$$$
Until this year Phils he hasn't endorsed products. They obviously weren't going to use that article to hype his cognac when it was all about Monster Cable and Dre.(Of course, no problem mentioning Adidas!)
What I find interesting is how we continue to learn about Dre. The article says they looked at 150 prototypes and then went through 20 different designs. I read Saturday where he had one of his artists repeat bars in a song 107 times to get it "just right." He has taken over 7 years to get Detox "just right." He visited with two dozen companies before settling in with Kenny for his cognac.
I don't think there is a single person out there that doesn't believe this cognac will be one of the finest libations he could have had created. And like the article says, he won't just slap his name on a cognac. I'm beginning to wonder how he found a cognac he loved so quickly? Of course, that makes me think he already had one he loved but how did he settle in on the changes to "make it his own" so quickly. I say quickly when it has been over 5 months.
Now we have another claim to fame. We beat out Adidas to get Dre. And we educated the world yet again lawyers still have no clue.
At least we can see TSPV on Apprentice season finale Boston. If you're bored or never saw it. It's nice that it is running from March to next January on the NBC website. A "Two Minute" finale recap and Trump Vodka shown in front of Trace Adkins as pretty as can be.
It's up above under the Flavors pic.
Well Rilo! Who says Dre and Kenny aren't health conscious and slimming America down?
Cognac?

If you guys want one of those baskin Robbins things to celebrate this thing hitting $10, go right ahead sweetheart!
We'd be better with all the artists on the Interscope label:
http://www.interscope.com/artists/
Rilo? I got the letter out to Dre. You know how I do! Shame them into buying. Explained that there was maybe 20 mil shares left in the float and what a travesty it would be if Diddy or Fifty Cent got the remaining shares before he did. He sells out at mega higher prices and they make more money than him! Only $5 mil at these prices but with the retail players dumping out on anything that cracks 30 cents because they don't know better, it would probably cost $8-$9 mil to get a good stake. Acted like I didn't know if he was already buying or not. You know, the dumb thing in that regard.
Now to work on the letters to Diddy and Fifty Cent! lmao!
Can you say bidding war?
Boston? I know those $ $ signs you're looking through got everything all fuzzy.
Firefly is an independent brand. Dragonfly is our new trademark for the great energy drink made with Guarana coming out of Argentina.
De-Tox was a beverage. I've not seen it personally. DKAM does not have a trademark on De-Tox. Dr. Dre releasing his long awaited CD that will be the last of his career in conjunction with the release of his cognac.
It is called Detox.
Now before more confusion sets in. Dre's record company is Aftermath Entertainment. Drinks' has trademarked Aftermath. So if you see a new cognac called Aftermath pop up there's a pretty good chance we'll know who and why!
LOL Just messin with ya.
Great find Old Timer. But here's the deal. The site is offering alot of Drinks' brands. They were available for mass distribution back in 2005. The site does not appear to be updated since then as many things say expected by 2006. The map shows a pipeline from Dubai to NY. Kenny probably bought into the brands cheap to distribute back then to build a brand base.
I know we are in "the area" for other reasons and I would be surprised these guys would be working for us now without having Trump all over their liquor offering.
Nice touch though having a consumer brand called De-Tox in the Firefly line.
Thanks Orenthal. Now everybody get to work.
First, screen shot shows Swiss Tea. Not on current website or been talked about for awhile.
Second, Aguila logo been changed to flying eagle from words only.
Third, Rheingold added back to website. Not currently ther. Has Norm finally got things going again? We back in the beer business?
Fourth, that color of cognac is an XO grade or higher. I hope to goodness he isn't coming out with a $65 bottle of yak.
The bottle is indeed beautiful. Now I need a label and a #1 selling album!
Answers please!
They'e been there since the site first went online Rilo. Even made a couple and they were great. Sent a couple in of my own.
The Melania and The Mir Lago
Awesome and knock you on your arse in one take.
www.trumptini.com
Wel Slim. Dat splainz da big cloud a smok hind Dre up in da picture bud stil no fanci az botl fo da yak n my end.
Go git Leroy. He no hu tuk it. Rosco?
Needless to say the website hits are going off the charts today. Might be a nice touch to have a printout of that before you know when Rilo?
lmao!
Nope, I don't see it either but it will be a far cry from the full one in my glass credenza on display!
:)
It should come from the list of trademarks since all of those are published with no opposition.
Dre record company Aftermath Entertainment.
DKAM has trademarked Aftermath.
99.9%
Exactly! And I just heard one of these TV guys say, "If it ain't broke don't fix it!" while discussing naked shorting.
I need to stop watching these re runs of Gilligans Island.
CNBC=Mindless Lack of Entertainment
This makes perfect sense:
*Company sets new dist deal with The Liquor Group
*Company set to announce higher sales news next week
*Company blowing Flavors out the door
*Company set to announce name and maker of Dre cognac
*Advance orders for cognac are piling up
*Every major liquor distributor in the US clammering for Dre cognac because of Dre name and who the manufacturer is
*Dre promoting cognac everywhere to be Fifty Cent and Diddy
*Detox release accelerates cognac sales
And the stock is down 10% hovering next to all time lows.
Free market capitalism at its finest. Too bad the football field is vertical.
That not covering at open. That was a margin dump. Somebody got liquidated and MMs knew it was coming. Probably won't even admit it if it was some one in the shadows here.
Actually .22 to .25. All part of the game.
Self servitude. Is there any better charity you can think of "donating" to? I just had a rather profound thought. I was thinking about the way this the whole Fifty Cent thing went down with Glaceau and Coke. And then there was the craze with Hennessy and Courvoisier and the cognacs when Busta let loose back in 2001. Now we have Diddy devoting time every day to his Ciroc.
Detox is in the final stages for distribution. Dre is one shrewd business man and the consumate perfectionist. He even had one of his artists repeat the bars in a song 107 times to get it right. Kenny was in LA this past week putting the "finishing" touches on matters.
Just what if. What if?
Nahhhhh. He wouldn't would he?
Put a reference to his cognac in one of his songs? Or maybe on the jacket? Or maybe on the back cover?
Somewhere? Anywhere?
OMG! There's that pants wetting thing again! LMAO
And technically we already Charmers with our big account at Premier.

Is everybody sitting down? You ready for a nice surprise? Can't help but doing what we do best around here!
Now, follow along OK?
You no doubt know about this right?
P. Diddy Reaches for Ciroc Vodka
Oct 29, 2007 6:06 AM, PROMO Xtra
Rapper Sean “P.Diddy” Combs has signed a partnership with spirit maker Diageo PLC to promote the company’s Ciroc Vodka in the U.S., in return for 50% of the profits from the brand.
The performer announced the deal in London, where Diageo is based. The company said the arrangement could be worth more than $100 million to Sean Combs Enterprises, depending on the performance of the super-premium Ciroc brand.
Combs said in a press interview that he had considered introducing his own vodka line but was impressed with the Ciroc brand, which is infused with French grapes.
He also said he would take an active interest in promoting the spirits. “I’m not just a celebrity endorser,” he said. “I’m a luxury brand builder.”
The artist, who serves as CEO of record company Bad Boy Worldwide Entertainment and markets his own lines of clothing and fragrance, said he will devote part of his midtown Manhattan marketing office to the Ciroc brand.
“This is something that will have my daily attention,” he said.
Pretty sweet deal huh? Diageo gets right where they need to get the job done. Diageo with ALL 4 of the Top Distributors I just listed. Drinks would be doing well to get any one of them right? Wouldn't you think Dre would want to outdo his friend Sean?
How about we just go ahead and put Dre's cognac and sparkling vodka and champagne and tequila with #1 & 3. Is that OK with you?
