Well to start, only a few companies that have done a reverse have ever survived as it is usually a signal. While a split is usually viewed as positive. While I think both thoughts r garbage because it is a simple math thing and has zero valuation impact, that is what investors/market goes with. So if I was a ceo of a successful company but in growth space, why take that risk. Also, this company does not have to worry about listing on a certain exchange anytime soon. So what would their motivation be? More investors? Ok, BUT new investors will look at this will think this is a scam since it can’t even get its name changed. Also, would they say they r changing their name to be part of the hemp run? Red flag, investors would say that is crypto garbage all again. No bid. Also, if u do a rs at basically zero, red flag. No bid. I could go on but in short, find me a pro and I will listen, until then, they r all cons. With that said, I’m super long and will stay so. Perhaps once this stock gains momentum and can maintain and build on and show growth and consistent revenue, there may be a time for a reverse but that time is far far away. In conclusion, I like this company and order from them and I am happy with them, but now is not the time. Investors r lazy and won’t due their dd and will only see red flags. Hence, no bid and back to zero we go.
