Yeah my plan is to average down and try to break even. I think we still can bounce to .04/.05 this year with enough volume to get out. After that I would love to get back in because I would like to actually see them succeed, but we’ll see.
I guess we’ll assume it’s early in the EXIM loan process for the micro grid deal or we’re not involved in it.
Was hoping we’d get something from Cool tech
Yes they were. I’m going to buy into this drop though. Can’t believe I’m saying that but for the first time since 2018 I feel like I can get my money back
To those that bought from .02-.04, welcome to the experience
What news is that?
Looks like we’re waiting until tomorrow or Thursday (if anything). The famous 10:38am eastern pump window has passed
Was hoping this happened. Going to throw more into the fire today
GL
RIP Jack Welch
Yep that James Elliot dude from 2018. Cool tech posted that on their blog
Take the profits :/
Hope you’re right though Fire
Board members have 0% effective rate with this company my man
I am confident at this point we can build a successful product that does what they claim it will.
Our bottlenecks have been financing and feasible orders. As kayak mentioned it’s a much tougher process when dealing with international sales, especially of this magnitude.
I’m still hopeful but my fear is that we may run out of time as the financing is so crucial.
Re-listened to the ceo live and uptick stock releases from 2018. Would have bet anything our price wouldn’t drive drown 95% after those but here we are
Aware of the synergy and have read everything public. All quotes and contracts mean nothing however
Right but the question remains if cool tech is even involved in that contract. Currently Steve’s company offers a mobile micro product that includes sitting generators. If cool techs mobile generators aren’t replacing that part of his micro grid then we’re left at nothing.
Like you my initial investments from 2014-2018 are dead to me. But this company may have a chance again. Can’t believe I’m typing this as I feel like I’m putting on my clown costume again.
Tim is extremely persistent and I believe they are still knocking on the door.
If they can’t get funding and help from international export groups would they still identify as warm? Or would they go bankrupt and start over. That’s my only concern from buying more. I’m not optimistic they’ll pull though this round but it sounds like the necessary relationships for a home run deal could be down the road.
Is there incentive for them to let this continue at sub penny stock prices or would the possibly start over?
Authorized shares was around 65MM in 2014 just as a reference
The only way people have made money is by buying right before news and then selling. I don’t doubt we’ll get a PR but the price has already spiked and has accounted for that. Take your profits and run
We go through this every time it’s extremely sad. What’s keeping these guys in business if they don’t strike now?
I’ve had this feeling countless times over the last 6 years. It’s the same result. Obviously I want the price to spike but it’s been a never ending spiral where we see action but then it’ll lower again to a record low. I am still in because my initial investment is worthless, just trying to be realistic as this stock is toxic.
I don’t want people to chase this stock just because it’s running so there “must be something big” happening.
It’s never panned out and we get weaker each year
At .02 is it still slinging the dice at the casino?
Check my history with the stock before listening to the pumpers who showed up from Technical indicators. If a good PR shows up I’ll be fine buying more.
And we’ve had contracts before.... this feels like rinse and repeat. Taking the small profit and watching
Firm green is tied in with the EXIM so we don’t know if the contract involves cool tech. Firmgreen already had stuff going in Nigeria, which is what the 150 mil tweet from the possible fraud could be linked to
Apparently someone called that guy on Twitter a fraud in an old post of his. Given his account size we should wait for a PR
The firm green logos were photoshopped on. Not as misleading, just stating they didn’t actually put stickers on a cool tech truck.
10-Q out.
To summarize we need money or else we’ll keep trending toward zero cents a share
At the same time plenty of penny stocks are at .03-.07 with revenue and less dilution ($alpp for instance). Cool tech has good potential however. I got in at .70 in 2014 so I’m just sitting tight. My avg is .18 and I have bought since I first took the plunge
Looks like the two pending Canadian patents (from 10k) have been approved
Revenue or financing **
Craftsman’s “order” is/was contingent on customer demand. If Pepsi wants an experiential marketing vehicle and wants to purchase a cool tech truck as part of the build, then we’d see an order. Craftsman is more or less playing as a link in cool techs “lean” supply chain. It’s a big deal we have a relationship with craftsman, and Tim is getting what he expected from them. Just another necessity toward the end goal.
All the recent news is best case scenario. For investors caught up on price, we knew for a while now that only revenue of non-dilutive financing would spike the price.
I’d say reliable power
Definitely positive. Nice to see a potential JV... right when we needed it. Iron is hot
Follow up blog out. Nothing shocking, just updating us
Looks like we are presenting to the Mexicans as expected. In addition we are doing a second showcase for US politicians, military supply officers, and corporate customers $$
Blog update: MG showcase moved to end of March.
I’d imagine if the Mexicans plan on spending a lot of $$$, they would like to tour the production facilities first. Not too inconceivable since cool tech has no track record. All we can do is wait
For the Mexican representatives. Touring craftsman’s facility and a walkthrough if the production run will legitimize the idea of purchasing in my opinion. I’d assume this will be the final step before production starts. They are demonstrating the vehicle with the exact intended applications as well. We just need to focus on these guys for now. Crossing my fingers
Yeah checkout the blog on cool techs page
That’s exactly what this is. They are focused on these Latin Americans and don’t have the resources (people or money) to showcase elsewhere I’d assume. They joined that CalStart company as a member which means they are paying to seek other prospective customers.
All we need is the Latin American customers to make a profit
