I think these are the questions that we need to present to Mike. We need full disclosure (where allowable) in order to make more informed investment decisions with respect to Bioheart.
Right now, and with no disrespect intended to anyone in this forum, a lot of us are investing based on solely the premise that the trials will do well without taking into account the current state of their finances (myself included).
My thoughts.
AAI
Have they not already burned through that money?
Does anyone know how much cash they currently have on hand?
AAI
This is all old stuff..Been posted over and over again...Even I'm getting a little sick of it..
Someone E-mail Mike and let's get some facts going..I'm beginning to see JohnStockMaster's side of things more and more by the day...
AAI
I think somebody should e-mail Mike and inquire about this concern. Rightfully so - if Mike is in it for his personal gain and cannot adequately address the Asher factor then we as shareholders are getting scr!*ed.
JSM has some validity to his arguments. HT - yes we did have positive news but if nobody has faith in the technology going forward we're going to run out of cash. Positive gains don't necessarily mean the company is headed towards a billion dollar valuation. We can't be oblivious to the other side of the coin here.
Just my thoughts.
AAI
What about the positive news on the Angel trials? Is that not the slightest bit encouraging for you?
Also - what if Myocell plays out well. I know these are all assumptions my friend but do you have absolutely no faith that if the company continues to show positive results that it may possibly attract big investors? That is one alternative scenario to yours that company will go insolvent.
Then your shares could possibly be worth a tremendous amount of money.
Just my thoughts JSM.
AAI
JohnStockMaster - Do you believe their technology to have potential at all? Are you or were you a shareholder at any point? Or in your opinion is this company just another penny stock that's going to go under.
Let's stimulate some intellectual conversation aside from yelling profanities at one another.
AAI
It should indicate on their balance sheets who their financers are and how much debt is outstanding to each.
AAI
Question: if they haven't enrolled the 126 patients for Myocell what news could we possibly be waiting for?
AAI
You think this is just a rally? People jumping in to make a quick buck and then will exit?
Does anyone see this dropping back down to the low penny levels...
AAI
HT,
Can you please tell me what you mean when you say "AGIS off the ASK"
Thanks
AAI
For the Angel trials how many patients did they have enrolled? 5? So 60% would mean 3 out of 5 showed improvement. That's a small number of patients. Not to put the stock down or anything like that - just my honest opinion.
AAI
So they do own the patents?
Also on a side note - so many bashers on Yahoo. Especially some guy named shrinkage sucks - he's so negative. He was the one who kept going on about BHRT not owning any of their patents and they were headed towards disaster. Felt like telling that SOB to F off.
AAI
Also - does Bioheart own the patents to their technologies? Have they not signed them away to a third-party?
If the trials do succeed how will they generate money if they don't own the patents.
AAI
Why is the ask price so high? $0.02? I don't get it. The stock is trading at 0.0134.
Sorry for the dumb question.
AAI
I agree. I'm hoping good things for Bioheart.
I'm happy I decided against listening to my cousin and never sold my original shares.
AAI
Did you buy more shares today? The price has dropped. I want to get in as well for half a million or so...
AAI
Have they signed-up more patients for the Myocell Phase 3 trial? I remember you mentioning that they had only one patient thus far. I hope that's changed HT.
An Amateur Investor
Even if it does go back into the low penny range - the news is great. And if the company needs to sell to generate money to the fund the trials and other expenses - I think it's a good thing. Do you guys agree? I currently have 219,00 shares. I'm thinking of buying more now but don't know if I should wait...
An Amateur Investor
Could the last two days rise in stock pirce be attributed to covering due to shoritng?
An Amateur Investor
What does that mean HT? Selling on the ask...
An Amateur Investor
My average price I bought the 200,000 shares at was 0.0129. I would like to purchase another 500,000+ shares at an average price of say 0.01 or less. Think it'll drop again? I should have jumped on it last week when it went below a penny, don't know why I didn't.
Am I making any sense, LOL.
An Amateur Investor
Love your post HT.
I'll be honest with you..I want to buy more but what scares me is the dilution and the amount of cash they have on hand. Do you think they'll be able to raise more money? I don't want to see them go bankrupt. It's also encouraging to know that they've been around for 13 years and have always managed to stay afloat.
I'm just in a tight spot right now. I'm a big fan of stem cell research and believe it to be the future of medicine but at the same time I am worried about this company's financials.
An Amateur Investor
I'm still going to leave my 200,000 shares in but am going to refrain from buying more for now.
You are a trooper HT. I wish you success and hope things work out. Great technology in Bioheart. Who knows - I might have a change of heart and come back sooner than six months.
Yes I know that was my earlier post. That was written and posted before my cousin showed up at my house and asked me what I was doing. Then I showed him...As you can tell in the last line of my post I say "I'm glad I didn't end up picking more shares.."
I just showed this stock to my cousin who is a hedgefund manager at a prominent Canadian Institution and he said the following:
"Unless you want to lose all your money get rid of this stock. Yes - the technology looks promising but that doesn't prevent the company from filing Chapter 11 and then restructuring so that they may come out of Bankruptcy protection in better shape - it happens all the time..one example being GM. Yes this company is not GM but the fundamentals are still the same. This company may prosper in the future but in the meantime they can take every common share holder's last penny."
I'm going to listen to my cousin since he has a huge 6500 sq ft home on Mississauga Road in Canada and drives an Audi R-8. He also expressed great concern at the toxic debt and said that the vicious cycle of toxic debt will continue on and on and he also said if, by some miracle, the company survives that the share dilution percentage would be so high your investment will be worthless.
Happy Trading guys. All the best and good luck. I'm out. I'm so happy I didn't buy the original 500,000 shares I was going to. I'm only down $100.
Is there anyway to determine if it was Asher?
An Amateur Investor
I'm buying more shares today...If Upper Management has invested so much of their personal wealth into this company they must be extremely confident in the technology. I know these are turbulent times but stick with it. I'm praying it'll be worth it at the end for all of us...Either we become millionaires or we lost money that we can afford to lose. If you're one of those investors that invest more than you should have then you have every reason to panic. Invest wisely.
Please tell me more about this Asher deal if you don't mind HT.
Thanks.
If that is the case then I don't see any point in me buying now. I just purchased 122,000 shares but wanted to purchase about 700,000. I don't think I'm going to do that now if this stock is being diluted every month with more and more shares being issued. What the is the point in investing in this dilution machine (as one of our members here describes them as being). I might as well take my money elsewhere. Don't know what to do.
An Amateur Investor
The 8th month into what and why do you feel the stock will be at $0.005 at that point.
But has there been any recent dilution? How would we know?
An Amateur Investor
If I'm not mistaken an example of a Pharma would be Bioheart. They actually hit a 52 week low below 1 penny last year and recovered from it.
An Amateur Investor
Who made a mom joke? Johnstockmaster?
Based on their previous positive results around MyoCell I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they're able to continue the momentum forward. If the Phase III results are nowhere near what they're suppose to be this company is headed for bankruptcy in my opinion.
An Amateur Investor
Thank you for the information.
One more questions - in the past couple of quarters have the outstanding shares increased? If so - has it been by a large amount? I don't want to purchase 500,000 shares and then all of a sudden Bioheart decides to issue 100,000,000 more shares which would dilute my investment considerably. As mentioned previously, I love the technology, find it very promising but at the same time want to be able to reap the benefits if and when this company's valuation goes thru the roof without the fear of dilution.
An Amateur Investor
Hi,
Can you explain how this might be dilution? Are more shares being issued? If so, how?
An Amateur Investor
It's so difficult to buy shares in the company. My order is not being filled. Sucks!
Amateur Investor
I have another amateur question here. I know the difference between bid price and ask price. However when it comes to bid size and ask size I'm a little confused.
I also want to know do I necessarily have to pay the ask price given I want purchase a large number of shares?
Amateur Investor
Yes I am familiar with shorting.
Thank you for explaining what a short squeeze is and the provided link.
Amateur Investor
What is a short squeeze and why does it lower the ask price. Could you please explain the fundamentals to me.
