When trading sub-pennies, assume these rules apply and you'll make a profit. You won't hit a so-called "life changer," but you'll always win. The rules are:
-Every sub-penny stock is a lie.
-Anyone who supports a sub-penny is a liar and pumper.
-Anyone who denounces a sub-penny knows something you don't.
-Every CEO is a liar and is seeking to scam.
-We love being green; sell it while you still are.
-The stock will multiply, then it will die.
Like I said- get it, get green, get out. 99% of these types of stocks end up spiking and then dropping.

Actually it's darkest just before 2 AM
It's basically a motel. But if it's in business, then it exists. Thus, we know we're buying shares of a company that actually exists. This sets it apart from buying a lot of other penny stocks.
I'm glad to see we've got a lot of solidarity among the longs. This is one of the first boards I've seen on ihub on which people post good news, bad news, and more than just speculation. I'm in it with you guys, let's ride it to the top!
When is this news coming? Monday?
Yet somehow, we finished with a little bit of green.
How is this even possible? What is happening that allows this stock to drop so hard? Is there some news that just got posted I haven't seen yet?
You must have been around the block a few times my friend.
How can we be sure NITE is pulling strings?
I agree that we shouldn't base our positions on another person's. However, some people on this board believe that it is best to follow an expert. My response to that is "you don't actually know if a so called "expert" is making the trades he announces, and you also don't know if he is announcing all his trades."
What makes you so sure he didn't already sell? Be aware that you can't actually see someone else's portfolio
Maybe, but who was right? Was it you, or was it me?
Well, guys, I hate to say I told you so! PUMP AND DUMP. If you're still green, bail now. If you're red, bail now. Just abandon ship before you get destroyed. Where's Rainmaker hmmm? Where is your God now? When it comes to pump and dump schemes, there is no God.
My understanding is that NITE is buying and selling between the ask/bid spread, correct? So that means for us that price will remain more stable and prevent serious gains or losses and offer higher liquidity. This sounds like a good thing to me. What are the negatives of this?
A few things I would like to see addressed:
1) I know it's fairly obvious what the answer is, but the .10 dividend is per share, correct?
2) I'm seeing a lot of people saying NITE is pulling some strings. But it doesn't look like NITE is a ticker and I can't find much of anything on Google. Who/What is NITE?
When the market for fine art improves, then I'll buy ARTS. For now, save your money.
I've read on this board that we must fill out forms and mail them to some address to receive the dividend. I haven't had to do this with other dividend stocks- will my brokerage do this on my behalf?
I already addressed that I was lying about my short position. I tried to cover the lie with another lie, knowing I was fooling no one.
My intention was to publicly reinforce my opinion that ICBU is going to be unsuccessful.
Dude I didn't even think of that...
We're about to make bank aren't we?
I'm hearing a lot about NITE on this board manipulating EIGH stock. Unfortunately I have no idea how to research that. Can anyone explain the relationship?
I like this dividend thing. The only problem I have with it is my fear that the stock will freefall after the dividend is paid.
Yeah that's pretty solid.
Alright, truth be told, I would have to photoshop the screenshot, which would take a little bit of time and I've got a meeting at 2 PM. It's just not worth it. So, you got me. However, if I could have shorted, I would have done so.
Now as I was saying, IF this stock pops up, I in my all-knowing wisdom advise a quick in-and-out. So many penny stocks that fly end up dropping.
This news is fantastic- this stock is going places. I'm setting big orders now and riding it to the top. We're looking at a 3 cent stock by 2011.
This is fantastic news, but I'm worried that we're not seeing enough movement for such high volume.
I agree. We're seeing the same old story: we're expecting a merger, but no news is ever released. I went short at .008, and I'm very happy right now.
The PDF link works fine, but when you open with default settings, you're opening under the settings in which the link was posted. Someone used photoshop to post those documents, which means someone had the ability to photoshop them before posting. If it opens in photoshop for anyone else, I'm afraid that these documents may be forged. It's surely happened before; companies traded OTC or on Pink Sheets frequently use forged documents. Anyone remember SPNG?
Go to this website. Go all the way to the bottom of the page and you'll see links to documents. DO NOT click the box that says "Open in PDF." Instead, open the file directly by clicking on the name. It should open with Photoshop by default. Clicking the PDF box will change the default before opening the file.

I was being serious about being 19. That's actually true. Also, I'm trying to "soft bash." I just don't understand why questioning someone's "DD" always seems to qualify as bashing. A lot of posts on this board reads nothing more than "WEEEEEEEEEE!!!" or "$5 here we come!!!" If what I do is bashing, then what so many others are doing is spamming/pumping.
I question information because we all know there is a lot of manipulation with penny stocks, so we must all be very careful. I'm skeptical about ICBU because of the way the information about the merger was attained ("digging" through Florida's COC) and because when I clicked the links in one of the stickies that was supposed to show documents that had been signed by the CEO, the default was Adobe Photoshop. Maybe it's just the way my computer is set up, but when I try to open official documents and it comes back to me in Photoshop form, I'm sorry but I'm going to be skeptical.
Finally, someone responds with some logic. I'm a small investor, 19 years old; sorry if I post with a false understanding sometimes, but roelien now made me a better investor.
Still a few questions though-
1) Many people keep saying that there has been no news released because someone found information about the merger before the company actually intended. How is this possible without insider knowledge? How can someone find out about a merger before the information is released (barring the use of ninjas)?
2) Why would someone gamble at these prices when they can easily get into the market after the news is released? Is it worth the risk now when you can "chase" the stock and buy at 8 cents if this stock goes up to $3 as I've seen some people say?
3) If iMD and ICBU do merge, how is this going to actually improve ICBU's assets? With the merger, will ICBU's pps match iMD's or will it convert to stock of iMD?
4) And lastly, where has the information about the merger been attained? I've seen documents posted on ihub that have ICBU's name and the name iMD, but never both of them together on the same document. How can we be sure merging ICBU and iMD is actually the intention?
What is the record date and ex-dividend date?
I don't understand why people continually post links to information about stocks not involved in ICBU or iMD. This doesn't seem right. I'm short over $40,000.
Don;t start going there, now. The merger is a lie not because the stock lost 20%, but because the news of the merger was not released, the name change did not take effect, and no one has been able to contact the companies involved. Think logically for a moment: ICBU has a market cap of zero. What could iMD gain by merging?
IMD exists, but International Coastal Biofuels is a shell company with no assets whatsoever. Why would a medical company absorb a shell company with not only a market cap of 0, but with a business plan that has nothing to do with iMD? What could iMD possibly gain from this "merger?"
Let me get this straight: The shell of a medical company is merging with a biofuel company that is changing it's name at the same time as the merger. No one can contact the company. We do not see any name changes that supposedly happened yesterday. We hit heavy resistance and now we're dropping like a rock. Everyone insists news will come, but the news is here: No merger, no name change. I'm short- who wants to lend me 1,000,000 shares?
Evidently I was misinformed about Rainmaker's position. But that does not change the other signs. Why is it that no one can contact International Coastal Biofuels?
I can make that logo in 30 seconds with a free marketing tool. I can make it so once you click on it, it redirects you to another website. Someone's pulling strings, gentlemen... Let's admit we screwed up and bail out.
I'm selling my shares. I hope the stock pops up, so good luck to you guys. I hope you continue to do you "DD" and find successful mergers and name changes. But take a look- if a company goes DEAD SILENT and won't even answer their phones, and promises to release news that never comes, that means someone is pulling strings. Or listen to Rainmaker, who sold his shares yesterday.
Call me crazy, but doesn't that say iMD companies is making class B shares? There isn't even a check mark next to "Merger Notice." This just doesn't look right.
The link in the beige box does not say anything about International Coastal Biofuels. It does not mention the name. It says "Florida Profit Corporation" on the top.
