It'd be nice, but we're gonna have a tough time getting passed 2's with the 100's of millions of shares purchased at .002 and I think a lot people are looking at this stock as a break even and move on at this point.
How's our pup doing? Been a while and too busy to keep up at the moment - although I love that, with this stock, I don't have to...
Snatching those 2's was pretty easy this morning - love it
I'm confused about what the product actually IS... The websites leave a lot to be desired and I can't help but question who would place an order for even 1 unit with the amount of information they have available. I mean, who does this? Does anyone have any technical data on their fuel cell?
Disagree - I've had a test order for a few million at 2 for a while and no filling... The lack of people willing to sell at 2 is just as important as the people willing to buy at 3... It'll come
And how is our ask at .008 and no takers? I will continue to say this is by far the most undervalued stock I've ever seen that somehow rarely generates buying interest - I truly don't get it
Just saw a very well done add for lifelock during the world cup... Hope we get something like that
With a P/E of 15, it'd be about .0315/share
Citadel? Sounds fun - are you active
I think it's great how calm everyone is here... If it's the same for everyone else as it is me, they probably feel no need to follow this one minute to minute. If I didn't have time to burn, I could easily not look at this until July of 11 and know my account will be sitting on a few more zero's than it is now
Yeah he was talking about a 1 mil member database about something I didn't completely follow - I think you're right and that's what it was about
On another note, between the conference call today and a 100% on my ground test, I'm a happy camper
Nobo,
I'm pretty sure he meant 100,000 - If I recall correctly, he was still talking about the end of year point...
Agreed on this end. Announcing the A/S this morning and following up with the AM PR on the conference call or tomorrow morning would have played out a much better scenario. Aside from PPS, it definitely was underhanded and unfortunately, I don't think it was intentional. I'd be happier if Watson planned it to get more shares or something, but the reality is that he really doesn't understand market reaction. That's more upsetting than the PR. I DO believe the company has a strong product and is headed in the right direction, but we've been plagued for almost a year now with poorly timed PR's and poorly written PR's that have been the sole reason, imho, that we aren't at .10 Public communication of your intentions and timed release of that information are just as important as the information itself. Watson has little concept of either. I can't believe his IR team isn't filtering him.
As for the needed funds, weren't we GREEN in the books in January? I was perfectly happy with progress as funds permitted, I'm worried now he's trying to jump the big leagues before the team is warmed up.
The ONLY way I see today's actions (not including the AM PR timing) appropriate is if he's launching a national T.V. campaign, providing audited financials, or uplisting within a month.
Ace,
I agree from a short-term satisfaction view point, but long-term, I'd rather see money spent on improving services of the company. PPS will come with time - I'm not a fan of PR pumpers.
I do not understand the trading on this stock at all... Any other stock with the words government contract in the PR would be up 1000% in 5 minutes
DD on board members? Doesn't sound productive at all...
they're pushing for a down paint...
This is likely going to happen at every phase anyway. And we have some 10M share holders from trips - more than chump change imho... 1000% return guaranteed is better than 10,000 speculated. Doesn't bother me, every long here is invested in the company, not the pps.
Sure - it's only a very basic way to value a company but it's a fair estimate and truly conservative even though the numbers may look absurdly high to some on this board.
P/E is the price to earnings ratio. If a company makes $1,000 in the previous 12 months and has 1000 shares outstanding at $1.00/share. The P/E ratio is 1.
Over the past 20 years, the average P/E ratio is 15. Meaning people are typically willing to pay up to 15 times the earnings for a share - stock investing is forward looking so this is reasonable. Different sectors have different averages though where utilities usually have low (5-10) and fast advancing industries (where we are) are higher - sometimes as high as 40 or more.
So the math for us is this. We earned 3.5M dollars this year - divide that by 650M oustanding shares. Comes up to .00538 PPS if the P/E were 1. Now using the standard P/E of 15 - we multiply that number by 15 and viola - .08 PPS.
Haha agreed!
To be fair, that was more of an assumed prediction than a promise. Let's not set that in stone.
If we hit Watson's projected revenue of 150M, a 15 P/E ratio yields $3.46 per share. Obviously there'd have to be audited financials for anyone to pay that though...
Just using a standard 15 P/E ratio if you consider the 3.5 to be all profit, it comes up to .083/share
Random memory just came to mind. Remember about a year ago when we were talking about the exciting possibility of Lifelock buying us out? Seems like we got it all wrong. After hearing Shawn, it would seem WE'RE going to be the ones buying THEM. Ha - I love it.
anyone here running mac and td ameritrade? I'm trying to pull up the command center 2.0 and never had any luck
I thought the interview went great - I was especially impressed with Shawn... Kendra, bless her heart, can't speak to save her life. For as much business sense that she has stored up there, there seems to be a communication disconnect.
Now where did m17x runoff to?
Hmm, PR still not showing on TD... Not sure about the other brokers, but I think we'll see the surge re-ignite once it hits.
Agreed, the potential is HUGE... I'm also trying to figure out how the protection works. Lifelock had that deal with the government because they basically just place fraud reports every day on their costumers and it's overloading the fraud agencies/companies... Anyone know HOW our dog actually monitors/protects our identities? If businesses are coming onboard - we clearly have a more effective operating method- just trying to figure out what that is.
Who has theories on what the product line will be? Based on the email from Sean, I'm assuming they're trying to shift out of the individual sector and move towards corporate deals/sponsorships. I'm sure they'll keep advertising for individual signups, but probably no longer the target. Kind of like a health insurance companies that cater to businesses rather than individuals. If this is the case, I'd imagine we'll see a fairly comprehensive restructure of the website geared towards providing employees information on their insurance package more than a sales pitch. Again, assuming this happens, the news - to be most effective - should be pared with an announced corporate deal. If that happens, we may see multiple pennies here soon. Otherwise, just new products might have little effect on pps past the penny. Although, I'd love to see credit checking service like freecreditreport added to the insurance - that'd be great. Any other ideas?
Anyone who has the time to comment on stocks they don't even own needs a job.
How's it going fellas? Haven't been around lately because school is getting pretty busy- good IR convo, I like it.
Right now our market cap if you consider all outstanding shares as part of the valuation, is about 6,000,000. I, for one, don't see a whole lot wrong with the pps at the moment. For a one year start up company to be worth 6 mil isn't bad imho. I realize the share price should show anticipation for where we will be, but it's difficult to convince non-investors of potential without even knowing where we currently are as far as profit. He's got to release some kind of number indicating ball-park idea if we want to see a real increase in pps.
If he won't do it. I will.
Isn't it just an annual report?
Ya'll might be more educated on this than I, but I think it'd be killer for retention rates if our Dog would add a credit report checking feature similar to that "free" site that isn't free. The product is more tangible and actually adds usefulness to the service beyond an intangible security. I, for one, pay that other sight every month to do this. It's great to see how loans/payments and credit card activity effect your credit score and you can check as many times as you'd like. I wonder how hard it'd be to add that to the dog?
I'd like a screen shot of that multi multi bag - just do the black box over personal information. Prove it Mr Anal
What world do ya'll live in that you would voluntarily pay more for something than you have to? That's utterly ridiculous. If you're both long, as you claim to be, your 800.00 ask slaps aren't going to do anything for the long term PPS. You'll sway the short term for 30 seconds. This makes no sense to me at all.
Agreed NOBO, THAT was news. Fantastic news imho
