Okay it's starting to get bothering. They really need to stop adding new drugs they can't even develop at the moment and wasting time energy and money on even more new drugs.
Isnt it as of 8-Nov-2013
"we currently do not have sufficient cash reserves to meet all of our anticipated obligations through our fiscal year end of June 30, 2014."
Even with the aspire deal?
" We have no product sales to date and we will not receive any product revenue until we receive approval from the FDA or equivalent foreign regulatory bodies to begin selling our pharmaceutical candidates. Developing pharmaceutical products, however, is a lengthy and very expensive process. Assuming we do not encounter any unforeseen safety issues during the course of developing our product candidates, we do not expect to complete the development of a product candidate for several years, if ever."
Not a fan of this section of the 10-q
If there were a prize for having the smallest position on this board I would probably win it. I'm currently camping a 3 digit position. Very close to four digits, and will be four digits soon, but still very small.
Good luck to everyone else. Big and small.
Has anyone ever contacted Aspire about the financing deal? They don't publicly announce financing deals on their site. It's difficult to see who they've actually invested in.
We really need to get off the OTC.... This garbage doesn't help anyone.
To be fair most days in 2011 had a pitiful volume of around 5,000. This is a bit better than that, but I agree on the volume woes. Hopefully more will come in due time.
One word: Brilacidin
My reasons for that saying that really just boil down to The Polymedix acquisition and the financing deal. CTIX has gone from just two employees to 9. Now, instead of focusing on just progressing trials they're also undertaking experimentation on Brilacidin that may yield things we can't even consider at the moment.

This chart right here, this is maturity this is advancement. The difference between phase two and phase three is amazing, and now we're on the cusp of not only a conference that may yield some sort of partnership arrangement, but also we're advancing further into trials which by far increases the likelihood of a partnership ever day.
That's maturity.
Also, whatever happened to the Pruisol patent application?
I for one have zero issue with Leo's recent PR's. CTIX is undertaking a major course change at the moment and this is an important transitional time. So as Leo's objectives change and reorient he is keeping us up to date on the strategic goals of the company.
I have no problem with this at all. I want to know what direction he's pursuing. Before we just thought it was 'ram kevetrin and pruisol through trials and profit' now things are maturing at an incredible pace. These PR's aren't pumps or 'empty' in my opinion.
However, as a previous poster mentioned (can't remember your name sorry) I would not be surprised if these PR's also had another purpose, which is to put up a top notch appearance of the intentions of Cellceutix going into the conference.
Our volume woes, this is a very long term problem., There's no enough interest in the stock. Not enough people know about it,and those that do tend to just buy and hold.
HAH, I wish.
You'll be waiting for a very long time for that to happen. It would take a trial delay or some logistical pothole to put it there.
You've got some nice bank if you're sitting on an ~82k position. I only have a fraction of that.
No, I get that. I'm just saying our volume problems are long term and won't change fundamentally until there's more exposure. Especially with the prominent amount of longs who hole up in their positions and never sell or buy this isn't going to go away.
Conferences like the one coming up in November do help the situation somewhat though.
Often times when I read excellent news like this in my inbox I am of course happy, but rarely does news make me put in an order for more shares, good news or bad. Every accumulated share I have holds position always. I am a true long in this stock.
Which leads me to what our volume problem is. This stock simply does not have enough exposure. It's a shame more people don't know about it. At least it is a shame to those who have already accumulated. Nearly everyone here is a long. CTIX could use the extra upwards pps pressure and volume.
The aspire deal is just reason #1037 that this company is rock solid and has nowhere to go but up.
I wonder if Cellceutix will beat out the dollar collapse. Hopefully it blows up before the world goes to shit.
We're agreed on that one. Leo Ehrlich is the Napoleon Bonaparte to his Luigi Cadorna
Does anyone remember these? Interesting retrospective.
I wonder if the ~$ 6 million in cash reserves (specifically the $5 million component of this) is from a previous dilution, hence everyone's surprise at the amount in the cash reserves.
I have to admit I didn't expect the reserves to be this high. However, considering the previous discussion on the projected costs of the trials it definitely is not enough. Especially for everything they've stated they plan to do in 2014. A financing deal is critical and things will be uncertain until that's secured.
Everything in the PR, from the continuation of trials to the search for financing has been known for a while now. Plus none of this is concrete. Maybe I missed something, if you can quote something that's novel information then I'll stand corrected.
This SP movement is baffling. I didn't learn anything new in this PR. This in no way justifies the gains we're seeing.
Returning to pre-run prices. Just like I called for earlier.
In general I've agreed with your analysis thus far, but ultimate is no pumper he's been around here for a while.
Regardless of which way it goes should be some interesting share price action today. Ultimately it's meaningless to me since I am hopelessly long, but it should prove interesting.
10/10 prediction.
First? Why on earth would you do it again? Dissolution of government marriage contracts will eat away at things like the ton of money you're going to make from CTIX.
In all seriousness, just my opinion. I see absolutely no reason for it to be sustainable. I'm more than open to admit I'm wrong and you're more than welcome to disagree with me.
Eh, IMO they'll get burned through. People are obviously more than happy to sell to them for now. When the pull back inevitably happens (granted no PR) these guys are going to start to see small losses and abandon portions of their positions contributing to further movements back to the natural position, because as I've said nothing about the company actually has changed.
Perception has changed, but nothing on the fundamental level.
Ah, not all of us could be so lucky. I was only alerted to this wonderful company back in February.
Granted a good PR I would say you're right, but nothing has changed fundamentally about the company. As of right now, IMO, there's no reason for this to be sustainable.
This one had 300k reads apparently, also it was put in a rather positive light.
Probably a combo of the SA article, what you've described, etc
I have yet to sell a share I've ever had my hands on. I was planning to accumulate more but with these prices it can wait IMO. My bet is this is temporary in my opinion as I said before, nothing fundamentally has changed.
I doubt just that could generate all this volume. Unless they all have a great deal of disposable income and decided to hit the stock on the same day.
Now would not be a good time to jump in or accumulate more IMO. Nothing fundamentally about the company has changed, just some light has been shined in our general direction from what we can see thus far.
But as always, just my opinion.
Indeed, onwards to victory! My only regret is not owning a larger stake than I already do.
I'm liking what I'm seeing here so far. We should have a fantastic winter coming upon us.
That is true, however, that doesn't mean it's going to double back into the .01 range though. It could stabilize around here.
Your post is missing the word 'because.' if you don't back up your reasoning you're asserting nonsense. I could just as easily assert that it's going to drop another 10 points.
