I was just thinking as to why there could be a delay in this new ad campaign. As far fetched as it seems, maybe there contract with Large has to expire first. Something you would have thought they would have looked into, but I am just holding on to hope at this point. I mean FD you are coming up with some excellent stuff from social media, but it it doing anything? Now we need to see some fins to find out. GLTA
Like I said, a combination of many factors will be what it takes for this to run, but our day will come, I hope?
I understand that, but like Dirt said, it will take multiple PR's and some audited fins and maybe a little paid pump to get us there. I know this sounds bad for us longs, but give it time. I really believe in this Mr. X.
We are building a run. One brick does not build a house, it takes many. It when you add them up, you have your house.
Yeap, 3 is always better than 1, unless it's bill.
I would have liked Shaun White.
At first I would have agreed with the dumping part, but I really think he was "knowingly" brought on board to increase sales and boost PPS. Jackson is not that dumb, your not going to bring someone on board that you have not at least Googled, LOL. Funny how you thought that the last PR's quality was the best to date, hum? Maybe Mr. X had a hand in that one. I think the delay in the ads has to do with Jackson's inexperience, he just jumped the gun.
Mr.X might just put some pressure on. Maybe not this quarter, but the next.
We really don't know a thing about the restricted shares, so we have no answer, but if they covert to common, then yes there would be little benefit for him. And if you get that these PRs are looking like a primer, then you know why they have to take that next step and have audited fins. It time for them to grow up and become fully reporting, headaches and all.
I have complained and riped Jackson more then most, where did it get me or the PPS, nowhere. As bagholders what choice do we really have, add 2 recent PR's, if true, and Mr. X and is a start. Still a lot to do, but if we continue to bash what are we saying to prospective investors? Will it help us?
While taking the company private is one many of the options Jackson has, why PR through Marketwire? My hope is that what we are seeing are the beginnings of a major promotional push to shareholders that "Yes, we are still here." MX we brought on board for a reason and his experience is in increasing PPS to his advantage. I am very willing to wait this one out, I got no choice for crying out loud, COL. This is the best we have seen for many months, give it a chance.
I don't know whether to laugh, cry, agree or disagree with your point.
I know that Shelly has good rapport with the DD board as do most of you, but please tell mt why this post was removed from their board.
That was mean of me. The reason I jest is that the CPA firm they hired last year uses Quickbook Cloud. I am not sure of too many CPA "firms" that would use that for businesses purposes, but they picked one of the "best".
If the X man is here to make money, we will see plenty of volume soon enough. You are new to this one, so if you don't have patience I would get out now, because all of us longs have been waiting a long time. I think a lot of us were like you at one time, if you aren't going to sell just sit back and wait and wait and wait and wait...
The word "imminent" scares me. I heard that about a reality TV show on mining. But yes, if they really are coming soon, it might be better to wait.
I hope it is. Yes, I would love nothing more than to see STAU current and PR's to follow, but I don't agree that they are a waste prior to that. They just need to be substantial and testing Incrediwear in Whole Foods Canada is pretty substantial. I am sure that the average shopper at Whole food is in the top 25% income bracket. In other words the have money to spend on expensive socks.
FD, do you know if that is the same Whole Foods as in Whole Foods Market? If it is, might be a test run for Incrediwear, as there are only 7 Whole Foods Markets in Canada currently. Also, if it is, would have been a great PR?
If he was involved in that scam it could be good for us. Look at the tons of money some smart investors made on that one. I am not condoning it, just a fact.
Maybe Xirinachs has had something up his sleeve for awhile and he was just looking for a company with some promise with products he could promote plus add a naive CEO, so timing was not an issue.
Hey I will take that one, at least this time I am in on the ground floor.
Those guys/gals do a great job over there on the DD board, I always begin my research over in their archives.
I agree with most of what is be communicated this afternoon. No MX is not involved with STAU "out of the kindness of his heart," there is a motive here and I think it is to make big money. How much will trickle down to shareholders, not sure. I wouldn't mind t all seeing a paid penny promotion.
For Jackson not to have known who MX was, would mean he is really the dumbest CEO ever. He knew very well who he was and what he is about. Why no response to shareholder inquiries about him?
I guess it's good to stay optimistic anyway. Kind of hard for me right now.
Thanks for helping us out over on the STAU board samsamsamiam and flaflyersfan. I knew someone over here would come through for us. Great DD, will help a lot of people.
I think most people judge others by who they associate with, especially in business dealings? Same name MX, just a different game and anybodies guess as to what that is really going to be is welcome to give their opinion on that one?
Nice work samsamsamiam!!! Yep, looks like we have the same scumbag. I wonder what his intentions are with STAU? Jackson is now really associating with people who could get him into trouble big time. Maybe they are planning a P&D? Thanks again for the great DD.
Well, we can make an assumption, but that's been life in STAU land thus far. Until I see real evidence of BS, I am going to hold comment.
After some back and forth, I have flaflyersfan from the DD Support Board working on it, as the man "ain't" talking.
Thanks, some if the best "minds" on the STAU board are not having any luck. You guys are our last resort on this on.
So you can say unequivocally they are the same person? I found 5 different Michael Xirinachs doing a Google search.
I will give you 100 points for that one. I think I am getting delusional, but Jackson will pull one off. Just watch?
That is tooooooooo funny. Kool, we have been in this damn thing longer than most, I can't believe you are still hanging around? What gives?
Let's see what those people over on the DD Board are able to do? If anyone can connect dots, it's Janice, right Panther?
I asked them over on the DD Support Board and Fraud Research Team board if they might be able to help out on this one. The Michael J. Xirinachs of Emerald Asset Advisors uses his middle initial and the Michael Xirinachs of the Pin Group does not.
A couple of us have thought that if it is the same MX, it might not be all bad for those who just want to make a quick buck and move on, but not so good if you are looking for a longer term investment.
By the way, WTF has G-Money been, he is one of the largerst public share holders in the group of "longs" and has been very quiet lately? Dude we are still doing Vegas, no?
Help!!! I need to know if the Michael J. Xirinachs of Emerald Asset Advisors is the same Michael Xirinachs of The Pin Group? A lot of us over on the STAU board are trying to figure this one out. There is very limited information on The Pin Group to begin with, that in is self is a little worrisome. If any of you could help with this it would be great, or just some info of the Pin Group would be helpful.
I really don't care about the "Pinheads," it's Michael J. Xirinachs that does.
I think of it this way, there are CEO scam artists and there are one's that make very poor business decisions. Yes, they can both turn out the same, with shareholders always the loser. Let's hope we have a CEO that is learning how to do thing's correctly.
That's 3 source then, maybe this thing will bust open soon. It's time, long over due for PPS to reflect STAU's full potential.
I know you have and you know I haven't, but I have been listening more and more to FD thoughts and maybe it's time to give this guy a chance. At least he is not a crook like most pinky CEO's are, IMO of course.
I have heard similar rumors of news coming soon. It's kind of wait and see if he delivers. I am betting on Jackson this time around.
