Creeping up here...
Haha, sorry about that, didn't realize the market was closed.
Seems quiet today, what do you think is happening here?
Nice little bump up towards the end of the day today.
Bought some more here as well!
Bought some at .40 as well, definitely worth it imo.
Such bad luck..sold yesterday for tax reasons then this happens today..
Hey guys what service do you use to buy these shares? Scottrade won't trade..said contact your local branch.
Thanks
Welp, got in at $.99 and can't say I'm unhappy so far. I think this will be a good one to forget about for 3-5 years until the Chinese building sector turns around and is on the upswing again.
Hey Brad,
I can't buy this one either with Scottrade. What service did you use to buy these shares? Does anyone else know what might work?
Thanks
Woohoo! Just got my dividend! I've been talking with Theresa and scanned and email in the beneficiary form and certification form. Scottrade doesn't require that you send it in to them for a medallion of approval for shares held on 12/20/06 so it was easy as pie. I guess the dividend PDRs can be sold for $10 a piece? Not too shabby.
I also asked her about the wire transfer issues and here was her email to me this morning -
Good morning- thank you for sending over the forms-- we will get you set up
as soon as possible.
We are expecting imminent positive news regarding Panamersa possibly before
week's end. Please pay attention to the blog section of our website.
Thank you for your inquiries and I hope this information helps eliminate any
confusion.
Feel free to contact me at any time.
Best regards,
Theresa
Just bought 1/2 million shares @ .0016 and its not showing up on ticker...MMs!
I have Chase here, that will probably work right?
Has anyone run into any trouble with transferring certs and this whole process? This is kind of a gamble for me but I do have faith in PNMS. I just want to be aware of anything that may go wrong here. I can't read every post on here but has there been an issue with wiring funds and getting your money after you've sold your PDRs?
Along those lines...is anyone else worried about the quality of the Panamersa websites? I understand that Disimplex may have been working under a time crunch and the site may be more "muscle" than looks but it doesn't strike me as a financial exchange website in the least.
The same goes for their news site (even worse - looks like basic HTML from 1995) -

Input would be great, thanks!
I wonder if you guys can help me out (I'm new at this certificate pulling thing)-
I just received my certs in the mail and am now working to do the rest to send it over to Dallas. I printed and filled out the forms but am a bit confused on how I get the Medallion Signature Guarantee. I used to live in FL and use Scottrade branch office there but now I'm in Denver. Do I have to go through Scottrade or can I just go to a national bank around here and bring these with me and tell them to sign off?
Also, are people that are sending in their certs also doing the 1 or 2 year commitment? I'm thinking of doing the 2 year for $.04.
Thanks in advance
Aside from the PDR thing goin on, is the company still taking the steps to move up to the higher exchanges?
4God if you see this post -
Next time you talk to MT can you ask him the procedure on taking care of our certificates with Panamersa. Their email never really gets back to me and I don't know their phone number.
If anyone else can help on this that would be great.
I just got my certificates made at Scottrade. It costs $50 and said it takes 4-6 weeks normally because they have to go through the TA.
For someone who's sick of this price manipulation and the stress of worrying about which way the stock will go daily...this risk seems like a no brainer to the people willing to wait.
I just called Scottrade and had certificates made. They charged $40 but I don't really care at this point. Worth the risk to do this here.
Guys let's lay off Shane, it's getting a little old. People have been putting him down since like what? October? Fact of the matter is he has been pretty right on about the movement of this stock and has made a higher % than most of us listening to pumps. He got 100%+ on this upswing like a lot of us so congrats to everyone.
I'm a newb investor and learned my lesson in Nov. I listened to the pumps and great things about this company and lost all my profit then went negative thinking it would turn around and head back up. That happened all the way from .008 -> .0021 where I finally sold for tax loss purposes and bought back in at .0015 for this run. Completely my fault but it was my first real stock trade ever - live and learn. This is borderline exactly what happened last financials release except this time we have AMTD restricting it and a lot less pumping. Everyone can understand this was going to happen if they did homework. As for tomorrow, who knows what will happen, hopefully it continues upward with the new ticker symbol.
No, I'm not a basher. This company is awesome and our CEO has done a fine job of keeping his word as best he could. The financials are great but we have to get to the OTCBB and audited before this really takes off. Whether the MM's manipulate it or not...the pps will be as it may so let's all make the best decisions based on common sense and reality, not hope. I will continue to watch PYPR and hopefully trade it all the way up until I'm rich enough to attend the "Panamersa Investors' Celebration Party" in Panama (planned by 4God)!
LOL Let's hope it stays like this. Pedal to the floor and don't let up!
There we go!
Great news, in since .0015. Shouldn't this be upticking faster?
I got in earlier at .0006 when I watched it shoot up before my eyes. Just tried to buy more with Scottrade....buying is restricted. Guess I have to sit on my 300K shares...damn!
My Fault, overlooked it.
Wow interesting day. 4God is it possible to ask MT which firm is conducting the audits on financials? I'm not sure if that's information a company can release due to various reasons but if we could confirm that the process is underway as MT has supposedly said that would make all the difference IMO. I actually sold for tax reasons at .0021 and was kicking myself for a couple days but this is certainly a surprise.
Hey All,
I've been lurking here since Nov and have been a PYPR holder since then as well, in at .0039. I've read just about every post.
I assume many of you are doing the same but I wanted to ask for advice on taxes related to this one. If I'm not mistaken there is a 30 day rule to buy back a stock if I sold now for tax purposes correct? Being that there can be a realized loss on PYPR for many of us, is anyone doing it? Financials are coming out Feb 15 or around then and I'm not sure if there will be significant run up because last time it was pumped beyond belief. If there would be then it would be better to just stay in and regain hopefully regain losses rather than having to buy back 2 weeks before the 4th qtr financials come out. Any thoughts?
