Anyone up in that region planning a trip to stop by the Nashua building soon?
I won't think of coming back to this stock unless I see something besides an empty facility.
hmm... the .003/4 traders seem to have sold their share... and AMHD puts their PR's out right at market open 9/10 times. I might have to stay awake for this one... if it happens that is.
Ok, was just giving you guys the heads-up. :)
Pretty volatile here early.
For those of you that have just bought in. Just a word of advice from someone that has been watching this the past year or so... this is a trade and not an investment at this point. These guys have a LOT to prove in the way of being a legitimate company. Just a IMO warning. We'll see what kind of PR they release and I wouldn't trust it until I hear from someone who has physical proof that things are actually moving along.
That's the mindset I've taken with it, at least I've got a loss out of the way. So, if I hit something big this year then it will even out and I won't have to pay as much back.
...in addition to that, not just maintaining operating costs (which I think are pretty much 0 right now), but my point being where would the $$$ come to get a plant going again? You're talking permits, equipment, staff (+training), transport, raw materials, etc...
Would take 333 million shares just to get a million $ - which I think would be a bare minimum in todays prices to get something going over a few months.
I think this goose is cooked... and well done.
Nashua Building Tenants
Guess this explains why construction equipment was seen there recently.

Yeah, X990 = Wood Explorder "dividend"
``This dividend is a way to show our shareholders that we are serious about giving back to those who have helped support Amelot Holdings and its efforts."
funny stuff.

Guess we don't have to worry about deleted posts now? :)
Reading back over previous PR's... it's things like this that raise big question marks to me. Here is the story:
CHEYENNE, Wyo., Jan. 30, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Amelot Holdings, Inc. (AMHD.PK) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Amelot Commodities Group (ACG) has entered into contract negotiations with A2O2 Managing Partners, Inc. of Pawtucket, Rhode Island for a Bio-Diesel processing arrangement. A2O2 is currently building a 10 million gallon per year production facility with plans to go online in June 2007. ACG will provide A2O2 with the raw materials, which will then be processed at a fixed price per gallon. ACG will own the finished products and offer it for sale to its client base.
``This relationship provides us with the ability to expand quickly without expending funds for capital equipment,'' stated Allen Giles, President of Amelot Holdings, Inc. ``We will now be able to service the northeast from multiple locations reducing the transportation costs for our clients.'' ...
Looking back, I should have read this to mean "We've given up on our plant, and we're joining with someone else" (my own opinion). But even a bigger question is, who is A202? I tried researching it when this PR came out (Jan 30), and again today... still can't find one bit of info on this. Another phantom plant? It was these kinds of PR's that really drove me away from thinking this stock had any kind of merit. I mean, I'm open to suggestion here if someone knows more about it. And this was just one example of many.
What's the best PR that could be released now? They have a permit to build a production facility somewhere that will require 10 more permits and red tape and will start production next year?
Just my own pessimistic personal opinion. :)
Funny, that phone number is a land line in Dennis, MA. Probably Gile's office.
Of course you can trust a post from an unidentified person that has only this single post in history. :)
holy.... goodness. What happened here? heh...
That's the line that stuck out to me also. While I appreciate Gile's honesty with that comment, it's not going to attract many investors in the short term.
Seems like there are a lot of people here (like myself) that have seen PR after PR and the company has absolutely nothing to show for it to date.
IMHO - I don't think they'll ever make it. Too many people are in the bio biz now that have more experience.
poorme - OT

3 months to find a location, get the needed tanks installed and piped, get it all approved to code and hire people to work the equipment and set up a delivery system.
I think we'll see another push-back date in May... if they even survive that long. I mean, how many decimal points can a stock actually go down to? I think I've seen .0001 before?
Anyone with a current picture of the Nashua building set up can prove me wrong.
But that's just my 'opinion'. ;)
I dunno, maybe that shareholders were led to believe that there was a bio-diesel plant being built? I think that's a pretty strong start towards deception.
"The production plant went into redesign mode and with that comes permits and every other tie up that goes with a start up business."
"unless they get something else going in it's place and soon I agree Wyatt. When a company reroutes and uses shares it's a recipe for caution...."
Those back to back statements seem a little contradictory skunk.
I've talked to people who've visited the Nashua building that say it's abandoned (with pictures) and I know that it is also for sale after talking with the real estate company managing the property. The information from Amelot just seems to be getting more and more sketchy along with massive sell-off of the stock. I don't think this has any future at all and it's too bad that many people like myself lost a lot after being misled. But that's just my 'theory'.
So... can anyone think of a single reason how this 'company' will ever do any business at all?
A billion times 0... is still 0.
I'll never mess with another pinkie again.
I think you answered your own question with that post. :)
Just another gimmick... it will just sit in your portfolio until your brokerage cleans it off over time.
I'm not trying to be 'misleading' but, can anyone find some kind of information about A202 (The management group referenced in today's PR)?
I can't find a single thing. You would think the construction of a 10 mil/year production facility would have some kind of presence (I didn't mean to make a joke there).
This is a copy of an email I sent to the real estate co that posted the Nashua building for sale:

Hello,
I was curious about the building located on 160 Burke St, in Nashua. Is it currently for lease/sell? Thanks for your time,

On-site research and pictures shows the place pretty much abandoned with missed delivery notices on the mail. Someone on Raging Bull posted there's something like a 1-2 BILLION (not million) outstanding shares.
And now nobody can get a response from anyone at Amelot.
You do the math. I'm done with Pink Sheets. At least I hope to have gotten my big losses out of the way early this year. This message will probably get deleted, but I just wanted to present what other investors should know and make their decisions upon.
"has received delivery of its second shipment of Bio-Diesel into Boston for distribution to their clients. Loud Fuel of Falmouth, Massachusetts will take receipt of 12,000 gallons..."
I was wondering why they didn't ship it to the Nashua facility.
I dropped 100k early in the day just so that I could have SOMETHING in case this all goes under. Then all of that volume happened... may have been a good idea after all (in a glass half full kinda way).
Maybe we can see a bump from the State of the Union Address today?
At this point, I'm thinking ONE plant will at least keep us all from looking at a goose egg in the next 3 months.
Ok, so they miss their production date by over half a year, but that's 'whining' on the part of investors? Wow. Nice PR campaign.
I guess we should be careful what we wish for here... :)
Guess the process is a little more complicated than they first anticipated. Gonna be slooowww goin here the next few months, but hopefully worth the wait.
I'm interested if you can send them to me... d_macks@yahoo.com
thanks
The good thing is that even with the massive sell-off as of late, the bottom is still holding. The only thing that is giving me comfort holding this one right now.
That... is the 4 million share question.
Hopefully just somebody in the company needing to pay off some bills and not a growing trend. Really doesn't make much sense to sell down here if you have a chart that shows more than 5 days. :)
Yeah, the good news is that this thing bounces like a rubber ball no matter what the PR says, so I'm also going to pick up just a few more shares down here next session. This has been the bottom the past few bounces.
So, will anyone have post-Christmas money to put back into this, or are we sitting on our eggs until spring?
I have said it more than once here that I think Amelot would be better off if they were more honest with the PR. I'm not sure if it's a 'smokescreen' or just incompetence, but right now they have the same credibility of Bush going into Iraq. It didn't make sense at the time and they're going to have to come up with new strategies. The recent PR's seem to show that, but nobody likes being mislead in the onset. And in the same parallel you have to wonder how you're going to pay for it all in the end.
Let's hope new people can come up with great ideas on both of those issues to make it work for us in the future. :)
Yeah, I mean... where is the funding for all of these projects when they haven't sold the first batch?
I dunno, this stock seems to just bounce... not as much to do with PR (not that making unrealistic deadlines helps).
Looks like a 'long December'
I've said it before that I think AMHD is a good company, but I don't understand why they constantly try to throw unrealistic PR out there. Everybody knows it takes time to build a bio plant... so just say it. Making crazy statements just makes a real investor weary.
I tried to skim some off on the way down this week, and I couldn't even get a 100k order to go at ask price the 5 times I tried it between .024 and .022. Guess it's back to sleep for another few weeks... and no new car downpayment for me. :)
Somebody dumped over a million in a half hour today... wow.
I have yet to be able to sell a single share of this one... very elusive. At least maybe the bounce at the end of the day doesn't mean it's back to it's .015 nap time?
I caught that program and was thinking of the same ideas also.
On another note: we are on the brink of production and we're moving in the ten-thousands of a cent range?
