Etrade Failed To Deliver my cert request of 10,000 certs. I gave Etrade over 2 1/2 MONTHS to beg/borrow/buy/steal/make appear MY CERTS! Etrade Failed To Deliver THEM. Now there is no way around the fact that Etrade sold me shares of BCIT that they could not back up with STOCK CERTIFICATES, THEREFORE, THEY OBVIOUSLY SOLD ME AIR SHARES. Thats the very definition of Air Shares lol.
Its a Judicial impossibility to insert any entity between Etrade and its responsibilities to me.

The brokerages are not short, imo. It is the DTC that is short, because they cleared shares for which there is no certificate.
Megas is cutting a cert to cover the short at the DTC, at which point there will be no short
reminds me of that new beer commercial...DUDE?
lol ouch eom
i gets mines : )
wow, have a good day all. em
well, if Megas knows someone in PNG thats a good thing. if your not a major you have to have connections imho. now, i suppose you'll tear down his connections.
There are alot of ways to skin that cat (PNG oil/ng). If Megas knows someone in PNG (i believe he does) Energy Source could do alot with very little. They could broker oil/ng, wholesale drilling mud, buy & sell leases, import drilling equipment etc.. The key would be to know a gov. official imo.
I respectfully disagree with you on PNG. PNG is the new Equador. Just google the situation over there.
I will say this about brokering oil/ng; the majors like to broker there own when and where they can. Every Bananna Republic is different.
imo Megas knows someone in PNG who's going to hook him up with this oil & gas boom over there. R/M something over there (PNG)
of substance into this in short order. all in my opinion of course.
oig@sec.gov eom
I know for a fact that the Office Of Investigator General's Division of Enforcement was asked by the OIG to investigate etrades inability to produce certs for me (AIR SHARES). Documented case that will be made right one way or another.
There is another blatent documented case which F1 touched on this morning.
Folks, the OIG (oig@sec.gov) has set-up shop now at the SEC to straighten these #!##!***@#! out. email'em your story. believe me, they listen.
going to the in-laws, i set my limit orders high so i doubt they'll sell today. just set'em and forget'em imo. have a great day and don't get too caught up with this today (half day). better days ahead.
names, numbers? em
who did you talk to at atrade? name and number please. can't produce this simple info, hush.
don't try and disprove a negative (Socrates trick). only ask for verification. stops all the bs
Yes....
Legacy...I'll be waiting on your confirmation Monday.
"Any1 interested in my 500K BCIT shares at 0.01 pps?"
sweet, good posts today bull, thanks. nite all
and looks like we're gonna score bigtime on this little monster. crazy man lol
If your broker isn't playing ball, explain your story to The Office of Investigator General and how your broker sold you "Air Shares". I ordered just 10,000 certs from etrade and they couldn't come up with ONE cert after more than two months. They're all ears now. oig@sec.gov

It's not Legacy f1... but Usleton did mention...
that if anyone is interested in selling... he might be interested in buying, no other comment/reason mentioned and he said I could pass that along.
FWIW......
f1fans, sweet! em
"What we have now is a fraud on top of a fraud on top of a fraud (Pino>>Megas>>internet pumpers)".
Would you like to retract that statement?
in my opinion etrade is catching heat over their inability to produce certs for BCIT.
the snake will bite his own tail and complete the circle soon.
just keepin it real.....

For those that have not put in a complaint to the OIG and want to here's the email oig@sec.gov
The Office of Investigator General will WATER-BOARD the SEC & Etrade for us to gather information on these ftd/air shares.... ok, i might have overstated that somewhat lol but email'em your story on BCIT.
got it Art....For those that have not put in a complaint to the OIG and want to here's the email oig@sec.gov
WATER-BOARD Etrade OIG! lol
imo The Office of Inspector General is water-boarding Etrade compliance dept about BCIT today ; )
No commissions off of us and finally taking sell orders? Etrade isn't doing this out of the kindness of their little hearts all of a sudden lol. We'll trade before to long imo.
Won't be long until we trade now imo....ECB (Eur. Central Bank) put half a TRILLION dollars worth of liquitity into our banking system this week. Overstock.com finally comes off of the RegSho list this week after almost 2 years. The Office of Inspector General has set up shop at the SEC to gather INFORMATION HINT HINT (oig@sec.gov) on FTD/Air Shares etc.. The SEC is being made to enforce their rules & regs now. Brokers now have access to cash needed to clean up their collective mess.
FWIW snail mail from etrade..
Mind you, I ordered a small amount of certs (10K) from etrade on friggin Sept. 21 2007! The SEC got with Etrade on this within 48 hours of my complaint. Needless to say, etrade is not happy lol.
