That's a rather narrow view to be getting so worked up on. I'm willing to bet that it's not just one call, but rather many calls. It's not like it is restricted to just the small group of people that post here that are expressing interest. Furthermore, the status of Mr. Bays may or may not have a direct impact on the stock price if there is in fact a deal in place if the information shared here so far is in fact true.
I can't say that I would fault the company for not having an "Investor Relations Department". After all, Thrush wouldn't be a public traded company unless the deal or a deal was complete. The only thing proven to this point in time is that Thrush is a private company with no public shareholders to answer to. Even if the deal was in place, I'm sure that it would take the company some time to get their feet wet with dealing with investor's calls and inquiries and such an action would be an indicator of something. I would also venture to speculate on the eventual final structure of any deal. Thrush may not even be "the" company but rather become a wholly owned subsidiary in which case they likely wouldn't have any information to offer and likely would be instructed not to comment.
I'm very much on the fence with IAHL. It's a pink sheet and therein lies it's fatal flaw. Is the story true? No more or less than any other story without proof. My strongest indicator that this might have some basis of truth is in the company's silence. My weakest indicator is in the claims of so many that the public face of IAHL is so willing to speak about the deal so openly. The conversations are based on second hand accounts, so I discount that. I have no intentions of attempting to contact anyone involved. If they are for real, their time is better suited in taking care of business. If they aren't for real, its all empty words and a waste of two people's time. Either way, talking doesn't help my position any.
For the record, I hold IAHL stock.
