LABS at .026 and shows 6800 shares available.
I never seen this before, normally it's 5000 or 10000 available
Fact is, conformation is needed by the company that it is Debt free. Pumping that the company is debt free without this (PR, Conformation) is unwarranted and should be considered a rumor.
I do believe things are moving forward with the company and it needs to do this on its own merits, not from rumors.
Which did you mean?
175 or .0175
.12 or .012
Debt free?
Make sure you do your own DD.
Some here have a vivid imagination.
"last 245 was BS.... "
I was surprised by that closing also.
Didn't make any sense.
And NO it wasn't me.
Hope you do well.
Very true Bee.
There's several ways to look at it I'm sure.
No one can say for sure one way or the other.
Pinky stocks have a mind of their own.
LOL, it sure is.
A healthy retrace is good for a stock.
How far it goes back will depend on support.
I see a gap at .0195 . Whether it gets filled or not, nobody knows. Not even a $18,000 education can say for sure.
Time will tell.
Several time over. LOL
So that gap will not get filled?
Thanks for your educated lesson.
Time will tell.
Is that gap BS?
I don't know. But I've heard some say, they need to be filled.
Some say differant. Time will tell.
A lot of chartist think they need to be.
There's a gap at .0195 that needs to be filled.
Question is, will it be filled?
Do you know how long this will last?
Scottrade will not let you buy ETNL online. Only sells are premitted.
Must contact Broker to buy.
I beleive the PPS was .0016 then after the R/S it was .032
We shall see.
Like you said DOMS could move up and make more.
Doms need to move up, while momo is here.
LOL
234,500 in buys and can't move above .023
Who's selling?
NAR or Insiders?
I have no idea. Doesn't make any sense.
It shouldn't be included until they are exercised.
Might have to ask EI, why the did it this way.
It was hard to understand why they included the 7 year option, when the can't exercise it until the end of the year.
Doesn't make any sense.
The 14 C gives two differant share amounts, one with the 7 year option and one without.
Basser,
They included the seven year option in the total share count
Example for Clint: (3) Includes 5,000,000 seven year options

(3) Includes 5,000,000 seven year options granted to this shareholder on December 19, 2008. The grants were made pursuant to the Company’s 2008 Equity Incentive Plan. Each option, when exercised, allows the option holder to purchase one share of the Company’s common stock at an exercise price of $0.01804 per share.
(4) Includes 4,200,000 seven year options granted to this shareholder on December 19, 2008. The grants were made pursuant to the Company’s 2008 Equity Incentive Plan. Each option, when exercised, allows the option holder to purchase one share of the Company’s common stock at an exercise price of $0.01804 per share.
(6) Combining his holdings of common and preferred stock, Mr. Mytych’s percentage ownership and voting privileges equal 19.83%, and the percentage ownership of all officers and directors as a group would equal 38.89%
It's the seven year options that were added.
These Officers did not add any new shares.
The 14 C amount includes the 7 year option shares that doesn't go into effect until the end of the year.

Yes it is. Hopefully there will be more of it.
Transparency is a good thing.
Can't trust EI or Management
Here is investor update from the company that no company insiders are planning to sell at the levels mentioned in the prospectus.
By the way 4 did sell.
September 1st, 2008
To Eternal Image Shareholders:
We would like everyone to be aware of two recent updates at Eternal Image.
Share Retirement
Last week we filed an amendment with the state of Delaware to retire an additional 25 million shares from the Treasury and convert them to Preferred Shares. This action further solidifies Eternal Image’s ownership position and makes these shares unavailable for sale on the open market.
Insider Trading Policy
Eternal Image will soon begin drafting an Insider Trading Policy. Official Insider Trading Policies are not required for OTC companieswe are going above and beyond what is required. Keep in mind that general Insider trading rules are always in effect; and Insiders (and their households) cannot buy or sell shares totaling more than 1% of the Total Outstanding Shares per quarter. One further note: there are rumors originating from the S-1 that Insiders can and will liquidate shares at 2-cents. This is not the case, and no Insider has intentions to sell shares at 2-cents. We look forward to the mandatory and increased transparency that being a reporting OTC:BB stock will bring.
Thank you for your continued support,
The Eternal Image Executive Team

Here is the amount they all sold, comparing the S-1/A and the 14 C:

Clint, Donna, Nick and JP have sold a total of 2,042,363 since Dec. 18th 2008.
Didn't figure out insiders were selling until end of day.
ETNL
Be careful with ETNL, we found out today that some of the insiders are selling. They told us awhile back they wouldn't sell at this PPS.
Can't trust management.
They also increased the A/S to 800,000,000.
It seems you might be right about insiders selling.
Today we found 4 insiders selling shares without filing a form 4.
I didn't think they needed a form 4 if those shares were already included in the S-1/A.
Yep, he's not giving EI good advice.
Sorry, I need to pay better attention.
I guess we can reduce the amount they had filed in the S-1/A for selling from 86,150,000 shares of the common stock, to 84,107,637 shares left to sell.
Here is the amount they all sold, comparing the S-1/A and the 14 C:

Clint, Donna, Nick and JP have sold a total of 2,042,363 since Dec. 18th 2008.
Do they have to file a form 4 if those shares were already listed in the S-1/A?

Hi Lurker
Where did you get the 47,500 shares amount that JP sold?
According to the lastest filing James Parliament had 13,750,000 common shares.
So if he only has 13,000,000 now, he sold 750,000 shares.
http://idea.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/868756/000105291808000473/eternalimages1adec1808f.htm
Is JP's selling the start of the other Officers selling?
Normally when company officers are buying then you buy, it shows confidence
When they sell, watch out.
OUCH, ETNL ATM machine working overtime
And it's going to get worse.
NAR is already selling,
EI needs the money real bad.
