Once again, and for the very last time, this board is to be used for the CIVIL discussion of JBII, its officers and its stock. Effective immediately, posts that depart from that concept or otherwise violate the rules for this site will be deleted and their authors sanctioned. This board has been warned, restricted, warned again, further restricted and, now, warned one final time.
Zero tolerance is the policy going forward so you'll want to be sure your messages are civil in nature and strictly comply with the site's rules. Sanctions will be swiftly imposed upon those who elect to ignore this warning.
That information would be confidential.
That is yet to be determined.
Theories about the basis for the closure are totally immaterial. We do what we believe to be appropriate given the circumstances and let the chips fall where they may.
Boards are not closed arbitrarily. The closure of JBII was appropriate.
Enforcing the site's TOU for posting, editing the infobox and posting stickies do not, necessarily, require private communication. If needed, free members can take advantage of Happy Hour to PM other members. We have some very good mods on this site who are free members and we sincerely appreciate their efforts.
Why would a free account be an impediment to effective board moderation?
"my wife signed up for an account"
Really? You need to tell your wife (or all of them) to stop opening accounts.
Your release date and time can be found in your profile.
Would it be terminated? Unlikely, unless there is more to the story in which case it should discussed privately with Admin.
Please call us at 1-888-992-3836.
Not necessarily. It depends upon several factors including the context and the board on which it was posted.
The appropriate topic for this board was, is and will continue to be ICNB. Other posters have never been on topic here and that hasn't changed either. Sanctions are right around the corner for those who choose to ignore this warning.
Replies to this message will be considered off topic.
Nice job on the new board here, gang. You're right, "that's how Zeev wanted it".
No problem. So you know, all members can PM Admin.
The purpose for this board is discussion of the company, its officers and its stock. Posts about the mods, other posters, other sites, iHub, deletions, sanctions, etc. are all off topic. Sanctions are on the horizon for anyone who chooses to further ignore the rules for posting here.
Do not reply to this post as such replies will be removed as "off topic".
A Member thinks it is hilarious to post "News" and then go down a couple of spaces and type something like "gotcha". I (and others) find this very annoying. Can I delete these posts?
Yes, they are "off topic", "noise" posts and qualify for removal.
The same rule applies for other "noise" posts under the heading of "NEWS".
See my PM to you.
You can wait until 06/27/2012 01:33:06 PM or you can send a PM to Shelly telling her how incredibly sorry you are for trying to skirt the rule about having only one account here. That might work. Oh, I wouldn't try that "my friend did it" thing because that never works.

Happy Birthday Meatloaf! Think I'll have some chocolate chip mint to celebrate.

Is the "private" part of Private Message really this elusive?
You posted about the contents of a private message. Again.
Amazing. Too often we take it for granted.
I have lost track of how many sanctions have been handed out on this board so far today.
This board is for the discussion of ASYI, its officers and its stock. The mods, deletions, other posters, etc. are all off topic. You would be well advised to bear that in mind before you submit your next post to this board because, if not, the sanctions will continue.
Do not reply to this post as such replies will also be off topic.
I'm pretty sure we got it right. See the PM I sent you.

And now you'll have a few days to actually read the rules you agreed to comply with when you joined the site.

I haven't sanctioned anyone here yet, but I'd be happy to if this discussion doesn't return to being about the company, its officers and its stock. There will be no further warning.
Do not reply to this message as such replies would be off topic as well.
Seriously? Two Premium members with PM capability choose to do this on the Q&A board?
Send a PM here:

Include a link to the board in question.
It's time for posters here to get back to the only valid topic on this board which is GRDO, the company and it's stock. The mods, deletions, sanctions, etc. are all off topic and posts about those subjects will be appropriately removed.
The next step here is restrictions and bans for those who continue to post messages that violate the site's rules.
Please do not respond to this post as such responses would be off topic as well.
The board you're all posting on is IRBL. That is the only appropriate topic for this board. Who bought, who sold, who bashed and who pumped, mods, deletions, etc. are not appropriate topics here. Post about the company and stock or don't post. Sanctions are next if you choose to disregard this warning.
Please do not reply to this post as such replies will be considered "off topic" and will be removed.
Anyone who has never seen that spectacular display is missing one of nature's special events.
Admin now appoints all assistant moderators on stock specific boards.
