Is that the same as being executed?
It is if you're a lunatic.
If these people have any respect for Story or his family, they should refrain from making up tales about assassinations.
Oddly enough, Story himself would probably consider it a form of flattery.
Story's death confirm. I did a search of some UK papers and found this in the death announcements at the telegraph. It was placed in the announcements just today. There are no articles in any UK papers that I search about any assassination style death.
Story was 72 and died after a brief illness.

Chris Story killed execution style on July 14th
This has been rumored and now confirmed by multiple sources.
Chris Story has been killed execution style on July 14th while walking the street in London.
This was the result of his last posting on July 10th which was removed after the 14th. Therein are his murderers.
GOD Bless You Chris for everything you have done for us.

somebody on RB was asking if this was true and i googled it,,,,,

True! Even when it is not her communicating with them. lol

Janice, check out this bizarre post.
tenn21 is under the false impression that you are posting as sharasilva on the RB board. tenn seems to be threatening you with posting a bunch of libelous accusations. If a poster wants to make threats they should have concrete proof of the persons ID, imo.

You and I were coasting along in this forum politely

I would suggest you take your insinuations back to

I have no reason to pump-lie-bash and daym sure don't
need the likes of -------- ahem [1] Janis Shell being
negative toward me, if I did Janis, I would go over to
the IHUB board and give it a shot.
Now, don't come back at me with your blather, if you
want to blather with someone-------------------------
GO to the "DEEPCAPTURE" forum and fight with the man

I would hope you are right, but I'm not so sure
At least jimmy and Chas should see the light by then.
a while back he was in a deal with mcturd called cash4homes
Cash4homes was another Surfit tout scam.
This is where the Turino/Edwards story gets interesting. The whole sequence of Cash-4-Homes, V-WAY, Barrington Foods, World Wide Cannery, and Global Diamond Exchange etc., It will be fun to see how it all developed, then burn and crashed.
I wonder how many elderly people who lost their retirement due to your permissive attitude towards illegal naked shorting and were forced to eat dog food or maybe even froze to death because they could not afford heat.
Ha! That from a guy who admitted a little old lady bought PCBM because of his big mouth!
Oh yeah. He made amends by giving her some free legal service. Bet she would have rather not lost her savings to begin with!
Wow! I didn't know the Flyers traded Simon Gagne last week till now. It's hard to imagine Gagne as anything but a Flyer.
He will be missed
Your lost is Tampa's gain. Oh my gosh! I would love to watch a Gagne/St. Louis/Stamkos line. Give the Caps some trouble for a change.
Does that not tell you Alan Treffrey is a pumper and involved with other pumpers.
Why is he posting over on the FFGO board? Is he tending to his flock over there too?
bbj, just incase you thought AlanC is Treffry, I can absolutely confirm he is not. Treff is an attorney from California. AlanC is a guy from R.I.
At least the dismissal will convince some that this old dog will be properly put down
The sting theory will be debunked when the DOJ has the opportunity to bring the insiders into a courtroom.
You would have to be delusional to believe the DOJ approved a sting to catch NSS, only to indict the insiders and have them testify in court that the DOJ was in collusion with them on a sting operation.
It is beyond ridiculous to believe the DOJ would spend so much time and money to bring the CMKX insiders that far only to have the judge dismiss the case on grounds of entrapment.
IMO, the reality of a trial is when the majority of Xers will have their revelations.
He has done NOTHING but run people around with lies for years and yet they still hold him up as their best friend. Unbelievable.
eggie may have a new condition now. It's called thin skin.

Who can I turn in first? let me see.......
LOL
Think about it. You bashed both Turino and Vinny for years. Both are now under indictments.
Bashers should petition the SEC/DOJ for a job well done. lol
They should have listen!
Various nutburgers are posting that on many boards
pantherj, Matthews got sucked into the Xers rumor mill. He'll have to learn the hard way not to put his credibility on the line listening to Xers. He now has "12,000 followers" that can question his reliability.
It's funny that someone so involved with the NSS issue never heard of CMKX till a few days ago. The Xers are not the center of the universe after all.
Matthews may not be aware that the Aug. 2 date is actually the hearing. BTW, there are no guarantees that Judge Selna will make a ruling on that date, as some of the Xers are lead to believe. IMO, IF Selna does make a decision that day it will be granting the motion to dismiss. So the Xers better hope Selna mulls it over for awhile.

Hello everyone. I'm a member now. I have received a lot of emails and phone calls today. I joined so that I could answer all of you in your own home...
Background on me:
I never owned the stock, and quite frankly had never heard of it until today. I have covered the issue of naked short selling for some time, and as was eluded to earlier in this thread I had a part in the movie stock shock, as well as a role as a producer.
I have covered Sirius XM Radio for several years and witnessed first hand the devastating effects of naked short selling. I have interviewed Patrick Byrne twice, had several conversations with Susanne Trimbath, and have written extensively of Senator Kaufman's efforts to ban the practice.
I can only say that I believe my source is credible, and that the initial report was confirmed later today by another person.
That said, I now know you have all heard this song before. I did not know that, so I would suggest remaining cautiously optimistic.
You may have noticed that yesterday, CMKM's CEO updated the company website to include a personal message in which he is seeking to get shareholders to register. That might be an indication that the company needs a final investor list. You might want to have a look.
I'll be checking in in case anyone would like to ask me anything further

first post and I feel like a schmuck...yes on the june 25th thing....
I was introduced to this just this morning. I have been sent the mountain of legal documents to pour over and have not had any time. I apologize for my ignorance.
I was sent an email this morning that stated unequivocally that it would come down within 72 hours. As I said, I trust the person because I have been very involved with him with regards to NSS.
A phone call later suggested by August 2, which seems to confirm the original email.
I will continue to look into it and report on it. As for being a shareholder or member..I believe the info came from someone involved from the legal side of things...

Expertising is a tricky business
Apparently Norsigian spent some considerable time going to the Adams Trust, museums, and experts to have the negatives verified, but everyone decline. It wasn't till he went to a Beverly Hills entertainment attorney a few years ago that the "story" took off. They hired their own experts who can arguably be bias. The Adams family seems to want independent experts now for verification.
There are a number of articles out there about this story, many with the family raising red flags. They aren't impress that some of Adams associates may be in the photos, because as they state, there were literally hundreds of photographers in the area where Adams was working at the time. Adams died in 1984 and his wife Virginia years later. There are surviving family members who knew them well and the handwriting of Virginia is questionable in their opinion.
IMO, some of the photos seem too artsy for Adams style, although one could argue that these were early works and he could have changed his style later on. From what I read the Adams family are uncomfortable with the look of these so called early works.
But from what I can recall years ago reading about Adams, he was deeply distress over the loss of many works in the fire. To have walked away from the rubble without salvaging what he could appears uncharacteristic for someone who became obsessively guarded over the safety of his negatives. Yet, another of the Adams family concerns.
http://cbs5.com/entertainment/anesl.adams.negatives.2.1829597.html
For years, he tried to get them officially verified, taking them to experts at the Smithsonian Institution, the Getty Center and others, but no one would venture to authenticate them.
Matthew Adams said it was unlikely his grandfather would have misplaced the negatives, especially after the devastating fire that destroyed 5,000 negatives — a third of his portfolio. "Ansel was very meticulous about his negatives," he said. "He kept them in a bank vault in San Francisco after the fire."
200 million minus 30% for auction house. Then 140 million minus 50% taxes. Leaves only 70 million. Plus cost of tax lawyer
That's just for starters. Mr. Norsigian most likely will be in litigation for years battling against the Adams Trust. Even though Norsigian owns the negatives outright the Ansel Adams Publishing Rights Trust can argue they have copyrights and artistic control of what is published.
The Adams family is already making a case even IF the negatives are authentic, the artistic value of the prints are not up to par because Adams is deceased and a large part of the artistic character happen hands on in the dark room. This argument may deter collectors who would be interested in the prints as a future investment. At this stage, the family raising red flags should also be a concern for future investors.
Schwarzenegger signed a retroactive law in California strengthening dead celebrities estate rights. Judges have a history of ruling in favor of families that control the images/brand names of their family members. If Norsigain is successful in this venture he may have to share the profits with the Adams Trust.
needs, if you recall, the same issue came up when USXP purchased the old Michael Jackson studio tapes. Jackson argued that he still owned the publishing and artistic rights to the songs. He argued the tapes in their present state were "raw" and never meant to be released. He didn't want anyone tampering with his image.
There is also the Tyler incident where Buddy Holly's wife objected to the Peggy Lou book printing photos without Holly's estate permission.
http://cbs5.com/entertainment/anesl.adams.negatives.2.1829597.html
"It's an unfortunate fraud," said Bill Turnage, managing director of the Ansel Adams Publishing Rights Trust. "It's very distressing."
Turnage said he's consulting lawyers about possibly suing Norsigian for using a copyrighted name for commercial purposes. He described Norsigian as on an "obsessive quest." ''We've been dealing with him for a decade," he said. "I can't tell you how many times he's called me."
Adams' grandson, Matthew Adams, who heads the Ansel Adams Gallery in San Francisco, said he reviewed Norsigian's authentications last fall and thinks they're stretches. Many photographers took pictures of the same places Adams did in that era, he said.
"There is no real hard evidence," he said. "I'm skeptical."
Beverly Hills art appraiser David W. Streets said he conservatively estimated the negatives' value at $200 million, based on current sales of Adams' prints and the potential for selling never-seen-before prints.
Turnage called that figure ridiculous because the value of Adams' work is in his darkroom handcrafting of the prints, and said the negatives are next to worthless.
"Ansel interpreted the negative very heavily. He believed the negative was like a musical score. No two composers will interpret it the same way," he said. "Each print is a work of art."
Sources close to the matter indicate to me that a settlement will be announced this week
Mr. Matthews, welcome to the CMKX shareholders made an azz of me club. Warning, in the future you should delete any emails that come from Xers ASAP.
Naked Short Settlement Could Bring Major Market Reform
By Brandon Matthews
You won’t hear about it anywhere in the financial press. CMKM Diamonds was just another victim of illegal naked short selling. As it’s share price tumbled from counterfeit shares flooding the market, the SEC turned a blind eye as investors in the company were wiped out. Ironically, the SEC used CMKM Diamonds as part of a sting operation in order to trap the perpetrators of the crimes, yet prosecuted no one.
In the end, the SEC itself decided not to prosecute any of the criminals and instead cut deals with them after the company had been wiped out. CMKM however, did not go away quietly. The company filed a 3.87 Trillion dollar lawsuit against the SEC, Mary Shapiro and a host of former SEC commissioners. Sources close to the matter indicate to me that a settlement will be announced this week, which could result in radical changes in naked short selling laws and have a drastic affect on Sirius XM going forward.
Sirius XM shareholders are all too familiar with naked short selling, which was the topic for the documentary “stock shock,” which I took part in. It is the primary reason that Sirius XM’s share price sits where it does today. The stock continues to be cellar boxed and the SEC continues to allow such illegal activities to persist. Just look at any equity listed on the Reg Sho list such as SNSS. That stock has lived on that list for some time now, as it continues to be counterfeited and sold. The SEC simply doesn’t get it.
Whether or not a company…any company, faces financial uncertainty, does not give the right to sell more shares of its stock than exist by unscrupulous groups. The lawsuit filed by CMKM Diamonds seems to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that the SEC is complicit in naked short selling activities.
Even today, hedge funds hire their own writers to report negative news on their naked short targets and help drive prices down. This type of media manipulation has slowed somewhat, and the results can be seen in the performance of hedge funds, many of which have gone “legit.” Without the ability to manipulate the press, most are under-performing. Still many continue to scoff at an SEC which balks at any real enforcement of securities laws on this issue.
As part of the settlement that will likely come later this week, I expect major reforms to accompany the settlement. Certainly they must, because what is anticipated to be one of the largest settlements in U.S history, will set a precedent for any other companies and/or shareholders who were victimized by illegal naked short selling, to file similar actions. This potential includes the shareholders of Sirius XM Radio, of which there are many investors chomping at the bit to sue the SEC itself for the inaction to date with regard to Sirius XM naked short abuse complaints.

Friday nights. Why do you ask?
Do you have some juicy rumors? Is my Dateline fantasy story on CMKX going to air soon? LOL

Again?! eggie needs some new material, this one is getting old.
Several Shareholders contacted me with the same information and asked if I could get the information confirmed.
The information I received, Attorney Hodges confirmed to me today that it is not true. It is not done.
No kidding. So eggie gets his info from shareholders telling rumors? These Xers are notorious for passing on rumors. Good grief!
No...this is not true. I have not communicated with Mona for over a month. I do not know any details of Mona's information other than what was conveyed on the boards. My information has to do with Attorney Hodges and the result of his work.
Please do not accuse me for being reckless before getting the facts and truth.
Thank you,
BHollenegg sounds to me that Bob's info may have come from Al's associate Dennis and Bob is waiting for conformation from Al..... He would not go by some hunch or a guru.. but if it was dennis he would move foward on that info.... IMO

Kudos go out to johnsmith123 for his frankness outing the false rumors, despite Xers bashing him.

Windrider...Reread this again...The whole case is predicated on question 1 and 2. When those legs are chopped down so easily by a guy sitting on a message board, imagine what a trained Attorney will do to Hodges...
The 3 questions that will terminate the Hodges Lawsuit
1. Mr. Hodges, according to paragraph 32 of your complaint, you allege “At some date prior to June 1, 2004 the Securities and Exchange Commission in concert with the Department of Justice of the United States, together combined with Robert A. Maheu and others for the purpose of utilizing CMKX Diamonds…”
According to Mr. Maheu, in sworn testimony under oath and in his deposition, also under oath, Mr. Maheu states that he was first introduced to CMKX and asked by Urban Casavant to join the board in February of 2005.
Maheu’s deposition, page 18:
Q: How did you get involved with CMKX Diamonds?
A: My recollection is that it was either late in December—no it would have been early January of 1905.
Q: Do you mean 2005?
A: Sorry, of course I mean 2005
Q; So, that was the first time you ever heard of the Company?
A: First time. That is my recollection, yes
Given this direct testimony under oath on two separate occasions, what evidence do you have to support your claim that Mr. Maheu combined with the SEC and Dept. of Justice prior to June of 2004 as you claim?
2. Mr. Hodges, further in paragraph 32, you allege that the SEC, Dept of Homeland Security and Dept of Justice:
a. “Assisted in and approved the retention of Roger Glenn”
b. “Encouraged the Company to expand its promotional activities..”
c. “Consented to, facilitated, and supported the sale of certain Company claims to several foreign corporations.”
d. “Consented to, facilitated, and supported the conferences between Robert A. Maheu..”
Could you please provide evidence to support these claims?
3. Finally, Mr. Hodges, what evidence do you have that a frozen trust exists?
Add me to the list of skeptics.
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_ansel_adams_lost_work
Got to love this red flag! lol
The key evidence came from two handwriting experts, who identified the writing on the negative sleeves as that of Adams' wife Virginia.
But Matthew Adams said there were inconsistencies in the handwriting and a lot of misspelled Yosemite place names.
"She grew up in Yosemite. She was an intelligent, well-read woman. I find it hard to believe she would mispell those names," he said.

Very_tired is Allan Treffery (an attorney), one of the plaintiffs.
coachjack12: vt your thoughts on Roger Glen getting cleared?
° indicate sting?
tokenjo: alan how is discovery going?
very_tired15: Roger Glenn was cleared? It is clear to me that any charges against him - civilly or criminally - were all a facade. Sting all the way and Glenn was a hero in the end.
Earl is My Name: I always figured that.
1970moneymaker1970: very tired are you thinking higher or lower then .54"?
very_tired15: Personally, I believe it is more, but I don't know for certain.
Earl is My Name: former SEC enforcement, wrote the book... literally... on "Corporate Responsibilities".
coachjack12: yep doj investigation cleared him, even though he was responsible for the increase from 500b to 800b
1970moneymaker1970: do you think it is soon like most of us in the rooms?
Fraction: Allan, when will this be over
very_tired15: I really wish I knew... I really do.
tokenjo: alan ... has Mr. Hodges said anything to you to indicate that the end is finally near ??
Earl is My Name: Author of "Corporate Responsibilities" compliance book on sarbanes oxley... Huge NY law firm working for a non reporting pink sheet
° its obvious in retrospect
coachjack12: alan the doj Glenn report was released over the weekend, interesting timing, clearing all the ecks
° decks
very_tired15: AH has indicated many things are soon to happen, but they always seem to be on the next horizon. I believe that there are issues behind the scenes that are the cause of our delays and nothbing that is easily visible to us in this position.
coachjack12: dont you think the sec wants it to be over also
° mary shapiro and the gang
tokenjo: ok ty alan
coachjack12: Alan what are your odds that the Aug 2 court date happens?
cmkxbillionaire: coach, is there a weblink to the DOJ report clearing Roger Glenn?
Billyun: Hello Warren...the reason I am calling Al is to confirm some positive information I received that the journey may be over. I said I would call Al. I am not looking for a few encouraging words from Al, just a confirmation. I realize Al is quite busy. If I do not get through tonight, I will tomorrow. Thank you, BHollenegg
very_tired15: Mr. Glenn and the rest of these men, are living on true rarified turf. I believe that what they have done - even what I understand to have happenbed and there is probably more - to be men of great courage and love of country. If what I believe is to happen really does happen, I will never forget their service to our nation.
cmkxbillionaire: righteous intent
very_tired15: Aug 2 court date is a complicated issue... something will happen.. I can only speculate as to what
Fraction: Allan, what's the plan if the judge dismisses the case?
Billyun: Brilliance, please no apologies...the information I received this weekend needs to be addressed by Attorney Hodges. Thank you, BHollenegg
° Q) Well Bhollenegg, is it at least good news in favor of the shareholders? A) Tara ...........Yes Tara.Thank you, BHollenegg
very_tired15: NOthing bad for us
Fraction: well if it gets dismissed and we don't get distribution, how is that good for us?
very_tired15: I am a little hesitant to comment on the lawsuit at this time.. I believe everything will work out ok
musicman777: Fraction....distribution is the ONLY way it ends good for us
Earl is My Name: I think he was responding to billyuns post fraction. lol
Fraction: exactly music..
tokenjo: allan ... as far as the defendants reply to oppose the MTD ... do you feel that the SEC is leading Al Hodges in a scripted effort to through the paper shuffle to get this done legal ??
SelfAppointedKing: gn all~~
tokenjo: no to just through
Earl is My Name: gn SAK
very_tired15: Well joe, some people would say that
Earl is My Name: I think it was a typical defense filing in support of the motion to dismiss. If they wanted to script Al... just pick up the phone.
° lol
tokenjo: so is it your opinion that the SEC is writing the script for Al Hodges to follow through to get us paid ?
very_tired15: Everything happens for a reason
° I did not say that... but I believe that not everything is always as it seems
coachjack12: we are hearing that team hodges mood is "giddy"...can you confirm this
Earl is My Name: notice the SEC defendants arent denying the funding exists... they just deny they are responsible for the decisions to withhold our property unconstitutionally
very_tired15: I have not seen any "giddy" behavior so far from AH. That does not mean anything either way.
Earl is My Name: that speaks volumes to me
mccurdydon1: the plaintiffs can only say what they are told to say
very_tired15: Actually, AH is not really telling me anything to say. He is very reserved with me and I give him a lot of leeway.
coachjack12: Don did sheilya and wyatt get that memo?
very_tired15: I am sorry.. I did not hear you... speaker line is damaged... can you write it?
tokenjo: k
mccurdydon1: yes
coachjack12: lol
tradersnestwife: Hey Alan. Thanks for answering questions. Do you know what acca is bringing to the rooms Tues. or Wed.?
tokenjo: not sure if you can answer this ... is Al preparing a waiver of the govts sovereign immunity so we can seek declaratory relief from the defendants in their official capacities?
very_tired15: I am not certain of Acca's schedules. The sooner the better if he delivers good news.
° I know of no waivers being prepared.
tokenjo: do you know if he is even working on discovery ? OR does he need to ?
° oh well
° there he goes

tokenjo: k
very_tired15: I got the boot
clyde_47: ok token, you can re ask your question
tokenjo: do you know if he is even working on discovery ? OR does he need to ?
very_tired15: I know that AH had a mountain of evidence prepared to exchange with the defendants at a scheduled hearing. My hope is that he will not need to exchange anything.
tokenjo: ty allan
very_tired15: u bet
coachjack12: you think this is all about cmkx or other co.s too?
very_tired15: I hope that there is more involved here than jusy cmkx
stock4369: GOT CMKX ?
° GOT Dinar ?
coachjack12: what put us over the top, the cert pull?
very_tired15: Dinar looks promising too
strike 4: alan for myself i do not trust the courts for good reasons ..... if nothing happens by 8/2 what are you feelings about the case being or not being dismissed
very_tired15: Hard for me to comment on the case
stock4369: We Will Be Paid
1970moneymaker1970: alan i am not sure how much you know about dinars but do you believe iraq will rv in the very near future?
stock4369: SOON
tokenjo: we understand completely Allan and thank you for what you are able to share with "all similarly situated".
Earl is My Name: lol
very_tired15: Well, it is really speculation. However, if they do not do it concurrent with cmkx, we will buy out the whole supply.
1970moneymaker1970: i know i will buy lots more if cmkx pays first
clyde_47: earl, i guess that means it could still be another 5 yrs, stock has been saying "soon" for at least that long!
stock4369: Dinar Rv and CMKX should happen close together
very_tired15: the frustration is beyond measure
coachjack12: do you see small sec pymnt, then another trust pymnt,or 1 and done?
very_tired15: I see an empty wallet at this time...as far as one or more payments, your guess is as good as mine.
aguili_2_1: very tired do you think ffgo will have nmore delays.
very_tired15: There are indicators of a small SEC paymentfirst, but that does not mean it is written in stone
gkhaus1: your frustration is all of our frustrations allan
very_tired15: FFGO was born to be delayed. I don't know too much about that stock other than it gets delayed - a lot.
tokenjo: Sloan bought up most of their authorized to gaurantee the divy recently
aguili_2_1: thank you
gkhaus1: donwat have a question?

bhollenegg will get his confirmation of DISMISSAL very soon!
believe me when i tell you that the SEC is NOT in contact with Al Hodges..........
Al Hodges connection is christopher story and his rumor mill.....
Al Hodges has no authority over your payout whatsoever...Hodges and frizzell are a team.....both have zero credibility.
THANK YOU FATHER
leowanta
thank you

When the next 1-2 weeks goes by without the great payday and even more damaging, the dismissal of this case, the mutiny among hyped out shareholders will turn very bitter and sad. You can only stretch rope out so long before it snaps

I know!! The last thing I want to do to someone I know who is needy is to drag his ass into the emotional rollercoaster of CMKM.
I think you could classify this as an act of psycological terrorism.
the wife thing is for those not smart enough not to tell them earlier
How many Xers told their spouses about the indictments, or about the SEC suing the CMKX insiders?
Who's he supposed to get confirmation from?
Krazy Al, the Trustee, Paymaster, the Queen, or maybe the POTUS? All the gurus are chiming in today.
From Paltalk: Mona Lisa Simles: I hear it.s 100% done! TBA this week!

they are planning celebration parties, worrying about gift taxes as they "pay it forward", letting their friends and family in on their newfound wealth, discussing wills, etc
The posts where they explain telling their spouses all about CMKX are hilarious!
Of course, when ER doesn't occur this week reality will set in again. The Xers will return to waiting for the crooked judge to rule rather to dismiss the lawsuit, or go forward. Oh, and they will praise eggie for his efforts.
What's got 'em so excited this time?
The Xers have been interpreting eggie's cryptic song messages this week into the end is near. Today eggie gave them the good news, so they think the huge payout is this week.
They are going nuts planning their futures, and of course, the big CMKX shareholder party. They're also concern of a massive explosion that will occur during the party wiping out a number of shareholders (rolling eyes).

Hello Stormjay,
I am awaiting confirmation...the journey may be over.
All the best,

I'm going to shorten her name to "Ms. Thidee Thong."

It is almost like they are trying to go to jail
Maybe they are inspire by the Diane Lee Flaherty Edwards/John Edwards aka Ian McIntyre love story.
The CMKM holders, for better or worse, at least know and have evidence of the theft. Many other holders blindly believe that real shares exist where there are only phantoms
It's official! Count Trimbath out as the witness in the large room with Maheu while he negotiated the naked shorts deal.
In fact, Trimbath seems to be another disputing Hodges evidence.
