CEO noted that bank billing was to start last month, or before. That would only be bank one. There is also a bank two. Anything new and developing is easily an expansion of on-going services. The report of a tour of the client IT by an entire national delegation just last week: Is likely encouraging! CEO had noted it would be smaller than expected. Now likely expected is different.
To Show For It, Bank Now Touts IT, not an NDA, like only months ago. The bank touts increase of Interest in its IT products, and EmailMoni is publically about UBA.
Undisclosed Africa Revenue More Likely, now. The postponed December launch was posted be an actual start in one or more of the bank's operating regions, before a full announcement. Now again, today, there are participating national regions noted. The transactions counts have not included Africa, and maybe revenue could not be recognized(?). Now new IT capabilities are starting to surface in UBA recognition announcements, like of the Uganda visit. Even "soon" starts to be looking more like "now!" Seergate facebook has posted responses--and insulting(?)--even this month, so far.
"Bank DataCenter" is running Emailmoni, according to Seergate Facebook. So that likely means UBA IT(?). The questions now are about when it gets announced. Likely Uganda knows about EmailMoni, now, powered by Seergate. Riverdog had noted the recent post on the UBA Facebook page, from earlier on. This below is from July 7.

We see many posts all over the place about the platform in Africa so we wanted to make clear for all.
The platform is live (launched or whatever other synonyms) running from the bank datacenter; it can be used and accessed by any account holder in the country.

The Uganda showcase tour announcement at least re-states the concept shown in the "About" page at Emailmoni. UBA has an advanced and unique concept in Emailmoni. One small matter: It is at the Seergate site. The "About" page is all about UBA offering EmailMoni. This is also public knowledge among UBA customers, and the Uganda delegation? Riverdog's report does appear to reflect the breakthrough concept, shown below. Maybe someone knows this? Maybe this is how the bank intends to be making it all known? It looks like a plan continent-wide? MEC is just a facilitating vendor, after all.

EmailMoni is an email-based Payment service offered by United Bank for Africa (powered by Seergate) enabling Businesses and Individuals to access and move their money anywhere and for any reason.
EmailMoni is a breakthrough, secure and intuitive email interface connecting the bank's accounts across environments, channels and devices, for fast and easy money movement. EmailMoni makes it possible to collect payments everywhere the customer, business or individual, has presence.
"Money travels along lines of communication". Every transaction is part of the communications process between the parties, and the process adapts to the payment service offered. The transaction details are embedded in the message.
UBA's customers can use the EmailMoni's Payments Messenger whenever they need to send or receive money, anywhere they communicate: on Facebook, Outlook, on the web, mobile and in person using their smartphone/tablet.
UBA's customers get paid directly into their own bank account, enjoying improved cash-flow.
Replace checks and cash, unlock the power of electronic payments with the only email service designed for payments.
The Payments Messenger is available for you at all times, wherever you are, it's adopted to the customers' lifestyle to make their life easier and businesses more profitable.
EmailMoni is the first of its kind, a bank email based service that really addresses the needs of UBA's and other banks customers. EmailMoni is available for its customers everywhere they go. EmailMoni conveniently serves the banks' individual and business customers, as well as the unbanked, all with the same fast, convenient and highly secure email based interface.
MEC was showcased to Uganda as the payments system? Do actual UBA customers know the new IT?
10q, 8k, sales promo, newswire, OTC. There are disconnected projects, likely in various stages of progress, that need to be connected, promoted, and explained. There is the matter of the deficient normal reporting, and there are likely other creative reporting and marketing channels and media. There is Confiacita, "Coming Soon," for example.
So there is a lot of inferred background work: That does appear to need to be reported.
"Confiacita," como "Trustdate," is new, and seems to be a wider application of the "Safedate" concept. That is new to me at the website. So if this is the start of the re-branding, (going back to a February trademark), then the recent PR may have a several months history behind it. Then Consider: "Safe-Appointment," would be another translation, but likely sounds too English awkward. "Confiacita" probably does sound catchy, to a wider audience to boot. There may have been some testing months ago.
Africa launch happened, widely known. Putting the launch into the wider bank program is now reportedly happening.
So billboards hype new MEC Tech nationwide, and maybe elsewhere!
So when do the UBA Bank customers get notified of the service?
Mass Marketing in ads on TV, (not a hand-held device), in another era: Were also for everyone who could access the programming. The target mental level was recently on display in Cleveland, OH, USA.
Last Year's Annual Report sequence. Phase One is this: "Build the minimal testable KlickZie system –including the smartphone imaging engine and the service cloud (Rev 1 KlickZie system), identifying and fixing functionality deficiencies and user experience and interface hiccups, building a loyal base of early adopters and defining Rev 2." A lot of that is probably Australian. There are the three employees, plus an undisclosed number of outsourced others, probably with some tech or experience. There seems to be a new office in Australian in just the recent few weeks or days.
Klickzie Rollout Phase One maybe done, since Phase Two Rollout would seem to need about 200,000 users, with the needed basis in tech developed in Australia, and on-going(?). A government agency would be a good choice of new users. Maybe the PR was close-to-the-chest progress report, a bit murky(?).
The three apps are a preparation in Australia for integrated work with USA operations, That is always stated(?) For example, "'The Polybia team has now delivered SafeDateapp™ and Temple-Ted™ products as base products in preparation for their integrated work with the USA KlickZie team.'” The language is similar in the original Safedate announcement. The language has always noted that testing is underway, or complete. So USA ops already likely has something that Australia ops can help deliver(?).
The three apps are precursors, according to previous reports(?).
So Klickzie is likely ready, already(?)!
The UBA EmailMoni description is the first I've seen, like Riverdog presented it. So there is a bank #1.
It's on the about tab
UBA at Seergate.com emailmoni? This would be the first that I have seen the first bank actually publically connected with this on the internet. First I clicked on the seergate.com link on the facebook page, and then this appears about the bank.
https://seergate.us/sg/index.htm#
Two surprise apps, Klickzie getting deployed, and a rebranded personal security app! "However we wind up rebranding our SafeDate platform, I know that the platform will go far in ameliorating the unintended dangers associated with playing Pokémon Go and other popular innovative apps.'" That suggests an expanded market, under the TTCM brand itself.
So Beverly Hills Level New High Tech arrives in Africa, and with a revenue process in place! Then it already goes forward from there!
The New Office is for the reported Klickzie roll-out staff, or any roll-out staff? PhotoSweep seems to be currently usable, for example?
Australia is now on board with PhotoSweep locations. That makes a relevant local presence with likely local participant ads. A PhotoSweepExit appears unlikely(?), further engaging a TTCM brand of products. Like USA, Australia even has indigenous peoples--and a lot of related scenic and memorable opportunities.
Sponsoring Relevant Local events, and whatever is creating more local Australian numbers.
Three apps so far, PhotoSweep Leading! Local Aussie marketing seems to be working(?)!
Africa Strategy--post Brexit, Trump, etc.: Looks better on Sunday, even better than last Friday(?)!
Year ago there was nothing. Now even Klickzie, soon(?)!
They had Amazon plus a retail channel, and a cruise lines channel. A filing notes that ITNS made Hensley Brothers stop Amazon, due to the Oasis problem. Probably Amazon itself is still in business(?), and possibly there is a record of the Hensley Brothers distribution channels. ITNS now calls itself a Distributor and Marketing, for example, so something may have become proprietary. That explains my two other posts.
In the older news tab, here on the IHUB informational site, there was discussion of Cruise Lines exposure a year ago. Is the original marketing plan announcement still intact, even if this link posting doesn't work?

More Than Usual Money Now Coming In! Expenses soon covered! (Taxes now maybe next year!)
Tech is in place in Beverly Hills LA Superior Court Kiosk(s).
Beverly Hills Trusted Tech, available to Africa through MEC, for sale in Africa through Local Africa MEC: Should easily be noted in some public timeline, way unrelated to any NDA. Expecting(?) that nothing is expected to happen: Is something not credible.
Yowie Zowie Update! Money They Have, money they had, and money they expect to have! Bankruptcy, nowhere near, and likely no income tax liability until next year.
Year-To-Year is Plus for myec. Maybe a 1st Quarter report is near, being paid for(?). Noting: Maybe some changes need to be made in acquired management in Africa? Nothing at all is even suggested as being likely to happen, except maybe the one acquired possibility may happen soon, any time, soon, even soon(?). Usually a parent company can direct positive management changes, on behalf of creating overall progress. There are no reports of anything new being created.
IRS Potential likely needed clarification time.
Had Lots of Long-Term Receivables, within the last year--and still had technology up and running. That leaves time for something to report, mostly likely. Any report would. . . .(?)!
2016 @8X+ 2015 transactions easily, is also OK(?)!
The 2015, 91,000 total transactions, appear to have created 2015, $163,000 revenues? What $0.25? There is lot more, in the annual report. There is a sub-license with a large International Bank in Africa which is subject to an NDA--so something likely pending?
One new U.S. client even creates transaction revenue in favored, famous, and well Beverly Hills, CA. Even local Google is still down at Venice Beach. . .or something(?). . .in the event that nobody else is just sayin'. . .(?). There is Beverly Hills trusted tech, and then there is. . . , well(?).

The Company derives its revenue primarily from the sale of software licenses, software subscriptions, maintenance services and consulting/training revenue. License revenue for a perpetual license is recognized at the time the license is sold. Subscription revenue and maintenance revenue are recognized ratably over the life of the agreement, and consulting/training revenue is recognized as work is performed. Deferred revenue is recorded for advance billings that are made prior to revenue being earned. Unbilled revenue is accrued to recognize revenue that has been earned but not billed as of the end of the accounting period and is included in accounts receivable in the accompanying consolidated balance sheets.
The Company earns revenue from services, which has included the following: electronic check processing, financial verification, identity verification and check guarantee services. The services are performed under the terms of a contract with a customer, which states the services to be utilized and the terms and fixed price for all services under contract.
The price of these services may be a fixed fee per transaction and/or a percentage of the transaction processed depending on the service. Revenue from electronic check processing is derived from fees collected from merchants to convert merchant customer check data into an electronic image of a paper draft, which allows the Company to deposit the funds to the merchant’s bank through image clearing with the Federal Reserve on behalf of the bank. The Company recognizes the revenue related to electronic check processing fees when the services are performed.
Revenue from financial verification is derived from fees collected from merchants to process requests to validate financial verifications to an outside service provider under contract with the Company. This revenue is recognized when the transaction is processed, since the Company has no further obligations.
