This stock,China Biopharma Inc. (CBPC) , has been trading since Aug. started at approx. .40 and has travel down to .04 I don't think there is any connection. Hope I'm wrong.
If I'm correct it is Tues. 10:24 AM in Beijing. OK, boy let's sign something..............
According to T/H we should see news on contracts this week!
From T/H 10-17-07
Robert Xu and Garr Winters have scheduled a number of meeting in Jiangxi Province next week, to complete negotiations and finalize a number of contracts.
Now that makes sense. Since they never when, there was nothing to report. LOL
Hopefully we will be get some news this week or next, according to T/H's post on a contract or two being signed.
Was the Jiangxi Province, the one where they wanted to pay all the government employees on the Card program.
There are a number of pending deals in final negotiations with Chinese banks and major corporations in China’s Jiangxi Province, including Esprit’s Check 21 service and a number of companies seeking to access public markets outside of China.
Which trip was put on hold? The last T/H posting states he (Garr) left the next morning for China and was also invited to a meeting next week with the mayor.

Didn't see any pics, but they certainly clean up the site!
Possibly, but they would reverse-split your shares to that price, more then likely. So if they were .01 and we were .0002, we would get a 50:1 reverse split. JMO
I think it's possible we could merge with a Chinese company like us or a financial Inst. JMO
And this is what they (efgo) get for trying to inform the shareholders. I wonder why they even try to tell us anything. Minaco maybe right, it's just not worth the pain. They didn't have to listed the visit at all. And now, I hear lawsuits, LOL!! Come on, I'm waiting for the full term Garr ask for and yes, I've heard enough of the 6-9 mo.s too. But I bought long, like so many said they did and long is at least a year.
Even I'm a little discourage but, Let's see what happen these next two weeks, before we get the rope or the bonfire started.
Some love buying this stock a while back, Hate it now, Who knows, love maybe in the air again soon. or is that the fish Itlogic was cooking LOL.
Read the Ibox, full of info, fully of links.
Good point, hopefully they will post something Monday on T/H. You ask about it tommorrow and I will too. They respond better when more have ask the same or similar questions.
Robert Xu and Garr Winters have scheduled a number of meetings in Jiangxi Province next week, to complete negotiations and finalize a number of contracts
IFGX division. We intend to close one or more contracts in this area within a month.
I hope to finalize one or more of these deals in China later this month.
I am therefore very optimistic about the next couple of quarters, based on the business developments we are working on.

10.18.07Previous China DelegationPosted in Investor Relations at 1:28 am by adol77dai51
QUESTION:
Can you tell us what happened to the last group who came through? was that the “go check it out” deligation. I know many businesses will send out a recon team to find out specs before going full bore. Now I sound like I’m at work.
RESPONSE:
The previous delegation was from one of the Companies with whom we are in negotiations. Those discussions are ongoing. The delegation visiting tomorrow represents the interests of Jiangxi Province as a whole.
Both delegations are very important and significant, just in different ways. If you were born and raised in China, the significance and influence of the current delegation would leave a much bigger impression. It is very important for us to have a successful visit this week.
Toronto OfficePosted in Investor Relations at 1:22 am by adol77dai51
QUESTION:
Where is your office in Toronto exacly? At the MailBox Ect?
RESPONSE:
We have offices at 1 Yonge Street, Suite 1800. The 157 Adelaide Street address is our mailing address. Our U.S. office is maintained as a Resident Agent office. Our U.K. office serves a similar function, but we have use of office space there when required. We share office space with Global Vision Holdings in our China office.
Pink Checkmark or uplisting to big board?Posted in Investor Relations at 1:03 am by Chris
QUESTION:
When will a decision be made weather to obtain pink checkmark status, or uplist to a big board exchange (otcbb, nasdaq, amex)?
RESPONSE:
The decision will be made based on the results coming from China within the next few weeks. There are a couple of deals that will influence this decision. If, and when, they are consumated, Esprit will be in a position to make that decision. Note; the Check 21 project is not the specific deal in question. We believe that Check 21 services have the potential to become a very significant and profitable stream of revenues, but it is not one of the deals referred to above.
Itogic: preferred sharesPosted in Investor Relations at 12:55 am by adol77dai51
QUESTION:
That doesn’t answer the question. You give Minaco 2000 pieces of paper, but have no voting rights attached to them at the moment. Garr has given up his restricted shares in exchange for the useless paper. IF you use the credit then somehow you will attach the voting rights. What happend to escrow? The credit line and the preferred shares sit in escrow. When you take some of the credit line, Minaco takes the shares and the deal is done.
So, as it stands right now, Garr gave up something for nothing? The only way this deal will benefit him is if EFGO uses the credit line. Does he anticipate this?
You said:
“As we have said previously, Minaco-Tradex has no intention of owning or controlling the Company. They simply want to have the option to participate in the deals that will come out of China.”
So, what does Minaco have to gain if they have no vestment other than voting rights? They can partake in China deals all day long, but if they don’t have any tradeable stock vested in the company, then what benefit is it to them?
RESPONSE:
It is quite simple really. Minaco-Tradex believes in what we are doing. They have been there for us for a long time. They see the potential of what we have accomplished, and where we are going. Their vested interest is to ensure that Esprit has the funds available, as needed, to cross the finish line this next quarter. They understand the importance of getting the first couple of deals smoothly executed. That means ensuring that Esprit has the funds necessary on hand as required. They are looking further down the road. Once the first few deals close, Esprit is incredibly well positioned to continue developing additional deals.Minaco-Tradex wants to be able to finance some of these deals. They will come in as investors, or joint-venture partners depending on the project and capital requirements. This is particularly relevant for the deals related to our IFGX division.
Minaco-Tradex does not want voting control. They want to ensure the financial success of Esprit. Esprit’s success translates into excellent investment opportunities for them.
Mr. Winters is working in good faith. Minaco-Tradex is working in good faith. Common shares no longer made sense for Mr. Winters if he was to remain an insider. The preferred shares are a work-around. When and if we land the deals Esprit is working on close, Mr. Winters will be fully entitled to get properly compensated. The preferred shares are security, in the truest sense of the word; an evidence of debt or of property, as a bond or a certificate of stock. That is, after all, the meaning of stock certificates.
If we do not need to draw down on the line of credit, and the preferreds do not have voting rights, Mr. Winters will still own a portion of the securities. They become an evidence of debt. Esprit will have an obligation to Mr. Winters. The value of that obligation will be determing based on business milestones that include an increase in the value of common shares, achieving top-line revenue growth, bottom line results, and positive cash flow.
Hey Allin, I'm here, I've been re-reading the latest news the more I read it the better it sounds. and some should be done by the end of the month they hope and more in the with 30 days.
100% agree, If they get to these 21 banks first, like check 21. Then we're in and have the opps to sell them our full line, ATM,FTD, etc... So tomorrow is very important.
"Robert Xu and Garr Winters have scheduled a number of meeting in Jiangxi Province next week, to complete negotiations and finalize a number of contracts"
Hey Garde, this is from todays PR, what do you think? can they gitter done?
Robert Xu and Garr Winters have scheduled a number of meetings in Jiangxi Province next week, to complete negotiations and finalize a number of contracts
The second line does say, he "hopes" by this month.
I hope TOO!
I think without going back it was in,? Apr.-May? I first read about them. May in the 2qtr report and the Corporate Bylaws. I think, you'd have to check to be sure.
No that's 30 days "with in a month"
But on down he did say,
"I hope to finalize one or more of these deals in China later this month." ~Garr~
Possibly, They also state he has not received any of these shares, in a later T/H
I understood it to say, they paid the same.
Not so much of a limb, if they do this
We apologize for the delay in releasing the President’s message until today. We are planning to come out with a follow-up within the next 30 days or so, that will u[]cover the late breaking news. We hope to have this in a multi-media format, and have fairly broad distribution of the presentation, that will not only provide information to our many loyal shareholders, but will encourage potential new investors to buy in to the stock and multiply the upward pressure to get the stock trading at levels closer to the expectations of our shareholders as well as those of Esprit management.
To our surprise, we have had a couple of deals come to the table within the last few months, and Robert Xu has been approached on multiple occasions by Chinese companies seeking public listings outside of China. I hope to finalize one or more of these deals in China later this month.
~Garr~
T/H 8-13
Importantly, while these shares carry multiple votes, they do not carry any additional financial advantages in the case of distributions to shareholders, such as cash dividends.

Message quotes I liked…
I am therefore very optimistic about the next couple of quarters, based on the business developments we are working on.
I have confidence that our shareholders will be rewarded for their patience.
We intend to close one or more contracts in this area within a month.
I’d like to hang around for a while and enjoy the fruits of our labor as we begin to turn plans into reality, and good intentions into cold hard cash.
Like you, I would like to reap the rewards as the price of our stock goes up.
Oh, I believe the shorts covered long ago, I mean we've been down here for sometime now. I was giving info from the pink sheets.

Is it possible we are offering this service to banks that do not want banks like BOA or any other bank owning part of their business. And every Bank has big and small clients. Just a thought.
This is all I can find;
9/24
The Check 21 Test are currently underway with the Chinese Banks. Their interest in the service continues to run high and we should be able to complete testing within the next 10 days. By that time, we will be confirming our pricing structure. It is premature to post specifics about the pricing, but it will most likely be a combination of monthly retainer fees and per transaction fees. As there is no current industry standard in China, this is virgin territory.
October 9, 2007 at 8:08 pm
Thanks for explaining, You made it very easy to understand the process. Question; Is the test done, as announce, it should be ? Are there any more details that can be share on pricing structure and monthly rev.s ?

We are working on the retail pricing in conjunction with our service providers and our Chinese bank clients. We will provide additional information as we begin to roll out the service.
For U.S. denominated checks that are deposited overseas, this increased efficiency is much more dramatic. A U.S. check deposited in China can take up to five weeks to clear. Check 21 will clear it in a fraction of that time. It therefore becomes a very valuable convenience for the party depositing the check, in exchange for a small service fee.
http://cashnow.com/espritfinancialgroup/
There are no plans to expand Check 21 to accommodate Chinese or other currencies. Remember, Check 21 was a major innovation in the U.S. Banking industry, that is only now reaching full potential. Creating a system to handle Chinese currency would be a tremendous undertaking, well beyond our capabilities, and requiring mobilization of many different Chinese stakeholder groups.

Does this mean it could be higher than the OTCBB?

10.08.07QUESTION: Moving to OTCBBPosted in Investor Relations at 8:41 pm by gotmoneyido
QUESTION:
So is the plan to move in a otc bb shell that you own still a go? If so, where are we at on this project thanks and keep up the good work see you in the pennys lol
RESPONSE:
The decision to uplist to the OTCBB has not been made. The Company is considering various options, but will not take any immediate action pending results from at least some of the projects currently under negotiation in China. These can have a potential material impact on the decision as to the most appropriate venue for Esprit.
Very well spoken, great DD, and most of all Correcto!
Good Morning All, I think they finally had enough of being run down. When in fact they are working as hard as they can. Not all deals will work out and as they have stated, they're working in China( a different culture).
I also think, with the gutsy way they are talking they are just about done with at least one deal (hopefully). This may also be why the Pres. message has not came out yet.
You have such a great way with words. (thanks, choked on my drink) I don't think there were any retail trades the last 2 days (OMO) Can't figure it out. Very strange.
