oh please share with us this truth. i think jbi is delivering tanker after tanker of fuel week after week. is that truth or fiction?
Please provide proof on ONE -- just ONE -- of any of your allegations of anything in 2012.
Of any kind.
Anything.
Toilet paper doesn't count.
No railcar? Where's your evidence?
No alleged tanker trucks? Where's your evidence?
Others have provided names, phone numbers, pictures, reports. You got anything to counter any of it?
Anything?
No?
billionaire investors and rock-tenn aren't laughing. and neither are shorts since my buying at 60 cents per share.
average person maybe but a smart person knows boiler plate junk when he sees it. all unprofitable companies get that. what happened to the auditors never going to sign off on it and the cfo going to quit? lol i'm sure the financials are just fine.
forget this part of the article? Each barrel of oil costs about $10 to produce. JBI can sell it for around $100 through a national distributor. The young company is already producing a few thousand gallons of oil a day. It has signed lucrative deals to set up operations next to companies with large volumes of plastic waste.
1.1 gallons of fuel for every 10 pounds of waste plastic is consistent with '1 gallon for 10 pounds'
10k says 4400 per 20 tons or 220 gallons per ton
$18 billion NYSE energy company (NYSE: WMB) has the exact same wording. jbi is in good company
no it included the recycling center and one time costs
Some famous Twinkie quotes from history:
“There are no magic beans, its all fluff… but I must admit that these lemon-flavored Twinkies have legs that I didn’t foresee.”
-Hypocrit-ease
“If lemon-cream Twinkies do not kill me, they will surely clog up my Pipes”
--Friedrich Nietzsche
“I do not think, therefore… um… what exactly is a lemon Twinkie again?”
-- Rene Descartes
“Keep your friends close, your enemies closer and your lemon-flavored, cream-filled Twinkies closest.”
--Sun-Tzu
“The overhead for manufacturing any sort of lemon filling for Twinkies will be prohibitive. In my industry, workers demand about $100 an hour to work on such a project.”
21st century nuclear industry expert
nonsense. “near lemons” is not an equal comparison to anything. And no one has ever explained the required functionality, let alone purity of a near-lemon mouth. whereas the creamy yellow substance itself begs the question solved by occam’s razor: either you really can make lemon twinkies in volume, or you’re just indulging in more citric self-deception. empirically, the true test will entail going beyond the meringue of push, pop and fade. If not, then whole issue eventually becomes one of spit or swallow, depending on digestive preference
ummm no, sorry... you’ll never get people to believe its possible to make a lemon twinkie, because its never been done before. So its obvious lemon Twinkies don't exist. this is all just hype and wishful thinking. besides, even if they obtain chinese lemons for their recipe, they would still need to blend in other lemons, or else the results would be toxic. what is probably happening is that people are taking regular twinkies and inserting their own lemon “juice” inside to make others think they are “real” lemon twinkies. I have worked in the industrial manufacturing sector of the chemical food indusry, and have experienced many of these type of baking projects. I can tell you with certainty that they are mostly just using hot air, with some grease and sugar thrown in.
i agree with you that jbi is a real company that will make people who doubted them leave in shock
so the new cfo comes in and right away has to build an internal accounting team, puts new tracking systems in place, gets up to speed with prior filings, interfaces with management and staff, and with new house legal, as well as with independent auditors and the bod, then reviews all journal entries, consolidates all financials in all subsidiaries, accounts for variances in currency and god knows what else.
he’s under pressure to perform and wants to make a good impression, but I doubt he would risk a very first filing with his new boss that needed amending afterwards. maybe, just maybe, he wants it to be perfect and it only needs a couple more days to finalize all items? what would you do in that position? I think I would take the legal extension, swallow hard, and know its better to be thorough than quick. as for me i won’t start worrying until next tuesday, but I do hope it gets done before.
the HQ is two stories tall. trailer? lol.
i just checked my calendar and the date and time for john to be kicked out of office is half past never
nonsense. 100% of jbis financials are accurate and audited by mscm. their financials are 2nd only to their fuel oil 6 which is nutritious and delicious.
i prefer more intelligent ways for my d.d. on jbi rather than relying on cartoon pictures on a website but that's just me. i bought at 60 cents per share when that cartoon skull was there. how am i doin so far?
calling jbi a pinksheet promotion now that's fun since it's neither a pinksheet nor a promotion. if things are so bad for jbi why is there the need to make up nonsense?
nonsense. in the case of xerox for example the net income was completely made up by more than 1000%. by the way, there was an 'accounting error' by the sec. it was 900% overstated not 1000% lol wow lol that shows how weak the case is. the rouge attorney didnt even do the math right
That "analysis" is nonsense.
90 percent gross profit margins says it all. claiming it is costly is just as bogus as claiming fuel oil 6 is toxic lmao
that sounds like more non-sense to me. my ability to ignore non-sense tho is why i bot at 60 cents per share. hows that goin so far?
lol thats a machine patent not the catalyst patent lol lol lol lol
you got a link to where islechem ever made that nonsensical claim? btw you cant just 'buy a refinery' they cost millions of $ and like all refinery operations require a catalyst. jbis hydro carbon chains are cracked before even entering the mini refinery so theirs is just a distillation phase to separate out the various fuels. pretty simple. agilyx is just a blob of shit.
too bad there's nothing illegal or even unethical about pro forma numbers. that's why they're called pro forma. they are juiced up by their very nature in the first place. duh! lol
Projected earnings based on a set of assumptions and often used to present a business plan (in Latin pro forma means "for the sake of form"). It also refers to earnings which exclude non-recurring items. Pro-forma earnings are not derived by standard GAAP methods.

your numbers claim all 1.25M lbs were processed during the third quarter and zero since. maybe q3 was 400,000 lbs so revenue per lb was more like .30
interesting how we're trying to figure out how much jbi is making out of free feedstock tho
let me get this straight. u are using 4 months of sales (may to sept) and applying that to 9 months (may to feb) of production? i wont even count inventory or samples. your numbers are already hilarious.
yeah that's its. director distributed shares his kids owned directly to his kids. must be because hes mad at them.
yes it could hurt their political reputation and customer relationships if rocktenns name became associated with a solyandra like energy scam while trying to promote themselves as a green minded smart company that their customers should want to do business with
It does the company no good for me to speculate about which businesses or partners might or might not be new, just as it is not helpful to speculate about which state the new rocktenn site is located in.
Any speculation by me about such matters only potentially elicits harassing phone calls, emails and faxes to these very folks, who may or may not be involved with JBI. We know these harassing communications have occurred with regulators, with business partners, and many other names mentioned publicly. Why cause the company and their possible partners any aggravation by speculating? Let them build these relationships without distraction.
In fact, there have been *some* who openly solicit for specific names, addresses and numbers of franchises, possibly just for such purposes.
Some days I want to pull my hair out at the seeming slowness and the stagnant share price, until I realize the steady accomplishments and what they suggest is coming. The transition from development stage to production stage appears underway, and yes anyone who has been to the agms knows jb has consistently said he’s only interested in building long term value.
what does the immediate removal of the skull-and-crossbones prove in addition to the enormous rally today?
so my buying at 60 cents per share was a bad idea?
i agree, jbi's map to huge success has been mapped out so clearly that even simple-minded investors get it by now
its called data mining. its as easy to understand imo as jbi's fuel oil 6 being superior.
see? lies. all of that is long after the fact and for a pittance amounts. ive spent more on a plane ticket than your fictional hindsight bribes. got anything more credible or is this it?
wasn't that claim already proven to be a lie six ways to sunday? u showed two (out of 4) tiny contributions long after the fact. gee.
last time we heard that it was at 60 cents and I was buying.
no problem relating to the product......put it very bluntly---there is so much red tape connected to petroleum products used on the highway. why would you ship gasoline when it is a higher price in Canada than the us of a?. blending site is in canada not the usa. to build one in usa would take who knows endless time and millions of dollars to construct.
