Fair enough.
Yes, it's VATE's time to shine. Lets start with communication of pertinat information involving growth & outlook for 2020. Crazy concept I know.
Nothing, noda to say in 2020 thus far from VATE. What a shock...
May Medico market VATE in 2020 like it deserves.
Here's a good list of 2020 guessstamets for CBD/Hemp.

I read an article last week that suggested the USDA will test everything in 2020. We'll have that little USDA stamp on every bottle, replacing our independent test results.

The wheels are turning in hemps favor now. Pesticides have been approved for hemp crop too.

I counted 45 Lucky's Market stores, right on!
Consolidation of the general CBD sector coming in 2020 IMHO. That can be a good thing for VATE. We need a marketing arm.
Talk is cheap coming out of McConnells mouth.
McConnell was on CNN earlier started talking about USMC trade then other things coming up and got cut off by CNN before he got to our baby. Seemed upbeat about his legislation passing the Senate.
McConnell seemed upbeat on passing legislation just now on TV. Right on!
Yes Sir ;)
A partnership agreement could also get us where we want to be. Interesting times ahead.
ORLANDO, FL -- December 9, 2019 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Elev8 Brands, Inc. (OTCQB: VATE), a holding company focused on the commercial development of hemp and cannabinoid-infused beverages along with an array of CBD topicals and tinctures, conducts regular testing of cannabinoid content in Elev8 Hemp’s latest ready-to-drink CBD-infused teas.
After much anticipation, the brand added peach, raspberry and hibiscus green teas to its CBD-infused beverage offerings in October. The flavors were chosen based on consumer demand and industry trends.
The CBD-infused beverage market is expected to grow from $311.7 million in 2019 to $1.25 billion by 2024, according to a study reported by the Washington Post. As a result, many companies are developing CBD-infused products, but it is common for companies to falsely claim cannabinoid levels.
“Our recent lab results report that our ready-to-drink iced teas contain 10.94 mg of CBD per bottle,” says Ryan Medico, Elev8 Hemp’s CEO. “These tests allow us to ensure accuracy and consistency without compromising the flavor, lifestyle benefits and overall quality of our CBD-infused drinks.”
The company is now taking orders from consumers, retailers and distributors for these new ready-to-drink teas.

Great news!
TruDat.
All out blitz against CBD today from FDA. Google CBD news. Outrageous accusations repeated by big media. Just before the holidays, not a coincidence in my opinion.
Until prohibition ends on CBD in DC the whole young sector stocks get pounded it seems. It might be what Big Beverage wants. Ugly game
I made some calls last Fri in Orlando. The elev8 CBD Tea is selling "very well" per the clerk. Gave me peace of mind for sure. Baby steps...
CBD in TX is wide open now. Just register your product in Austin and sell all you want. IMO the FDA regs will look more like TX and less like prohibition under the next Commissioner whose from TX.
VATE company is in the right space in the right time. The stocks in the sector have been ground down to a nub. Those days are coming to an end sooner rather than later in my honest opinion. Buying opportunity folks.
That's huge news sleek! Great find!
Hope so, it's time to start ramping up marketing & sales before regs get ironed out imo. Glad to see it.
Sales & marketing going to increase mucho per Q. Yes please!
VATE stock will eventually turn around as soon as some regs get put into place by the feds imo. The products are best in class.
It's not for the faint of heart to hold stock in this new CBD bev sector during this grey period.
I'm betting that RM is going to run this 4q hard with 400k+ If regs are established it's off to the races imho.
Excellent news, thx.
We'll close up today imo.
Looking forward to Q4 and those RTD Tea sales in particular. The feds need to get off their back side with solid regs and stop this BS. We're operating in a grey area & still thriving. The stock sucks but the RM is handling his business like a boss.
.17 buy lol. Heatwhatever now stalking the board with his nonsense. SAD
Yes! Finally!
CBD prohibition in bevs sucks! The products are great, the stock sucks because of lack of regs from FDA & USDA.
When they give guidance for this new bev niche this little stock will take off. It might be next year before a damn thing is done but it's worth the wait for me.
I bought last May through August. I'm happy being the "Johnny come lately" lol.
I hit a nerve, tough.
Why would you buy VATE 2 years ago lol.
Now is the time for this monster new bev sector. Not 2 years ago jeez
CBD Prohibition is still in effect for bevs. When we get a directive from USDA and/or FDA then we're off to the races folks.
Wasn't the directive supposed to be in early Fall? Anyone remember when that was? Thanks in advance.
Those are really nice labels! A+
