That wasn’t the 8k we are waiting on, it didn’t mention the apparel company acquisition at all, it was for a note
Love this, good to see they took it down
It seems a lot of other people have the same concerns/thoughts that you have.
It looks like the market is wanting some communication from the team
I think we get above .02 and hold
I too share this thought. Uplist and shortly after be acquired.
I say again, you don’t know the plan. Your comments are just as ridiculous as rawdog.
Just tweeted, as we suspected, new auditor added some extra time due to needing to review last years numbers as well.
That’s the mentality I have as well, or at least what I tell myself to justify not selling.
One thing is clear the OTC market doesn’t like this stock’s potential. It’s waiting to see something that they haven’t revealed to allow it to make it’s run. Not sure what that is...maybe profit?
You’re apart of a startup, there’s going to be wild swings, bumps in the road along the way.
Everyone has their own investment goals, however I don’t want to risk missing the run that is bound to come as soon as sentiment turns.
That’s a good educated guess, I was thinking Dicks or CVS...
Those tweets cleared the 8-k up, national chain is exciting news!
VRUS for the win!
Interesting...good catch, might be some foreshadowing.
This could very well be “bridge” financing which had been speculated.
Have you checked the other note terms to see if this language was included in those as well? Curious...
Assumptions is what we have until
we get official communication.
This doesn’t change the outlook for this stock or my intentions to hold.
What it does do is raise questions, if your not asking questions regarding your money how do you make any?
I’m not doubting the management at all, I’m just confused at the timing of this note.
I think we all thought we were further along with a credit line or big investor.
This note suggests that we are not that close.
I’m not understanding why we needed this $500k so badly? The cost of that money is high (21% as some have pointed out.). I assume that means our margin on what these funds are going to fund is higher than 21%
I raise these questions:
1) I thought we were close to a large line of credit with a national bank? This note makes me think we are not that close anymore.
2) I can’t imagine these funds are going for the backlog, our margins haven’t been above 20% yet, what is this money going to be used for?
3) We just attended the micro conference, couldn’t we have secured funding by now instead of a note?
Hopefully we get some communication next week on what this money is being used for.
For anyone that has been through an r/s: how long after the r/s ex date before you can trade? 1-day, 2-days?
I haven’t been through one yet, this will be my first...thanks
Agreed, read Anshu’s letter again. He specifically mentions us OTC or (early) investors and the opportunity that an up-list will bring to revaluate his company. I’m not worried, this management has done nothing but instill confidence in me as an investor. Time and Time again they’ve proven they care about shareholders.
What other OTC stocks that have up-listed have this type of transparency, track record and management?
There should be a PPS rise into fins at the end of January where we’ll lose the investors not wanting to participate in the r/s.
All IMO of course
Shareholder count has been updated online with our transfer agent. 2,966 shareholders of record as of 1/6.
Stay with me here and someone check if my calculations work out.
Let’s say we r/s at .02 and do a 1 for 200 split. If you had a million shares you would then have 5000 post split. Our share price would be $4. Assuming we get a 3.5x evaluation, a near term price target once institutions invest should be roughly $20 right?
Do the execs and Garnock have non-dilutive shares? Will their shares and options be split just like our shares?
This company is unbelievable, they truly care about us shareholders! Tweets abound!!!
Well said
Look, our PPS is not going higher until the large seller that we are seeing everyday is done.
The r/s has a negative outlook because of what most OTC stocks do (dilute.). VRUS has already proven it’s not like most OTC stocks.
The company will R/S into strength, our books are not strong now. We need revenue, profit and less debt. We are anticipating these items to be resolved in 2020, based off the projections the company has given us.
The executives of this company hold shares and 1 angel investor holds shares that would be affected by an r/s. Why would they do something that hurts their compensation package? Here’s a hint, they WON’T. When we get to the r/s time it will be a good thing.
I still think we should be able to get to .05 before the R/S. The revenue is gonna have a great effect on our PPS
I’m not sure why everyone is freaking about a r/s. The company has always said they will do one into strength. Does their financials reflect strength right now? I don’t think so, we need a few quarters of the revenue they are projecting first.
Let’s so how the PPS reacts when we show significant revenue growth...
Don’t forget about Garnock, he bought shares on the open market just like us right? Are his shares non-dilutive? Will he be affected by the r/s?
I think you’re onto something, we haven’t seen McGowan add anything particular yet, it seems the latest acquisition was in process before he joined. He definitely is going to bring credibility and expertise to this conference. If I was a fund that had millions to invest, McGowan would be a driving factor for me to even listen to an OTC stock pitch.
He’s a big dog in this world and is going to be a big reason we get fund investment.
IMO of course
My theory is investors are waiting to see a profit on the next Q. My expectation is higher PPS once that happens.
Is that new? It wasn’t reflecting like that previously?
You are correct, thus the reason for my post...
One would think if you were a shareholder you would point out the positive when the stock price is going down, not the fact that you were right or the low price target you see...just sayin. VRUS for the win!
I don’t get you. On a day when we are deep in the red you post and post and pile on the rhetoric about calling the downfall and how full of crap people are with their price targets. Stating that this is going under .01 and I can’t wait to buy, yet when we have a great day all you post is “great day and stop posting unrealistic price targets.” You, me and everyone else here has no idea what a realistic price target is for this company. We don’t have the full picture yet and for you to continue to “bash” (I use that word lightly, like your bashing) it doesn’t do anyone any good.
This is essentially a startup, they’ve laid out what they are planning to do and have projected amazing growth over the next 6 quarters. Assuming they execute the SP will follow suit, hang in there, I think we are going to regret if we sell. Just look at the revenue numbers for next year!
Iron was it down previously to today? I couldn’t tell
Iron, did you friend seek some further info? Source of the funds etc? You would think the bank could provide some additional info on where the money came from.
Why would they be gone? This scenario has to do with the class action settlement not the yet to be announced buyout.
Monaker needs cash now, that’s why they are selling. They also announced their intention to sell within a year previously. It’s their loss...the execs are buying VRUS shares, the business is selling them.
We can’t do a share buy back without profit, we aren’t profitable yet...as was disclosed in the last Q. We are well on our way and I expect the next Q to show some sort of profit, but we have to wait until 2020 for that one to be released.
Hang tight, the business is in an excellent spot. The stock price will catch up
Aren’t we below AG’s average now? Ugh, not what I was expecting the day after we get new of a great new acquisition and market.
