If it was trading bigger volumes, then I would agree that this has volatility. It looks more like selling larger into the bid and buying smaller with the ask.
Who would they sue and on what reason?
This video was posted in 2013, can you find something more current?
All of those "paid" posters seem to have left. I guess the promotion is over. That is great. Lets hope this company gets the skull removed and it starts to become great.
I don't think we will hit the HOD or even yesterday's close, we have a 15,000 share block at $1.05 and our total trading volume today is 14,600
That is easy to do. Just put an order in for 2000 shares at $1.14 and we will close at $1.14
Rainmaker has good water filtration that will work with Bredenoord's power generation and manufacturing.
It looks like every company in the group selected is Dutch. I can't fault them if we want "Buy American".
Yes, it is really quiet for a news day. Quite a few transactions selling at the bid but good recoveries. I don't see a trade since 2:16pm, 90 minutes ago
Sorry, I should have added the statements from the press release to also support my earlier statement: It also does not look like it is immediate revenue for Rainmaker, the website says "The base has been found in Soesterberg and will provide space for business innovations. Here in the years to come, innovative technologies can be tested under the conditions of defense in the field.
The press release has two quotes, including one from Michael O'Connor that also points to it being future revenue.
Mr O'Connor said in the press release " ... We look forward to collaborating closely with the teams at Bredenoord and the Dutch military. ...".
Smart Industry Chairman, Ineke Dezentjé Hamming said, "The innovations we develop together are of great value to all people who work in crisis situations or with large groups where safety and deployability are vital.”
Clearly today's press release is great news for the company but both of these quotes are future revenue. I totally stand by my statement that this news does not look like immediate revenue for Rainmaker.
Are you saying you think it is immediate revenue for the company?
It looks like Rainmaker is not providing any of their air-to-water or water-to-water products, just the water filtration part. The other company, Bredenoord is providing the power generation and all the manufacturing for these future deliveries.
It also does not look like it is immediate revenue for Rainmaker, the website says "The base has been found in Soesterberg and will provide space for business innovations. Here in the years to come, innovative technologies can be tested under the conditions of defense in the field. The base is opened ceremonially with three inspiring speeches.

Fieldlab Smart Base (mentioned in the news release)
The coolest Fieldlab: Smart Base
Under a beautiful Dutch cloud deck with enough holes for sunbathing, Defense on Tuesday, June 13, took the Fieldlab Smart Base. The base has been found in Soesterberg and will provide space for business innovations. Here in the years to come, innovative technologies can be tested under the conditions of defense in the field. The base is opened ceremonially with three inspiring speeches.
Overste van Loon, one of the Smartbase mental fathers, sees his dream become reality: making the base sustainable and future-proof in the field of water and energy consumption, protection and logistics, together with innovative business. With pride, Loon tells us what work has been done in preparation for this day. Work in which Defense, together with four regional development companies (LIOF, NOM, OOST and Innovation Quarter), has made companies enthusiastic about testing their innovations by defense.
General of Wines, also apetrots with what his men have realized, announces that we start with 17 innovations. Innovations that get a place on this "camping". The first contract is handed over to Daedalissimo, one of the 17 participating companies. They will build a lightweight dome that offers both shadow and protection. Van Wijnen invites more companies to use this campsite in the coming years.
Ineke Dezentjé Hamming-Bluemink (Chairman FME-CWM) has already allowed Fieldlab to open many Fieldlabs, but secretly, she says that this is the coolest Fieldlab: a statement that proudly presents the audience with a wide smile receive reception. Indeed, among the attendants there is a large crowd of companies that have exhibited their technology on the base.
Close the water chain
Similarly, seven companies from the water technology sector working together to close the water chain at the base, thereby giving in to the ambition of defense to reduce 80% water consumption. The seventh consists of Bredenoord and Rainmaker (for drinking water); Hydrowashr, Upfall and ESEP (for water saving measures); RWB and Pentair (for wastewater treatment). Alex Berhitu (NOM), within the smartbase coordinator of the theme team water, is pleased that the companies can start really soon: "It has cost a lot of blood, sweat and especially patience to come to this point, but I'm looking reaching out to the end result ".

Totally agree. Today would be a great time to also file the post-merger financials.
Yes, they helped fund the company in 2015 and early 2016. Now they have shares that they can sell in 2018.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=135850597
The letter from the attorney did disclose the shares held by the insiders. It did not disclose anything about shareholders that were not considered insiders. Why are there more than 81 million shares out there when the company was rolled back to less than 500,000 and then, as revealed in the lawyer letter, 50 million shares were issued to insiders.
Where did the addition shares come from? Where did the shares come from that you and I are able to buy on the market today? This information was not disclosed in the lawyer letter.
Kevin Wright got the company current at the time of the merger. Why file financials showing the company with nothing but converting debt? Everyone here keeps saying this is world class management but they leave $RAKR so that it is hard for new LONGS to come in and easy for SHORTS to play with this.
Thanks for the comment and your opinion.
I totally agree that the OTC skull is a real issue. They put it up because of the obvious promotion that was going on. There are lots of links to show it was happening. The promotion is what caught my attention but I didn't know it was a "promotion" to create liquidity for the third party.
I never really thought about the wisdom of the company putting out news while the skull is showing. I can see your point that maybe it is not a good thing to put out news with the skull symbol up as it might be a waste. On the other hand, putting out news might show the company has real activity.
I can't see any reason why the company has not filed their post-merger financials. IMO, that might have stopped the OTC skull in the first place. It might have shown the company is real and the trading was because of excitement in the entry of this company into the public markets. The fact that nothing has been filed makes it really feel like Kevin Wright structured this for a promotion.
I kinda vented on $RAKR again. It kinda pisses me off when the stock trades 4000 shares with 15 of 16 trades at the bid and people are still saying great days are ahead of us.
I asked very specific questions today of specific posters and NOT one of them commented.
It is almost midnight and even though I have a sugar high from taking some of my boys chocolates (yes we ladies still eat chocolate even if it is not in a box from our husbands), it is time for bed so I can get the kids off to school.
The people (investors/shareholders) here that are likely the most upset are the investors of PRAN, the group that invested $2.5 million in Rainmaker. They have to hold restricted stock until July 24, 2018 yet Kevin Wright and his third party team find a public company with debt and create a windfall of 14,000,000 shares by converting that debt at $0.001. Do you think PRAN got their shares at $0.001? That would be 2.5 billion shares.
I think PRAN stands for Peterborough Region Angel Network, so Michael O'Connor arranged an investment to Rainmaker from people he might bump into in his home town. That must be awkward with the stock trading less than 4,000 shares today. It would take years for them to sell their shares with the trading averages of the last week.
Keep in mind that these are real people with real money invested, not just a few people like us who bought 1,000 shares.
Having a windmill near the water production site might be one of the reasons they can't sell these machines. You can't put a big windmill in the middle of a struggling town without permits and environmental review.
NGO's and Governments are NOT buying this product. We know because it has been around for a decade and they have not convince then it is viable in the real world.
It is also unlikely that Rainmaker has the cash to build any sizable order without taking a big deposit.
I read somewhere that it only takes 2 weeks to install. I would assume that site preparation would be going on at the same time the unit is being built and shipped so the Jamaica units from last year would be operational but now and Sri Lanka should be shipping or onsite already. I am surprised that Michael O'Connor CEO or Kevin Wright (merger partner and director with some marketing experience on his bio) hasn't had some proud pictures of the Netherlands team standing beside the shipping crates. They should post that on their website.
The indicators moved a lot today.
Volume has totally faded to nothing. This was the lowest volume since the promotion started. If I were new and just looking at this, I would not enter until I knew I could get out.
The share price has been on a slow decline. 6 of the last 9 days have been down days. Today, 14 of the 15 trades were selling at the bid.
While there has been lots of days of massive posts, today it dropped like crazy with only 109 posts not including this one. It looks like the paid hacks left today.
Where are all the answers to the questions that have been asked?
Where are the post-merger financials?
You might be a little too old for Halloween to scare you but someone got scared or got tired and sold 2400 shares into the bid.
$RAKR looks like it is now 1.12 x 1.13
Good luck everyone today. I need to get the house set up for my annual Scare Fair. If you are in the area, drop over.
Yes I do, that is why I posted my thoughts. In fact, I asked for comments right in the post saying "I would LOVE to hear comments about all the above personal opinions from everyone."
If you think I am wrong, please feel free to post your counter-ideas. We all love free speech!
I dropped the mic so you and others could pick it up and counter my personal opinions.

How can they afford to make that $500,000 payment when they are not selling shares into the promotion?
Super, thanks. Lets us all know who you spoke with and what they say.
RAKR board has started to slow down like the stock. Maybe because some real questions are being answered.
The article says it is a MOU. When does it become a sale? The machine was expected to arrive in mid-August which was after the company went public. The arrival of the machine would have been a great press item with pictures and comments. Do you know if the machine arrived as expected two months ago?
The article says "The company's Chief Innovation Officer Gaurav Goenka has signed an MOU with Canadian owned Dutch company Rainmaker World Wide Inc, which holds the patent for this innovation. The core machine is expected to arrive in India by mid-August."
It is a great and honorable goal but have you seen and evidence that the company has not been able to deliver after a decade of being in business?
Not a great day of trading today at $RAKR. Only two trades and both small sells at the big. Liquidity has been dropping and today it is gone.
Would you as an investor/trader buy this stock now if they can't sell it?
What are your thoughts on my late night post from last night?
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=135817021
If you were the inventor of this product line, would you be happy? He might be a great inventor but not strong on business. He brings in "world class" management that totally failed to deliver. Michael O'Connor has been with the company for years and has no new sales. If you were the inventor group in Netherlands, would you be happy with Michael O'Connor and say he has done a great job?
If you were this same inventor group and Michael O'Connor, would you be happy with the entry into the public market? The company is trading at over valued levels (see my previous posts) with average volumes dropping and a skull added to the symbol from an obvious promotion. Kevin Wright controls this company with the preferred shares that can vote anything equal to the issued.
The company issues a press release that said "... Appoints New CEO ..." yet Michael Dohaney was with the company at the time of merger. Is this not therefore a false or misleading statement?
Kevin Wright built the share structure and made sure he has a third party that is close to him. Do I have proof of this last statement, no. Can we all do the math? Yes. There was a 1:1000 share rollback which left 100,000 to 200,000 shares after the rollback. There were 67 million shares issued to the incoming deal yet there are 81 million share issued. The June 30, 2017 financial show that the only thing on the balance sheet was convertible debt. Why would everything else be off the financials except the debt? To convert it into at least 14 million trading shares.
This ihub board and the trading shows there is no current interest in this stock or this company. The posters here are the same as two weeks ago and they are all repeating the same things every day. Why am I the only one asking questions? When I ask a specific question of a specific poster, the question is ignored.
Where are the post-merger financials? These world class management people should have been able to get them done since the "went public" date.
This stock price collapses if there is a sale of 10,000 shares or more at the bid and there are shares looking to be sold at the ask (either the third party or the shorts). The third party needs to keep selling shares because it needs to pay $500,000 to the promoter according to the promotion website disclaimer.
I would LOVE to hear comments about all the above personal opinions from everyone. Other than that ---> mike drop
I don't think the company has enough manuals for products to call it a library. They could have a CPO for sure. It looks like they have lots of patents in various forms so a Chief Patent Officer could be required. It might totally define a new class of officer. This position would/should report to the CTO who created the patents.
Seriously, I think the next update we will see will be a changing of the officers and directors. I am sure some of them are asking "why is he here" or "why am I here." I think there will be some firings or resignations as they restructure for the Sri Lanka and Jamaica installations.
It was 18 days ago the company put out some news and it wasn't new. It was a highlight of the CFO who was with the company at merger.
If they had news, I am sure they would have already put it out.
Does anyone know if these "Jamaica" systems were ever delivered or installed? Does anyone have a link to anything from the company saying they were successful with this sale?
Per PR from 2nd June 2016
They sold 10 systems to someone in Jamaica in June 2016? I didn't see that. That is a $5,000,000 order and would look great on the post-merger financials, even if it was partially installed. Michael O'Connor should have some wonderful pictures of those fine Jamaican's enjoying some fresh, clean water.
None of the paid chills have ever mentioned installations in Jamaica, I guess Kevin Wright or the third party forgot to have them include that in the notes they gave them.
There is no update on the Sri Lanka news release for a sale of one system. That should be pretty easy to get built and should have shipped.
Do you think the big block at $1.19 is someone that is short or the third party selling some of their 14,000,000 shares?
Support is very thin on the bid side. 1000 shares of selling and we are at $1.11 and red for the day.
Has anyone heard anything new on Rainmaker Worldwide $RAKR? Are there any newsletters or email campaigns started over the weekend?
There is no new news releases or updates from the company. Neither Michael O'Connor, Michael Dohaney nor Kevin Wright has posted the post-merger financials for all investors/traders to understand if this is a real deal. This is supposed to be a world-class team.
I wonder how Piet Oosterling or Joost Oosterling, the inventors are feeling about this whole thing the last few weeks.
kaptainkrankypants, I guess you agree with the rest of the post and only wanted some DD on Kevin's purchases?
Everyone here knows the company was being promoted including you because you stated that a few weeks ago.
Kevin Wright is in Canada. They use snowmobiles there and he can have fun in Belize with the third party on his jet ski.
Really? We know the company has promotion and a few weeks ago you agreed! You said promotion was sometimes good.
OTC Markets also agreed that there is questionable promotion and they added the skull and bones. Look at all these posts here over and over and over and tell me some of these posters have not been paid to be here.
I have mostly ignored that here and focused on the company, questioning some posts that are clearing intended to pump like "this stock is undervalued". My response uses number.
My opinion is that Kevin Wright set this promotion up using one or many third parties. Maybe he did this with good intentions or maybe it was his only way to pay for his new snow mobile in Canada or jet ski in Belize. We may never know.
I totally agree that CEO Michael O'Connor has a great pedigree but he needs to turn that history into success for this company.
He has been with Rainmaker Worldwide for a few years and has some successes. He was able to help deliver some investment money ($1.7 - 2.5 million). They have launched a company in Sri Lanka called Rainmaker Water Pvt Ltd. and maybe that company will start to generate revenue once the machine is installed, all the bottling equipment is purchased and the bottle distribution is created.
Even with Mr. O'Connor's great pedigree, it does not appear he has not been able to lead the company into product sales even with all his contacts. Rainmaker is not a start-up company, it has been around for a decade. Michael O'Connor didn't just join the company at the time of merger and therefore needs time to use his network to move things forward. Mr. O'Connor has been with the company for years. The video's that others have posted about show this.
Okay
Patents
These are potentially a good assets. A company uses patents to protect their products and ideas. A patent can generate royalties from licensing agreements.
You need to sell the products you are protecting. Those numbers are in my calculations.
Pedigree of CEO Michael O'Connor
He has been with the company for a few years and was able to help deliver some investment money (1.7 - 2.5 million). He has not been able to lead the company into sales even with all his contacts.
Potential for share reduction
Which shareholder is willing to reduce their shares? Even if you reduced the shares by 50% to 40 million, that changes the estimated share value from $0.30 (with a generous multiplier) to $0.60 per share.
Profit number way off
The number I suggested was based on the forecast of 5 million in revenue. I don't think there is any revenue so I agree with you that the profit number is way off.
I also agree that this is totally speculative at this point but when a poster says this is undervalued, there needs to some reason for that statement. These are just my opinions and I would love to hear others, not just the repeated posts.
