I'm going to assume that before they have a shareholders meeting and come out with the new improved PCFG 2.0 with a higher price due to a reverse split and all kinds of good happy news, they are going to have to get rid of the Ameritrade Chill.
Good chance they'll have to back up the meeting until they get their ducks in a row. SOP for PCFG.
Nope.
I tend to think you are spot on. My thoughts too.
Well, no. The term intermittent (in 103) refers to be open so inspectors can visit. Full time, daily hours, that kind of stuff. Inspectors like to drop in without warning so they can find problems to tag. This stuff I am familar with as I used to work in a open pit mine. Regular mine inspections are big stuff with big fines, and serious infractions can get you shut down until fixed.
What is up with Black Rock I not not know, could be nothing, could be something.
Or the inspectors could not gain access, then it's listed as intermittent until the mine gets it's act together.
An intermittent mine means a seasonal mine or one not operating full time. If the mine is not operating at present then it requires no inspections or reporting.
I really hope that is not the case. Ack!
Proably a wise idea, this stock has so many red flags flying all over the place a bit of caution seems in order.
Nice to know our guys run around with such fine company! (sarcasm)
Order cannot be processed due to a DTC chill restricting the ability to transfer a security and settle the trade.
Well anyway, that's a cut and paste of the Ameritrade PCFG attempted buy I got (3 attempts today). And I have a margin account and my money is good and old. I can't buy it at any price though, Laugh, scoff or make of it what you will, no trades for me today (and many others).
I went back again, there is a DTC Chill. It's not my account and I have lots of old cash there.
Correction on chill, I just went to Ameritrade again, they now state that my order cannot be processed due to a DTC Chill.
I had shares in a certain silver company, with news of a reverse split the stock sunk to .60 cents right before the split (when I bought), but within a couple weeks of the split my value had tripled by the time I sold.
Hope PCFG does the same.
Yeah, these two guys have absolute control over the company again and it looks like they are maxing out their percentage of shares which makes the current shareholders peice of the pie smaller. I'd think a reverse split of 100-1 is likely, not buying any now. We are still in the dark.
I forgot this was Yom Kipper day, never thought about it affecting trading.
Hate to say it, but I agree. Still haven't heard the fat lady sing.
17+ million shares, still dumping!
.002 ???? Well Nobody gets a gold star, the guy is a prophet!
That photo of the conveyer belts brings back old memories. One of my first jobs was to take a shovel and remove those piles of dirt that grow under the belts before they get high enough to get in the rollers.
The belts won't run all the time, they will just fill up a bin inside and then automaticly stop until it gets down to a certain level and then start up again.
Frankly, I just do not trust Rob&Mitch anymore, they clearly pump and dump. Perhaps, with some luck the share price will jump up in which case I'd sell and never look back. You're not going to retire on the dividend, IF it ever comes, and the share buyback is just fluff PR.
You can either invest in an company or gamble on a company. With no recent information I'd think this one is a gamble. Question is, Are you an investor or a gambler?
There is risk in everything, and this company is no execption. The past recoveries of gold are poor, and right now we don't know if they are mining enough gold to be profitable or they are throwing money at a fools quest. A mine that only produces sand is worthless, except what they can mine from the shareholders. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
It's most likely an old employment listing. Mines keep applications for 6 months or so. That way if somebody quits they just call up the next guy on the waiting list.
A good mine can run 24/7 though, rotating shifts of 8 hours (eat when you can) and staggered days off. Been there, done that.
Sometimes I agree with you, and this is one of them. It would be nice to hear something!
The only thing I wonder about right now is maybe sure the plant is running and they are processing gravel, but are they getting enough gold to justify having this operation? The other miners around them seem to reap more gold per ton than Black Rock does. Is this just raising money or a last desperate gasp to stay in business?
The reply was "We received your email and appreciate your feedback (what feedback?) and that's about it. Don't fall in love with this company because it doesn't love you back.
Sounds like a robot replied to your request for information. Investors really have no say or power with this company, and you can see it with the reply.
Proably a wise idea, because you never know.
Super simple, buy low, sell high. I can't stop people from selling low, others do that.
Exactly, it only takes on incident in the world somewhere and someday for gold to jump and investors to panic and buy whatever producing gold companies they can find. I got time to wait.
Most proably, maybe some employees are buying also, who knows?
Oh sure, that must be it! PCFG is inching upward because traders are bored. How could I have not seen that!
It's called a "Hail Mary pass", a desperate attempt to get pcfg down to those phantom .004 and .002's.
Corporation taxes in Nevada are some of the lowest and best in the United States, and all you need is a address in the State, PO boxes work fine, and Nevada does not frown on it, good for everybody.
I suppose they could open an real office and hire a few people in suits and ties in Vegas, but all they would have to do is forward mail and tell uninformed investors to call Canada. Maybe install a few slot machines or something.
He knows.
I don't think you were the first person to use the "chill" word. Your money has to settle to buy the pennies though, proably something like that.
This is how stupid rumors get started, one person says chill and they jump all over it.
Ameritrade
Overall, I call it chicken feed.
Well I'll tell you one thing, I made a heck of a lot of money off PCFG last year, That's because I set a target price to sell, and I expect to make some this year if it hits my target price again. Mojo, water, yards of gravel are secondary, the only thing that counts is hitting my target price for just a couple of seconds.
The mud goes back up the mountain on the trucks return trip and is dumped back into the pit where it came from.
