Thanks, I'm glad you were the one that answered. Reading that e-mail you got just got me thinking because Total E said they operate all of their casinos. Just trying to connect some dots.
Can somebody tell me if BFHJ has some kinda stake in Total E-Soft?
I'm asking this because of this statement made on the OTC website.
"The Company's foreign subsidiaries operate the http://www.bet.cr online casino and the http://www.sportsbook.cr online sportsbook and casino. These sites do not accept wagering from United States residents or citizens."
But, then again, why does it say foriegn subsidiaries (plural) and not just subsidiary.
That statement makes it sound like BFHJ has more than a 50% stake.
Am I reading this wrong?
Little while ago I asked what Mark was basically getting in return for helping the Chinese redesign their tractors. He's obvioulsy made them better. This PR pretty much gives me the answer. Getting your product fully assembled and ready to go is a pretty big deal.
Here's the PBS link if anyone's interested.
http://video.pbs.org/video/2018913805
Watching an interview with Miranda Richardson on the Tavis Smiley show on PBS right now. Yes it's about Turtles.
I don't know about anybody else but, the first thing I thought of was the movie Shawshank Redemption. Andy Dufrane? Are you kidding me?
It's my understanding that Mark helped redesign these tractors. Is this correct? If so, what did he get for that? A pat on the back?
Higher highs and higher lows. Perfect!
When was Brad Godfrey "hired" at HFBG?
My first post here, pretty much sums it up
LOL.
Parish Medley perhaps?
I got one too. New Ventures Media paid for the promo. Time to start diggin.
Why has JBII not updated the Auditor on the OTC site? It still says Ernst & Young LLP.
What happened to Mr. Hendricks? I thought he was the CEO. But his name was nowhere to be found on the fins just released. He made a statement in a PR on Jan 18th 2011. It clearly said he was CEO. Why would they omit him from the list of officers? He wasn't related to Tommy Love was he?
Has anbody from HFBG, other than Alias, stated there won't be a Reverse Split?
Wow, here in Oregon we have been putting everything in the recycle bin that's recyclable except for clear or green glass. Maybe Allied waste is a little bit ahead of Waste Management. I guess every state has their own rules about what is recyclable and where to put it!
Screw the corporations that took advantage of state mandated laws. There just simply wasn't a better option at the time. Maybe there is now. Let's hope. I for one, would love to throw all of my plastic in one place and have somebody else cart it off for me.
Now, somebody needs to figure out a way to make fuel out of my beer cans. LOL.
Be on the lookout for new recycling bins
in your driveway that say "PLASTIC ONLY"
I read about some concerns of separating
the plastic from other recyclable materials.
Well there's your answer. Most people are
very good about recycling. If this company
is as legit as it sounds, the potential is
bigger than anyone can imagine. We'll see,
good luck to all. IMHO
Why is the company website updated @2011 except the investor relations page? Every page except the investor relations page is updated to 2011. WHY IS THAT?
One quick question here about UNDT.
Why, on their website, is every page updated for the year 2011 except the Investor relations page? In particular, the share structure part of it. Just wondering if someone can explain that.
Hey, can anybody give me the address of this farm that New Unified Corp signed the purchase contract for? Did the farm accept it? Or did they even know about it? If not I'll just file this in the growing list of BS this company keeps throwing out.
I can tell you the Siletz Indians have gotten quite a few of my dollars. If Kent Strickler really is an actual member of this tribe, there could very well be some money behind him. I don't own this stock, but it's kinda interesting.
As the company prepares itself for the new year, CEO Steve Hendricks would like to announce to all of the company's shareholders there will not be a reverse split in 2011. Hendricks says, "Many shareholders have expressed concern that the company made it clear there would be no such move in 2010, but felt the New Year would bring an immediate reverse split. This is not true and we expressed that not only was there no reverse split planned for 2010, but such a move was not even in the plans, and we'll honor the latter by stating there will be no reverse split in 2011."
I still get a kick out of this statement. They are honoring the fact that it's not in their plans. LMAO! It's coming, don't know how big it will be, but it's coming. I lost a little over $1000 on this thing. The best money I ever lost!!! I've learned so much from this stock it made me a better trader. One of my favorite quotes is "I HAVE NOT SOLD ONE SHARE" No kidding, it's kinda hard to sell "ONE" share.Ha Ha. But y'all know it's just my opinion.
Here's the program on CNBC regarding the 1%-2%
margins that's being questioned. Watch
the entire video or just go to about the 7:30
mark when they do indeed state the 1%-2% margin.
The story was aired Jan. 27th 2011. This video
was aired (obviously) a day later.
Ok, honest question here.
What happens if the 504's can't sell their shares for the amount they got them at? Would HFBG have to pay them back or what?
This is the post that 7-11 video appeared from.
80458
So they have a signed contract?
Exactly WHEN was the last time HFBG has "touched" .0005's? I sure have not seen them recently.
But it's not a promise. It's just not in their plans! Read the PR's, it seems they are very careful to put that in there. IMO
Not sure if it's the Mother of all scams, but it is a scam none the less. Nov. 11th PR stated Biagio Cru deal "and we'll solidify the deal within the next thirty days" It is Dec. 22 as of today. Your thirty days are up. Why are they still pending? What are they waiting for?
Definitely alot of drama going on there right now.
That wouldn't be HFBG would it?
Maybe its been there awhile, I don't know, but how long has that intro message been up?

Do you currently use Lacere's FIRMS software at any of your restaurants?
Thank you,
Dave

I sent Grahamwich an e-mail. Said they were trying to use Firms but tech support failed.
The way I read that with his sister is she probably doesn't currently have all those shares anymore. He didn't say when she invested or whether she sold any. Nah, I think poor old sis made out like a bandit. Yeah she probably still has shares which of course would qualify her as longterm. But, not many.
Me too, LOL!
I have not talked with her and I probably won't. But, the whole business with her now departed husband has everything to do with everything. If you know what I mean. Nobody knows how long she was dealing with this. That's not something that was going to be put in any PR. That IS something that can derail a small company. Some things are more important than shareholders. I think she kinda hinted in her latest PR how long it's been going on. I beleive she has found some new vigor and that is what I was hoping for. This is all just my opinion. Go EMXC and good luck. Especially to Roxanna.
Hey. A question about the buy back. If the company buys back shares to drive the price back up, what happens after it's completed? As stated by Roxanna "At these traded prices the company believes they should buy as many shares as possible up to the point of the book value price per share." What happens when/if they acheive this goal? Never been involved with a buy back before. Thanks to any and all replies.
