Excellent post!
IMO, this is all bid buying. The bid hasn't budged.
Stop complaining then and call them. Let us know what you find out.

I'm done talking about dilution. The company even PR'd today there would be no more financing. So let's say it's not dilution, what else could it be? Retail selling sure, but the bid has not budged and CSTI is hopping off the bid when blocked by AUTO and then redoing his bid so he's getting the shares. My shares are locked tight and no manipulation is going to get them.
Tufan confirmed the float to be 600M I believe.
I really think the shorts are nervous. This is them pulling no punches right now, IMO. NO NEW SHARES coming to bail you out. All these shares hit and AUTO actually comes on the ask. I wonder why?
All those shares and CSTI hasn't budged. Hmmmmmmm....
The projections alone are enough to drive this sky high.
Our internal projections show that through top line revenue growth the company potentially could become profitable as early as the third quarter of 2011. Our projections forecast revenue of more than 13 million dollars in 2011 and upwards of 40 million dollars for 2012
We just need the games to end. I still think the company has more news to come.
Good. You know we need watching (especially Cuban).
Good to see you here, Tall.
Thanks!!!
LOL...now they moved. They must be reading the board.
100% agree. See them sitting at best bid too? Someone is nervous. I like that a lot.
Tufan confirmed the float to be 600M on Wednesday.
Big time. My bet is the shorts were hoping that new shares would hit and they could cover on those lower. But now the company has stated that there will be no new shares hitting. They are screwed.
CSTI is working OVERTIME to bring this down. Buy and hold. Shorts will burn here. NO MORE FINANCING coming!!
I bet they are bid filling like crazy. I think CSTI loses today.
My pleasure G. I truly believe in this company after talking to them so much and seeing what's out there. They are doing things the right way, IMO.
Couldn't have said it better myself.
My pleasure my friend. I want us all to make money and I think DTSL, given a little patience, will be VERY fruitful for us all.
I had no idea about AMEX either. I wonder what other big names they have coming?
Amen brother. I think this update should help people understand there is a lot going on here.
DTSL - Great Update Out

I loved the update. I know some are probably bummed that there aren't numbers in there, but personally I'm cool with it just the way it is. I do think the company has been upfront so no complaints on my end. I think were all figured out after a bit that there were new shares hitting the market regardless of where they were coming from.
Very important note from the update:
As 2010 comes to a close, it is our intention for the next several years to no longer engage in any capital funding that could result in dilution to our shareholders. Our internal projections show that through top line revenue growth the company potentially could become profitable as early as the third quarter of 2011. Our projections forecast revenue of more than 13 million dollars in 2011 and upwards of 40 million dollars for 2012.
Other notes I thought really made a massive point:
Another area of our business that continues to increase and help build our data base is our strategic partnership program. Although just initiated at the end of the 2nd quarter, it continues to grow and prosper and we now feel it is poised for rapid growth going forward. Hewlett-Packard, T-Mobile, and American Express are all examples of companies that have already joined our program and are enthusiastic about the relationships being established. By forming strategic alliances with these fortune 500 companies, we are able to bring our relationships together by cross marketing and branding all of our services like a giant "social network."
It is our intention to become fully reporting in the future and eventually have our company's shares trade on a larger exchange.
From a financial perspective, the company has been positioning itself as it looks to become profitable some time in 2011.
DTSL - .0006 about gone
DTSL - .0006 about gone
Was just about to post that. Nothing funny going on here at all.
Was told late last week that the update would be coming out this week for sure. I'm going to hold them to it as they've been good with news timeliness so far. If we don't get an update though I will follow up with them and report back.
DTSL - .0007s hitting
DTSL - .0007s hitting
DTSL - .0007s up
Thanks Trav.
The TA isn't gagged, as I explained before. Manhattan Transfer does not give out numbers as a matter of policy. And I'm sure the company has better things going on right now than to constantly keep the flippers up to date on the share count. They are trying to build a business, but that doesn't work into your flipping strategy. Too bad. There are LOTS of other pinks for you to play with.
Think what you want...certainly doesn't matter to me. Why would they put the SS in a PR, which was hardly fluff, about their event? That would be stupid. Separate PR coming out and my guess is tomorrow.
CSTI and NITE are working overtime to keep this at 5x6. It's almost comical to watch them bounce around L2.
Looking forward to it. DTSL has been super thin after .001 the past two times. I think this leg will be a fun one.
The company also said the CEO update would be out this week. Seeing that it's Thursday I would say it's a safe bet we'll see it tomorrow.
Nice add RU.
CSTI has been the shorter all along. IMO, they took down the bid to cover at the ask. Only speculation though. But I've been watching L2 like a hawk the past two weeks.
