UGAZ $13 and change up a buck from yesterdays lows
jabroni123 I don't want to see the financials lets just focus on getting to .12 so I can leave first then you guys can see the financials I'm sure they will be great. Its just the float numbers that concern me. When a porker gets to big they get routed into the CAT III slot for rs slaughter. This piggy doesn't know it yet but hes gonna be BLT's
You guys want me to leave Get this POS diluted Pig to .12 and I will be gone. Maybe if we put helium bags under the pig we could get it to lift. Or maybe hydrogen like the Hindenburg on my first Led Zepplin album. Yes I think Hydrogen is the key to success.
StevenRisk I'm telling you the truth. I told you when this was breaking out above .048 approx that I bought and I had a .10-.12 price on my shares to sell. PHOT is the best pot play right now MJ is a fat diluted pig that can't get up. PHOT will be one of those in a few months but right now it has the spotlight, the volume and momentum. We are all just riding on that momentum. I get off at the target I told you regardless of what it does from there. The only other pot play that might start getting some attention is M cig. The float is low, they have no debt no dilution and they are selling the heck out of those mcig thingies all the potheads love.
.10-.12. The sooner it gets there the better. So everybody pump harder I want off this bus before the new float numbers come out.
GO PHOT RAH!
jetman what do you fly? The guys here at pumper central don't like the word bagholder so I gave it a different and more descriptive twist.
Love & Stocks Two words recipe for financial disaster. Love for a company or a stock especially a diluted POS pennystock will surely end in disaster. What we are seeing on the board is the Steely Eyed Scrotum holders starting to buy. That is a very good sign because a parabolic top is about to form meaning my 350k shares of this diluted pig are going to be sold to one of the steely eyed men of love and full of dreams.
When your ready come and get em. .1-.12 Go PHOT RAH!
Thats the spirit Buy and Hold such an honorable way to get slaughtered in the penny market. I have some really nice shares all boxed up and ready to go at .10-.12. When you ready come and get em they will be worth a fortune in ten years.
For the NG export I bought LNG over a year ago. It has gotten a bit pricy but if it has a good pull back it might be a good long term buy. They are first in line for NG exporter

UGAZ is not a buy and hold. But its a darn good swing trade along with its evil brother DGAZ. I bought 7k shares UGAZ yesterday and today. I don't always mention the flip here but the chart was Down Hard On The 60. Best reversal indicator I've found. I flip back and forth between the two. If your selling one it means you must be ready to buy the other one. If your not ready to buy one then you maybe shouldn't sell the other one.
The whole NG trade seems very manipulated to me. One week they are talking over supply and warm wx then then couple weeks later they switch around and say supplies are tight and the wx is colder than normal. Thursday morning at 10:30est the NG report comes out (CNBC)makes a great day trade with the wild swings. You can usually see which way it is going to go in the mins leading up to the report. Need live charts and fast execution to play it effectively.
They have lots of NG supply so much they have people that do nothing buy release it into the atmosphere or burn it off, OK and ND. What Ford vehicle? Is it something other than the truck offering? Here in OK there are lots of CNG fleet vehicles and some cars. Honda Civics, pickups. Easy to get fueled. Devon and Chesapeake are HQ in OKC, big drivers in the economy.
Here's the chart
http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/gallery.html?s=UGAZ
Yep .10-.12 target zone is in sight come and get em boyz. I'm ready to let em go for a fair price. This baby is going to da moon!
Go PHOT Rah!
UGAZ $12.41 There was lots of time to load UGAZ yesterday and this morning with $11.98 low. I guess I'm the only one on the train.
WSP trader would you like to grab some more between .10-.12 I have 350k parceled off into neat blks in that range. When you ready come and get em.
Comon guys Pump Harder almost to the target area. Just a little bit higher.
GO PHOT RAH!
What is an accelerating sales pipeline? does that mean actual sales or getting ready for sales
UGAZ $12.27 this has been a real good buy op today Got in as low as $11.98 today. In the event NG goes lower I'll buy more.
Down Hard On The 60 both daily and weekly portion
http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/gallery.html?s=ugaz
officerk they have been diluting now for months they didn't just get started. Float is porked up around 600-700mil. You don't do that over night.
porky get us to the promise land Go PHOT RAH!
UGAZ dipping below $12 as NG sell off continues. We could see a real nice dip in NG prices with the warmer than normal wx forecast. Ill keep adding more UGAZ on the way down. When it reverses it could be quick or a gap up the next day.
.10-.12 target zone up ahead. I can see the headlights of the bus full of Steely Eyed Scrotum Holders coming to buy my 350k shares. Come and get em boyz. Free hats for all my friends.
stockbird55 you really don't want these guys to write a pr do you? Just go back and read the last 4 or so to answer that question. Just be happy things are nice and peaceful at the Hotel California. Time for the mid-morning nap. Should be some more squirrels to shoot later today.
Sold DGAZ $17.45-$17.5 bought UGAZ
Bought UGAZ today $12.15 Down Hard On The 60

It may go lower but it will reverse
MCIG Non-Diluted offering in a world of Diluted POS Pot stocks AB's excellent interview. Really drives home the point that MCIG is low debt, by now No debt, lean operations. Great Product, Real sales, real revenue, real profits, and most important NO DILUTION.
Lots of good info for investors
Paul: We believe that intellectual property protection for these devices is important but secondary to being a first mover and developing brand recognition. That is why we have applied for a trademark for the term "mCig" for any use relating to eCigarette or heating devices.
an innovator re-examining how a conventional eCig works and re-engineering that technology for a totally different market that was underserved and ignored by the eCig companies. That is really the essence of what the mCig is, and what we stand for as a company.
Paul: We are running a very lean operation. I take no salary from the business, and we have no debt or interest costs. In fact I am self-funding most of the business at this stage and if we do take in capital it will most probably be in the form of straight common equity. I strongly oppose convertible debt financing and am puzzled as to why a CEO who believes in their business would elect to engage in that type of financing.
ie MJNA PHOT HEMP CBIS MWIP etc.
Given our current fixed costs we would probably have to sell between 30-50k mCigs a year to break even as an enterprise.
I worry more about our twitter followers and engagement than I do about our margins currently and that is why have a full-time team doing social media nearly 24/7 as opposed to a full-time team of number crunchers. The ultimate market opportunity is to have the mCig become a verb when someone describes heating plant material electronically.
We will rotate into a full-scale launch towards the end of Q4 of this year with the introduction of the next generation mCig (improved cleaning mechanism, battery life, same price) around January 2014.
Our manufacturing partners have the capacity to produce as many as 100-200k mCigs per month
Alan: I know you have a different way of viewing the share-count than I do. We can both agree, though, that your decision to turn the vast majority of your common shares into preferred stock which can't be converted back into common stock for the next year is shareholder-friendly. Can you explain why you did this?
Paul: We were receiving an overwhelming amount of emails about the high share count. I felt the figure was flawed because I had no interest in selling any stock any time soon so I converted my common shares into super voting preferred shares while keeping around 10% of my original common position.
we are focusing on is celebrity endorsements.
Investors have to do their own due diligence and separate the companies that are simply riding the trend from the companies that are first movers, innovative, and aligned with shareholders.
I set out to start mCig because I thought there was an opportunity to build something for the long-term. If you compare how our company is structured relative to others in the space you can see the difference:
While most of the MMJ stocks have yet to file audited financials, mCig has.
While most of the MMJ stocks aren't SEC regulated and trade on the pink sheets, MCIG is both SEC regulated and trades on the OTC BB exchange which has higher listing requirements.
While nearly every MMJ Stock out there has significant insider selling, I have done the exact opposite by locking up 90% of my stock position and reducing the common share count.
While most MMJ Stocks have convertible debenture financings leading to significant dilution with no floor, (ie MJNA PHOT, HEMP, CBIS, MWIP etc)I have made it clear that I oppose such financings and have personally funded the business with my hard earned capital.
While most of the MMJ stocks sell a service or product that is esoteric or conceptual and requires excessive regulation or expertise to validate, mCig provides investors with exposure to the industry via a tangible product they can order themselves and enjoy.
The long term winners in the pot stocks will offer a real service or product, real sales, real profits and ZERO Dilution.
marijuanavest whats the date on that interview? Also would like to thank AB for the excellent interview. Really drives home the point that MCIG is low debt, by now No debt, lean operations. Great Product, Real sales, real revenue, real profits, and most important NO DILUTION.

"Liquidity refers to how easy it is to buy and sell shares without seeing a change in price. If, for example, you bought stock ABC at $10 and sold it immediately at $10, then the market for that particular stock would be perfectly liquid. If instead you were unable to sell it at all, the market would be perfectly illiquid. Both of these situations rarely occur, so we generally find the market for a particular stock somewhere in between these two extremes."
Low float stocks cause bigger changes in price thru either buying or selling. The bid ask spread can be larger with these stocks and the volume can greatly affect price movement. But you already knew that. If you watch stocks like MJNA or phot they trade lots and lots of shares MILLIONS AND MILLIONS and the price barely moves. MCIG had a 2 mil share day and ran to .26.
If that sort price swings bothers you I suggest you buy MJ instead. The fat bloated diluted pig can't move its drowning in liquidity. lol
"What is an ?illiquid stock?? What is the definition of an ?illiquid stock??
Liquidity is all about how easy something is to sell.
If there is a market for an asset, and the asset can be easily sold, then the asset is said to be ?liquid?
The flip side of this, of course, is that illiquid stocks can ramp up in price extremely quickly if there is sustained buying pressure. That stock that you own 10,000 shares of could trade from 50 cents to $5.00 in one day if there is enough buying interest."
alien42 not very liquid means there is not a lot of shares available. What happens is TDA has to get on the phone and call around to locate shares for you before they place the trade. You are use to trading pure POS dilution machines that have an over abundance of shares. Be glad for the situation.
Right now a couple factors are at play. The self proclaimed Guru flipper wanted to buy shares at .06-.09 so that is what he said its worth. You can see it in some of the posters saying the same thing. How original. That would be about a 90% retracement from the .04 to .26 run. One should not get greedy 75% retracement is a lot. Pushing stocks down does not always have the bullish result you ultimately hope for. (after you buy in) Some of the biggest mistakes I ever made was selling a stock waiting for it to pull back to where I wanted to buy it, only to watch it gap up. Then still sitting waiting for it to pull back some only to watch it go ballistic a few days later then continue for the next 6-12 months.
The company just started selling these smoking hot $10 panty keys this week on the website.
The twitter followers has grown from 52k to 58k in the last 48hours
I suspect sales have been brisk as well.
What I think would help more than anything right now is a pr or tweet letting us know
1. Approx how much profit they make on each sale at $10
2. How many sold since the Halloween open.
Armed with that bit of knowledge I think the fence sitters would be able to make a decision rather quickly and give us a good predictor of future performance.
The only thing I think that could screw this play up is dilution. As long as they stay away from that I think this could be a real winner.
alien42 that's because they have so few shares available. Unlike MJ or P hot they aren't running a 24/7 printing press of shares.
Charlie48 I don't even smoke and I bought 10 of the Mcigs. These are the best $10 panty keys I think I've ever seen.
Charlie48 I looked at all those and they seem to be vapor ecigs with cartridges or wax only. Lots of different choices but I didn't see any for only $10. If you have some $10 ecigs that you can smoke anything in put the links up so we can compare them.
What I like about this play is it is SIMPLE
jump1 It looks like they are going to try to do a couple things.
1. Build a loyal customer base thru excellent price and quality product
2. capture a niche of this market- a device that you can smoke either pot or tobacco, no cartridges.
If they can do that they will be a good target for a buyout.
The twitter followers 53,287 has grown over 1000 since last night about 12pm cst when I sent this email
In the last hour Twitter has added 114 new followers from 52243 to 52357 make that 3 more in the last min 52360, now 52362 as fast as I can type them. Now 52367
the simplicity of everything about it. One product no Brick N Mortar businesses to maintain. Huge customer base 1.2 Billion smokers: or guys like me that will buy them in bulk and give them to women that smoke. Cheap price anyone can afford. Real product, Real Sales right now, Real profits, low float. If the CEO is smart which obviously he is he won't dilute because he has a bigger plan in mind.
Hint.
A similar trend is developing within the eCig industry following the first acquisition of an electronic cigarette brand (Blucigs) by a traditional tobacco company Lorillard Inc. (NYSE: LO) for $135 million.
They are going to set this company up to be bought out by some other company.
stategydoc what if you could invest in about 10 private MJ companies of that caliber thru one low float non diluted profitable company. Would that be a good deal vs a bunch of Big D machines?
Hey .10-.12 that's my target, he's flipping just because he sells doesn't mean he won't come back. Until the Big D Anchor gets to heavy the trade is OK because of the volume.
I'll give you one BiotrackTHC

About mCig, Inc.
mCig, Inc. (MCIG) is a technology company focused on two long-term secular trends sweeping the globe: (1) The decriminalization and legalization of marijuana for medicinal or recreational purposes (2) The adoption of electronic vaporizing cigarettes (commonly known as "eCigs") by the world's 1.2 Billion smokers. The company is preparing to launch the mCig -- a purpose built loose leaf eCig retailing at only $10. Designed in the USA -- the mCig provides a superior smoking experience by heating plant material, waxes, and oils delivering a smoother inhalation experience. See more at: http://www.mcig.org/
The company believes that a well regulated marijuana industry is emerging as more states follow the lead of Washington and Colorado in legalizing marijuana. A similar trend is developing within the eCig industry following the first acquisition of an electronic cigarette brand (Blucigs) by a traditional tobacco company Lorillard Inc. for $135 million. Wells Fargo analyst Bonnie Herzog estimates that eCig sales may rise from $1 Billion in 2013 to $10 billion over the next three years.
mCig, Inc. (MCIG) has positioned itself as a first mover at the intersection of these two trends and hopes to create shareholder value by making the mCig one of the leading choices for electronic consumption of plant material. - See more at: http://www.mcig.org/investors/investor-opportunity-subpage/
strategydoc when you say sector do you mean the entire mj sector or just grow lights?
strategydoc the big D doesn't care who's steering the ship. The big D is like a little anchor. At first you don't notice it but eventually it grows into a big anchor that keeps growing till it eventually sinks the boat unless you cut it down to 1/10 to 1/20 of the size it grows to. Then once you cut off 90% of the weight it keeps growing except at a faster rate. This is when all the smart talented people get in the only life boat and quietly leave in the night leaving the passengers by themselfs. By the time the passengers figure this out the ship is going down fast 90% fatality rate is the norm when the big D gets attached to the ship.
I already went on the website and put in an order for 5 white and 5 blk with shipping came to $120. I just wanted to see how much the shipping would be on 10. I'll go ahead and purchase them later today. I have 4 panty key recipients in mind so far.
His stuff on MCIG sounds like someone wanting to get the train ticket cheaper after it already left. Wanting to see a large red sell spike for a reversal. This ain't no stock that has been trading for a long time that had a capitulation. MCIG had a 75% retracement off the run from .04 to .26 and the sell volume at the low was light. That's exactly what we wanted to see.

52379 now
My recommendation is buy and hang on, see what happens. If they stay out of the dilution cookie jar were looking at the new hottest pot play. And if they don't I'm gonna hammer the shzz out of them.
