Where are we not connecting on this? What is incorrect with the summary?
The 8-K from TTCM says SRAX was hired to “execute a $2 Million Awareness Campaign focused on the Company’s ARknet Platform and the growth of the Company’s shareholder base.” So that’s why TTCM hired them. This clearly defines the reason that TTCM hired SRAX.
SRAX then outlines through the paid advertisements that they are running for TTCM how they are fulfilling the awareness campaign and what will happen during the timeframe. As is the case above, this provides a direct and clear statement on the methods used to fulfill this agreement.
“We are paid advertisers, also known as stock touts or stock promoters, who disseminate favorable information (the “Information”) about publicly traded companies (the “Profiled Issuers”).”
“What will happen to the shares that we hold during the Campaign?
We will sell the shares we hold while we tell investors to purchase during the Campaign.”
We are talking about SRAX and their business model. When a company, TTCM for our discussion, hires SRAX, how do they bring awareness to the companies that hire them?
How does SRAX bring awareness to the companies that hire them?
Glad we cleared that up. To summarize
Tautachrome hired SRAX by issuing 198,125,000 shares on June 10, 2021 to focus on ARknet Platform and grow company shareholder base over a two year campaign. How does SRAX do that? By touting/promoting TTCM stock to potential investors while selling their shares they received from Tautachrome during the campaign.
We are not making that claim. We are pointing out what SRAX is providing in their disclaimer.
SRAX also tells you what they do.
Who are we and what do we do?
We are paid advertisers, also known as stock touts or stock promoters, who disseminate favorable information (the “Information”) about publicly traded companies (the “Profiled Issuers”).
What will happen to the shares that we hold during the Campaign?
We will sell the shares we hold while we tell investors to purchase during the Campaign.
The same questions keep being asked on your side so we keep providing the same answer. Can you prove that SRAX is not doing what they are literally telling you what they are doing?
From SRAX
Who are we and what do we do?

What will happen to the shares that we hold during the Campaign?
We will sell the shares we hold while we tell investors to purchase during the Campaign.
We will update this if we come across other post regarding TTCM during the time frame of March 20, 2017 -January 9, 2018.
Again, we are not disagreeing. We are pointing out the methods used by SRAX to achieve what TTCM gave them shares to do.
From SRAX
What will happen when the Campaign ends?
Most, if not all, of the Profiled Issuers are penny stocks that are illiquid and whose securities are subject to wide fluctuations in trading price and volume. During the Campaign the trading volume and price of the securities of each Profiled Issuer will likely increase significantly. When the Campaign ends, the volume and price of the Profiled Issuer will likely decrease dramatically. As a result, investors who purchase during the Campaign and hold shares of the Profiled Issuer when the Campaign ends will probably lose most, if not all, of their investment.
Who are we and what do we do?
We are paid advertisers, also known as stock touts or stock promoters, who disseminate favorable information (the “Information”) about publicly traded companies (the “Profiled Issuers”).

This is an opinion, as no one knows that except those involved.
https://www.sec.gov/enforce/how-investigations-work.html
Sure was, but it’s not in their 10-Q. $0 revenue reported for the first half of 2020
We asked the question in the Telegram chat. We will provide follow-up here if there is a response.
Another fact is ARknet tweeted they started earning revenue May 8, 2020, but no revenue was reported on their 10-Qs during this time frame.
A fact is David did not disclose his relationship with Tautachrome for 10 months on this forum after the PR announced him as the Investor Relations person. Not an opinion as the dates and information are public.
Yep, Micah came after David. His past is interesting for someone representing the Investment Relations side of things.
It is a two year agreement so there is time.
So far we have seen sponsorship emails from Stocktwits as well, at least three in October. All three take you to this advertisement which the information is provided by Tautachrome. If you noticed they are still promoting the KLK token which doesn’t exist. Again this advertisement information is provided by Tautachrome.
https://microcaps.com/a-brave-new-world-of-trust-commerce-and-technology/
To be fair that includes 1.98 million for the SRAX advertising.
Promoting TTCM for 10 months before disclosing you are the IR person is an issue.
Let’s start with this post as proof. Click the post number this is replying to.
IOO.
You requested that this claim be proven. What do you consider to be proof?
Thank you JP, we will follow-up on it on Telegram.
The significance is pretty simple. David was named as IR May 20, 2017 (even though there is the tweet below that shows him doing the role as early as May 15, 2017) so if he was promoting the stock he would need to disclose on his accounts that he is associated with the company. Is this not accurate?
A company stating they started generating revenue publicly May 8, 2020, but not showing any on there 10-Qs during this time frame seems like a big deal. IOO
Here is the PR that states David joining as IR dated March 20, 2017. So at this point he would need to disclose on his social media accounts that he is affiliated with the company when promoting it, correct?
