bandita aka "I'm not Lisa" viperchick and many more SI aliases seems worried about being linked to Georgino and Asianvest. She also seems to believe that "Asianvest" is a COUNTRY as well as a company...but I suspect that's just misdirection...

Let's posit a theory:
Assume Swash is not accessing from Asia. Assume Swash is not Don. Why does Scion want everyone to think that he is Don and that my ID is associated with Don?
How could Scion possibly have any basis for people to believe him when he says Swash is Don unless people believe he has access to information that they don't...and thus his word can be believed.
So, if Swash is not accessing from Asia and I suspect he is not - then what is Scion trying to pull? If Swash is accessing from Asia - well we have the big question answered about Scion. What if Swash used a proxy to make it look like he was accessing from Asia to set a trap. Oh that would be delicious. Why didn't I think of that!!!!!!!!
On another note, it is quite possible that the Feds have read some of my posts since they have been spread about a number of places.
I have no problem with them reading my posts. In fact, I encourage it.

TH...The RB attacks and TOS campaigns happen whenever Don Georgino gets involved with his TOS campaigns, posts personal information with the help of lunatics like Dobry, slurp and Treffrey using multiple aliases...I got a PM on SI some time ago -
This post by Don always bothered me. He was clearly retired Nov 29, 1998, he implies to a poster he is still an enforcement officer? The posts by silkroad on CIO are strangely similar to those on GMXX. He constantly harassed these poor people.

Yes Silkroad,
The wheels of justice do turn slowly, and the funny thing,
the links are coming together. Only I don't think they are coming together the same way you mean.
So you are now implying that you are a law enforcement agent, or are you into bondage?

TH - This is from RB's CIO thread...
He has been harassing im_gumby for a long tim.!
Seems to me, the only ones here who are long, are the ones continuing to post misinformation and from the looks of it, some of it is guided by the company. That is if Secord does use Asiavest and that the DG who e-mailed Tele is the same Don Georgino who is a prinicpal in Asiavest. I wonder if Tele destroyed the e-mail and its headers? These days destroying e-mails could be considered obstruction of justice. (See Andersen and Enron....)

Don,
Back to one of your old aliases again?
For the record, the line on the form is a comment made by the individual doing the transaction. Its not an official statement.
If you bothered to read Evan's article, you will see that Evans contacted legal experts for their opinion on this matter. Based on all the facts, Secord has admitted his actions by this repurchase of his shares.
I'm sure you're familiar with a Law Enforcement subpeona? Do you honestly think that the SEC and the Feds didn't use them to identify you and this line of commenting?
Oh and how do you explain this:

Yes, that's the guy - he was posting personal information on RB under a few other aliases and was being fed stuff by Dobry. I suspect he has been aiding Dobry in his conspiracy theories, perhaps to make a few bucks. I have a lot of information on this obnoxious Don which I'll review soon.

"Uday is not dead, he's resting" Claims Pet Shop Owner
Iraq - The release of graphic photographs of what the United States claims to be the dead bodies of Saddam Hussein's two sons Uday and Qusay were received with cynicism by one pet shop owner in England today.
Mr. Michael Palin, owner of ye olde pet shoppe cast doubt on the claims of President Bush and senior US Military personnel by insisting that Uday Hussein was not dead, just resting.
"I couldn't believe it when the news came out." Mr Palin told us. "I just thought that something strange was going on. I thought to meself, that this was another of those propaganda stunts like the rescue of Jessica Lynch to push bad news off the front pages."
Mr. Palin explained how on seeing the images purported to prove that Uday Hussein is really dead, he immediately telephoned to the White House to complain.
"I got right through to the big cheese, George W. and gave him a piece of my mind." Palin recalled. I made it abundantly clear that Uday was clearly not dead, but pinin' for his former trappings of wealth. I let him know that far from being dead, Uday appeared to have grown a lovely plumage since we last saw him."
Despite protestations from the President that Uday Hussein was really dead, Mr. Palin demanded the right to see the body in the flesh.
"Well I felt quite insulted." Mr. Palin continued "I made the effort to fly over to Iraq to prove that Uday was just stunned by then I found myself accused of moving him meself!"
President Bush rejected the criticisms.
"I am sure all rightminded folks will be reassured that Uday Hussein, like his brother Qusay, really is dead." The President told reporters. "These photographs categorically prove that the old regime is not coming back. Uday has gone. He has passed on. He is no more. He has ceased to be. He has gone to meet his maker. He's a stiff, bereft of life. He has kicked the burqa, shuffled off his mortal coil and joined the bleedin' virgins invisible. THIS IS AN EX-HUSSEIN!!"

Is this still 'pending'?
During fiscal 1999 Health-Pak New York filed for
protection under the United States Bankruptcy Laws. This proceeding is still
pending.
During fiscal 1999 Health-Pak New York filed for
protection under the United States Bankruptcy Laws. This proceeding is still
pending.
In mid-2000, then management of the Company elected to terminate the bankrupt
manufacturing operations of Health-Pak New York and seek a new business
direction. In November 2000, management decided to acquire the business and
assets of Life Energy & Technology Holdings Ltd. ("Life"), a corporation
organized under the laws of the Republic of Ireland. In the opinion of the
Company's then management, although still in its formative stages without
commercial operations, Life offered the greatest potential for success and
future profitability for the Company. The Company effected the acquisition of
Life through an exchange of 15,000,000 shares of it's common stock (the
"Shares") in exchange for all of the capital stock of Life. Following the
acquisition of Life, to better reflect this new business direction, the Company
changed its name to Life Energy & Technology Holdings Inc. ("LETH").
Management of the Company was retained as part of the new management team of
LETH. As part of the acquisition of Life, pursuant to the Acquisition Agreement,
it was agreed that the Liberatore Family, the principal shareholders of the
Company prior to the acquisition of Life, would acquire all of the issued and
outstanding shares of Health-Pak New York in exchange for the surrender of
approximately 1,000,000 of the LETH Shares owned by them (subject to adjustment
based upon a number of consideration). The number of Shares to be surrendered by
the Liberatore Family was negotiated by the new management of the Company and
reflected the agreement to transfer the building and property located at 2005
Beechgrove, Utica, NY to the Company from Health-Pak New York. Although formal
agreements to effect this understanding have been entered into between the
Company and the Liberatore Family, the completion of this transfer must await
formal ratification by the US Bankruptcy Court, which approval is expected
before the end of calendar year 2002. Until such time as the transfer of these
operations is completed, the Company continues to reflect the
operations of Health Pak New York as discontinued operations (see, FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS - Consolidated Statement of Operations" and "Note 12, Discontinued
Operations" to the Financial Statements).
Due to the totally new business operations planed by LETH, the discussion herein
does not relate to the discontinued manufacturing operations of Health-Pak New
York. Rather the following information relates solely to the new business and
plans of LETH which are based upon the operating plan of Life.
LIFE ENERGY & TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS INC filed this 10KSB on 09/16/2002

This individual has used multiple aliases on several different stock message board sites. He has been TOSd many times, but seems to have ‘immunity’ to suspension. He is the instigator of TOS campaigns which have caused the suspensions of several decent people, and he announced his intention to report several of us for ‘personal attacks’. He succeeded in getting us all suspended without warning or subsequent notice from RB. In his first post on RB he told us he had three aliases – see this:

Late Friday so a machine gun delivery. Introducing myself. Over from the Stockhouse board. Never posted on Raging Bull. Three aliases. 74 yrs old. 54 in the market. Favor declared short selling. Mining industry. Very close to GeneMax. Can't disclose. Believe them ALL to have impeccable reputations and honesty. Believe they have the MMs caught big time. Hate the OTC cesspool. More experienced in Canada. Have weathered undeclared shorting in Vancouver. It was VERY prevalent years ago. So would like to post on this forum.

In the post on SUGG he replies to a question about his multiple aliases. In typical fashion, he attacks the poster indignantly and denies it vehemently. The post he replied to was DELETED by RB within a very short time.
I have numbered the posts below for reference.
Sequence of events by post number:
1. Woapak denies he is gump90 or enyaw10.
2. Gump90 is asked about his website - http://modena.intergate.ca/personal/jks/
3. Gump90 confirms it is his website.

DoubleClick hit by fraud complaint
By Stefanie Olsen
Staff Writer, CNET News.com
July 22, 2003, 4:50 PM PT
DoubleClick, an online marketing services company, is facing a class-action lawsuit alleging it helped deliver millions of fraudulent online advertisements meant to dupe Web surfers into clicking on them. The suit, filed July 11 in Allegheny County, Penn., civil court, is similar to a case against Bonzi Software, which was charged with deceiving Web surfers into clicking on banner ads by presenting them as computer security warnings. In May, the company settled the case, agreeing to clearly label the ads; but this suit, with new plaintiffs, carries the charges to New York-based DoubleClick.
Plaintiff attorneys Ference & Associates said that DoubleClick is liable for the delivery of Bonzi's security warning ads--which do not allow people to close them without clicking through to a Web site--because it sells that capability to customers. DoubleClick could not immediately be reached for comment.

I thought LETH had MILLIONS of dollars in their coffers from all those HUGE sales?
Or is that just hyperbole? Who did you hear the rumor from? Or did you imagine it?
What relevance does your post have to LETH?
That makes the company information even more confusing. Perhaps hollen could fix it so that it makes sense. It would be a good thing.
I'm losing track of the truffles now - hollen has deleted over 20% of the posts, and there is no continuity.
I wonder why the UBNI company information still has the Urbani Marks displayed. I mentioned it at least three times to the compiler, hollen the deleter, and he hasn't done anything except delete posts referring to it.
If I was management at UBNI I'd want hollen deposed - he's antagonistic and his power complex is out of control.

I'm not here to discuss UBNI,
I missed that earlier - so why are you here? Is it a hobby, or just to be in charge of something..anything.
I watched a TV program a few days ago, all about finding truffles in France, using dogs. The pig has gone out of favor because it is not a ubiquitous as it used to be, and also it needed high maintenance. The dogs are trained to fined truffles, which involves feeding the pups with truffle-flavored milk. It takes about a year to train a dog.
GRILLED DUCK BREASTS WITH TRUFFLE HONEY
Ingredients:
1 tbs. coarsely chopped rosemary
1 teas. thyme leaves (powdered)
4 garlic cloves
2 large boneless magrets (duck half-breasts; about 1 pound each) skin on (500 grams)
Combine the rosemary, thyme, and garlic on a cutting board and use a large sharp heavy knife to chop them together a few times. Put the duck breasts in a baking dish or other container and rub about 2/3 of the herb mixture over the meaty side. Rub the remaining garlic and herbs over the skin. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Prepare a hot fire in a grill (alternately, the duck can be cooked in a stove-top grill pan; preheat it over moderately high heat while you are searing the duck breasts)
Meanwhile, brush the garlic-herb mixture off the duck breasts. Using a sharp knife, score the skin of each breast in a crisscross pattern, cutting almost but not quite down to the meat. Heat a large heavy skillet over moderately high heat until hot. Add the duck breasts skin side down and cook until the skin is lightly golden brown and the duck has released a lot of its fat, 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Reserve the melted duck fat for another use, such as pan frying potatoes, or discard it.
Season the duck on both sides with salt and pepper. Place skin side down on the grill (or in the grill pan) and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the skin is deep golden brown. Turn the breasts over and grill for about 5 minutes longer, or until cooked to rare. Brush the duck skin generously with honey, turn over, and grill until the honey begins to caramelize, 1 ½ to 2 minutes. Brush the meaty side of the breasts generously with the remaining honey, turn over, and grill for 1 to 1 ½ minutes longer. Transfer the duck to a platter, cover loosely with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes.
Transfer the duck breasts to a cutting board, preferably one with a moat to catch juices, and cut the meat on the diagonal into thin slices. Arrange the slices on serving plates or a platter, spoon the juices from the platter and cutting board over them, and sprinkle lightly with fleur de sel. Serve at once. Serves 4.

Yes...strange behavior for someone trying to promote a stock to investors. I suppose we're going to get spam and truffles now.
So. On the one hand he says he isn't here to discuss UBNI, and on the other he deletes DD posts about UBNI.
Can't have it both ways.

Spread 3 tablespoons of the butter on 8 of the slices of bread. Arrange the remaining 8 slices on a work surface and top with the truffle cheese. Top with the buttered slices of bread, buttered side up, and cut each sandwich on the diagonal to make 4 triangles.
Arrange the triangles buttered side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush the remaining tablespoons of butter over the tops.
Bake for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the tops of the sandwiches are beginning to turn golden brown and the cheese is just starting to melt. Using tongs or a spatula, turn the sandwiches and bake for 3 to 4 minutes longer, until the tops are light golden brown. Arrange on a platter and serve. Makes 32

Not a bad price at all, if they're good quality.
I'm not here to discuss UBNI,
I missed that earlier - so why are you here? Is it a hobby, or just to be in charge of something..anything.
You asked about the truffles - All Fresh Truffles are seasonal and sold by the ounce. Please call us at 1-800-281-2330 to determine availability and price. Truffle season runs from September to the end of December. The truffles come from the principal regions: Piemonte, Toscana, Marche, Umbria, Lazio and Molise. Da Rosario guarantees top quality and receives shipment 3 to 4 times a week.

The court also ordered them to stop using Urbani Marks - and as I said in an ealier post -
This is the reason I pointed out the wrong web site URL in the company information - hollen put it up, and I think it should be corrected. Apparently he doesn't, since he deleted my post asking for it to be corrected.
On April 21, 2003 the Federal Court in Brooklyn, New York ordered Urbani's previously terminated US distributor Rosario's Epicureo, Ltd. and its officers, Rosario and Andrew Safina ("Rosario's") to discontinue effective May 10, 2003 all use of the wordmarks, tradenames and logos of Urbani Tartufi. (the "URBANI MARKS".)
Careful now, there's a sensitive flower monitoring your every word...even though it's all about truffles. He likes to delete posts too.
The ticker is UBNI and the name changed from SATTEL GLOBAL NETWORKS (BB: SGNW.
Getting off topic again hollen? You need to take a few deep breaths and stop behaving as if you are all-poweful.
any further post to me by you will be referred to Matt as stalking.
Presumably this web site is where hollen got at least part of the jpg he used - http://www.urbanitruffles.com/ -and it it belongs to Urbani. Little things like that could cause legal complications for UBNI, if Urbani decided to be testy.

Hi ToshacH,
Thanks for inviting me to help with the iBox; hope you like it.......
The "jpg" graphic was so big that I had to edit out a little of their "..About Us.." verbiage so the first couple of board posts would show up at the bottom - without folks having to scroll down to them. Oh well, the DD'rs can find all that 'hoopla' on the website anyway - so no big deal.
Regards,
