why fnma .30 and fmcc .20 ?
Again, this stock out of c-ship and relisted must be over 100$, just review numbers
Actually 54$ share book value + 200B$ claims + q2 more or less 40B$...
In a free stock relisted under 60$? ARE YOU KIDDING? Have you seen Exxon or Apple?
In my opinion adding book value, lawsuits and future earnings it'll be between 150 and 200$ per share
Great Obi, as usual. Always clearing minds with real facts.

"The key is getting the private sector into this because if government is setting the prices on your mortgages through a subsidy, what you're going to do is you're going to ultimately get things that are not market reality or economic reality and you will get another bubble again in housing and then we'll be setting ourselves up for another big decline in housing prices," Paulson said. He said Freddie and Fannie should be scaled back to the point where the private sector eventually fully takes over the mortgage business"
"You can't do that all at once, but we should know what the new plan is going to be," he said. "We should have a plan in place to transition to a time when the private sector can play a much bigger role in terms of financing mortgages,"

Believe me, I was tempted, but I knew will never see 0'31 again. Tht's all.
Well, I think it's a personal bet, but telling you bet is not the right word...
My congressman told me to buy and hold, I did.
Hold 'em, over 20$ very soon, why Mercedes and not Bugatti?
Not 5.000, 500.000 avg 0,31
Here with 500k shares
My theory...
CW bill is a well designed sham to drop gse's stock and allow hedge funds to buy cheap. Media support as well. Never had chance to survive, DOA.
Like pringles, when you pop there's no stop :)
Blue = Raggoz ?
Please...
I think gov won't wait court to free them, will do before when bill paid and they saved USA
Reprivatize them and harder conditions to accept loans. Thr probem was bad loans the gov imposed to gse's, not gse's
No one with clear mind is taking wind-down as serious/real option
150$ in one year, save this msg
Oh, say can you see by the dawn's early light What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming? Whose broad stripes and bright stars thru the perilous fight, O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming? And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air, Gave proof thru the night that our flag was still there.
Chorus: Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
On the shore, dimly seen through the mists of the deep, Where the foe's haughty host in dread silence reposes, What is that which the breeze, o'er the towering steep, As it fitfully blows, half conceals, half discloses? Now it catches the gleam of the morning's first beam, In full glory reflected now shines in the stream:
Chorus: 'Tis the star-spangled banner! Oh long may it wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.
And where is that band who so vauntingly swore That the havoc of war and the battle's confusion, A home and a country should leave us no more! Their blood has washed out of of their foul footsteps' pollution. No refuge could save the hireling and slave' From the terror of flight and the gloom of the grave:
Chorus: And the star-spangled banner in triumph doth wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.
Oh! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand Between their loved home and the war's desolation! Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation. Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just, And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."
Chorus: And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.
No way. Brakes free competence and creates monopoly.
Two weeks I did
Happy 4th July from Barcelona. Best regards all.
Soon 25$ will be a joke, much more realistic 50 to 80...
Remember, all is a sham, things will be the same they were.
Good man, all is pointing wind-down is not an option, and reestructure the right step.
This will be great, be ready to win.
Of course it's true, that's why there's a lawsuit in court

Guys please lets not forget that the first point of analysis should be this: THE CONSERVATORSHIP IS NOT LEGAL . If you want to invest in Fannie or Freddie you must read the complaint filed at the Federal Court by law firm Hagens Berman & others. In this complaint you will find out why the conservatorship was impossed by force and so all the three ammendments signed by the conservator ( acting director Edward Demarco) are NOT VALID. In plain english : it is just a ROBBERY to the shareholders. Not only usurious its a robbery! . The Court will stop it and the Treasury will have to negociate with the shareholders . This is America not Cuba ! Former Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson was the main person behind this conservatorship and he confess in his book " On the Brink" how he had to "build" a case in order to put Fannie and Freddie under conservatorship because legally he couldn't. They did it in order to use F n F as a bad bank (a trash bin) where they unloaded all the toxic assets of the big banks . Ok Paulson and his fellows ( Barney Frank and Ben Bernanke) saved the global financial system, but now it is time to return FnF to the shareholders and they will do it because it is the easiest and cheapest way out for the government. Also is the best thing for the American people , otherwise the mortgage rates in the future will be decided only by "the Wall St gang"
Obviously I was not in DC or Gettisburg
I know my friend, I don't believe in fairy thales since 22nd November 1963, I guess you understand me...
Behind them lot of skilled people give the correct advice for a trillion company, no worries all is a sham, at the end, everybody will be happy, this is one point for democrats reelection
You're right buddy, but he couldn't justify for so long, just read terms of c-ship, the goal is to let GSE's in normal situation.... Imagine, now it is cutting US deficit!!!
As you may know, this doesn't fix any problem from housing market, something new to do the same? Please read WSJ article, it is very clear. Watt will provide common sense and congress piss the bill away at the end, Reed one much closer to reality and assure money flow.
No chance for this, please read serious articles not paid articles from DC
FMCC will reach net zero in q2 and FNMA in q3, end of c-ship and uplisting by end of the year
ufff very optimistic
