I am sadly unable to buy most .ob or .pk stocks to ustt isn;t an option for me at the moment. If CLYW takes off I will change accounts to ameritrade so I can gain access to other markets.
Charles, ONT what is Maelstrom and Flash 8?

Should have told yu guys earlier
I noticed at 2.96
That was a strong buy.
Probably post proffits of .12 per share next year.
Will be 6$ at some point in the year.
Blshtry
I was actually watching that stock directly after the FDA declined there product the first go round. CEO was pissed. SAdly, I was in love with CLYW at that time :(

Can you tell me what Maelstrom/Flash 8 is?
What is its value?
Also... a little bit of interesting. HP claims to have invited a technology that will replace tranistors. It is called the "crossbar latch". It will enable computers of the future to operate at 1000 times current speeds.

While companies understand that they must actively manage the creation of their own patent assets, many have failed to fully appreciate, and address, the magnitude of the liability threat posed by third party patents. Given the number of patent lawsuits filed annually and the median amount at risk in these lawsuits, the total annual liability exposure to US companies from patent infringement lawsuits exceeds $35 billion dollars.

In all reality, M&M are on a contegngincy basis. They have successfully Argued their cases against larger firms in the past, and there is no reason to suspect they will be unable to replicate past court appearances.
One notable victory was the ruling for their client in a suit brought forth by Carnival Cruise lines.
It was not a patent infrig\ngement case, but CArnival is a huge company, so your point about them being unable to defend against the giants appears to be moot.
Blshtry
No I didn't, sadly. I will within two weeks.
I have alot on my plate right now.

Charles,
I suppose you rememberwhen you lost money on ONT?
Do you remember that? Do you remember the reason you stayed
in and incurred the loss?
Do you acknowledge that you are "guilty" do the same actions
as the guy you branded in your story of ONT?
Could it be that you are the bad guy here?
Is that a possibility?

ASNAP!
What about UMA?
Blshtry
blocks of 352
Blshtry
UMA mentions nothing of CDMA switching capabilities.
So that is 40% of the market place not covered by UMA, that is purportedly covered by ASNAP, by asnap himself.
I will call Tony, George, and whoever else I can get on the horn tomorrow.
Blshtry
No kidding Sugarpea,
But I can since in the tone of conversation how they feel.
I will be very keen as to what is said, and more importantly how it is said. If anything seems off to me, I am obviously out, and I will tell everyone I am out. I am as I have always been, on the fence, especially when material concern is about.
We have the patent, it may be our saving grace. It may be nothing.
We will see man.
Blshtry
Current assets are values at like 13 Mil. They value the patent at 200,000 for depreciation reasons. Telefonica Makes a billion a year profit.
They should give us at least a years pay. This is a great subsidary company if they get the phones operating.
We have the MArch 05 rumor, it could be lies.
We have a serious rival technology as far as we know of in UMA.
We Have the patent on seamless roaming.
We have a new website coing out in a week, which is of course a non-issue, unless they have on said website the software they claimed they would have years ago that does what UMA is claiming to do; allowing for the switch to take place.
Man, too much to think about right now. I will call in the morning to see if I can get any answers.
Blshtry
Absolutely,
Its Karma Man.
I will call the office tomorrow and see how they feel about it all.
If I like what I hear, I will stay in, if I sense any uneasiness, or some other type of distress in whatever form I will bail. Surely they know of the protocols brought forth by UMA and I would like to hear their ideas/position in the matter.
One thing I have learned while in the markets, is not to act to hastely when discovering new info.
For instance this(UMA) has been done since August of last year...no one new. They claim 2006 for the roll out. It is possible that CLYW will have the filed trials soon and this will all be part of the drama that surrounds the legacy of CLYW. But I will get answers tomorrow.
I will sell by Friday if news is bad. If they convince me otherwise I will be in for a while. We will see what happens tomorrow.

That should shake a few longs.

FCC article mentions from a month an a half ago, mentions Calypso. They have no clue abou the company, so that is good. Less chance that they will be shut down in the new term if they are in deed a chop shop. Thus, a greater chance to get another pop and get the hell on out.
If they are legit even better.
Blshtry
Vodafone, Telefonica, and French Telecom have a combined Market Capitalization of 341.32 Billion Dollars.
That is sickening. I want to land these three guys this year.
What is the chances that upon successful field trials that one of these giants will just gobble up Calypso and if so, what wouild be the terms of the deal?
A billion stock swap?
Hostile?
What is going to happen?

I am in Iraqi Dinar as well.
High Risk astronomical reward in long term if it pans out.
2000$ buys you 1,500,000 Iraqi Dinar(IQD)
Best place to buy is Ebay.
Not traded in monetray markets, but should be in a year or two. Unless they cancel the currency in the next few years the price will aprreciate. I am hoping for .10 to the dollar. Would net about $200,000 in 5 - 10 years.
In 1989 1 IQD = $3.30 . Crazy. They were .39 during the Saddam sanction years.
Iraq is a different place now obviously. But they still have the 3rd largest oil reserves in the world(and better technology to get at it). They also have either the 1st or 11th largest natural gas reserves, I have seen conflicting reports. Also they have a big brother in the USA. We want them to have a robust economy.
Interesting play.

Fantastic Timewilltell.
Blshtry
See I do have it all figured out.
I am about to yurn 25. I am in college I have very limited funds.
I don't have anywhere near 6000 shares, that is timewilltell. I also have about an equal amount of capital on the side lines ready to enter this stock if appropriate news hits. I also have my own business. I have my bases cover in case this thing explodes. I am averaged in at 1.22. If news hit I put in the rest of my capital pre-market. I refuse to take a lose(at this point) and I may very well do just that, take a big lose, but if news hit I will then put more money in. Very simple. After that happens assuming it does, I will funnel money into a few value companies and continue to look for oppurtunities such as this one, but will swing trade primarily setting stop loss orders to protect investment/profits. My new strategy should make a millionaire within 5 - 10 years easily. Especially if I pull off my upstart company's business plan. I am on the edge of a many great thing.
As to listening to the longs of this board, I do so only because I recognize the potential of the company, I am not here to pusy around, I am here to make money. I firmly believe this is the best oppurtunity in the markets at the moment and I have all my attention on it. I do not care what the hell is posted here, but I do enjoy atmosphere.
Maybe if you have it like I did, you wouldn't be getting upset.
I like how you critisized my English. It is amusing to me that you are so critical of grammar on a casual investment board. Read my professional documents; realize your merger being.

Duder,
Buy low sell high. Der. What did you buy at? And now you mad at the company for you own misguided actions? Come on duder. Suck it up, be a man. I hope you are just trying to keep the pps down so you can regain your $ by swing trading.
But again, do you realy have to perticipate in such activitis, it simple displays your weakness. Is that something you want to do Duder?
Blshtry
Duder
You are obsessed with this security, admit it. You slept for 8 hours and then had to post first thing in morning.
You know what is really cool. There are thousands of people just like you, waiting for the right news to enter this stock. Thousands of people representsing, millions of dollars, just waiting for the time the security demmand entrance. If the news hits we that watch will be rich.
I have decided to funnel more money into my brokerage money market account in anticipation of this news.
Pre-market order, here I come.

Duder,
Try www.stocktracker.com
They offer streaming level II and support it using advertising banners that are built into the program. No pop up no anything else. Just like the add above but it is shown only when the program is being used.
I am not sure if they have CLYW, but they might.

Some clarifaction on the CDMA question.
I am assuming that ASNAP does not yet handle CDMA technology, thus Schilling tell asnap that ASNAP complaments European and Asian markets. CDMA is an American standard. So That may be some of the reason for setbacks, trying to get all standards to work with ASNAP was a bit overwhelming, so what they have done is to perfect GSM switching. CDMA will be in another year and will represent further growth for the company as then they will be able to more completely saturate the US market.
Here is part of an article I found, it is about 10 monthes old. Market shares should be pretty much still in line.
"
"From a purely technological there neither has an advantage. As you move towards 3G, the lines disappear," said Jupitermedia Senior Analyst Joe Laszlo. "It depends on what you prioritize. CDMA does use the radio spectrum better and has a marginal advantage in terms of cost of equipment, but GSM is more widely available."
There are combinations of the two technologies. QUALCOMM, for example, is currently testing a hybrid CDMA/GSM technology in China called GSM1x.
GSM and CDMA platforms have historically been broken down along geographic lines. GSM is used all over Europe, plus many countries in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, South America, Australia, and North America, while the United States is firmly rooted in CDMA and TDMA (define) technology. Asia and Latin America have gotten a blitz of CDMA technology courtesy QUALCOMM, but neither country has established a de facto standard.
CDMA carriers include Verizon, Sprint PCS and QUALCOMM with an estimated number of 67 million users.
GSM holds upwards of 60 percent of the mobile phone market. Backers of the GSM standard include Nokia and Ericsson. The standard uses 900 MHz and 1800 MHz in Europe. In North America, GSM uses the 1900 MHz.
Issa's other motivation for standing behind CDMA is that some of its cell phones include an internal global positioning system (GPS) feature that allows the precision location of callers in times of emergency. The congressman claims European GSM cell phones do not have integrated GPS.
"
The article was dealling with IRAQ's mobile future.
They like CDMA because it is American based.
