Reazo etal....
I frankly don't know how to find the "ghost". All I can say at this point is that those who were in KAA's confidence before and had access to him, open up your lines of communication once again.
We all know how he feels about us shareholders and we've been vocal but now we need to encourage him to at least lay out what has happened, or is to happen without an expectation of love and kisses but true concern over our losses to date.
While I haven't broadcast my activities since moderating this board, I have been busy. I have a large amount of corporate emails, notes, engineering, etc. and I have been in contact with the Senior Executive Officer of Red Cloud Energy and a Director type at Black River Energy and even Melrose Energy in England at the Sr VP level.
Red Cloud Energy did indeed buy some of the Hemi Energy assets, the executive lives here in Los Angeles and has communicated with me indicating his willingness to meet me face to face to discuss the deal. BTW, he revealed that he has wanted to talk to KAA regarding the T&C's of the deal and that he cannot find KAA just like us shareholders. Hmmmmm???
My focus is on identifying what, if anything, still exists as assets within HMGP and possible ways to gain control of the corporation and possibly salvage something.
I need every legitimate shareholder to join in the search for truth. My post requesting shareholder information was pointed out to me as being a violation of IHUB rules and it was removed from the 'sticky notes' by IHUB management.
For those of you that are legitimate current shareholders that want to help, simply contact me usc_cowboy@lycos.com or simply click my 'favorite place' in my profile.
My hope is for the best outcome for ALL of us.

Kels
I don't understand what keeps you here. You are extremely bitter and don't make much of an attempt at fostering any positive outcome as a shareholder of HMGP.
We are all hurting at this point some because of hurt ego's, some due to finances, some due to betrayal. Point is why stay here if you aren't interested in making something positive happen if it is at all possible?
Just my thoughts.
USC
bleeding like everyone else
Has anyone spoken with Kanno recently or even know where he is?
USC
Good Morning All
I have no idea why we are seeing this activity. Been busy reading about 60lbs of documents and reviewing literally several hundred photos regarding Hemi.
Are there any current shareholders out there that are webmasters? If so, contact me regarding a potential project.
Lets find Keith and have him address the shareholders.
USC
Wow, I'm impressed! Before IMD 6,621,200 shares = $13,140
Now after IMD 1,324 shares = $304.52
That my friends is impressive.
What a piece of Shyte!

I find it very hard to believe the doggedness and determination by someone or some entity to keep this TDGI stock sub .05.
Absolutely looks like master manipulation.
The liquidation value based upon only the library is more than a nickel.
Patience is the only course of action here, the share price when it is released????? with rapidly escalate.

Can you give me a 'Readers Digest' synopsis regarding the doings of Mark and Doug as referenced.
USC
Long and Strong holding 1MM shares
Why on earth and who would be working so damn hard to keep this TDGI below a nickel?
Makes no F*^king sense.

Soupman16 .....received your PM, the email address you provided is apparently wrong. Your reference to my email is also incorrect, should read usc_cowboy@lycos.com.

Mere children looking to make lunch money for today, no vision into the future. This is what we've created in our "I want it, I want it now" society.
No patience!
I say good ridance to the whole lot of them, I'll wait for the real growth.

Thanks Kels,
Already know about that, until we flush him out everyone with skin in this game should be forwarding any info to me for the discovery/resurrection initiative. Most of it probably will not pan out but some will.
USC
PETER,
Welcome Back!
Please contact me using my email, I can provide you an update. You can use my favorite link in my profile.

Attention Shareholders....
Is there a current shareholder that would be willing to work/assist me in the discovery/resurrection quest for HEMI?
If so, please read the 'sticky notes' at the top of the postings and provide me with your information.
I am getting to a point wherein material and information being uncovered require a set of legal eyes to review.
Anyone with actual HEMI documents or other verifiable material please send it to me to include in this research project. When complete, the information should be very telling and of interest to all shareholders that decide to participate in this mutual shareholder quest.
USC COWBOY
Kels,
As I posted earlier, when I accepted your apology......
let's don't forget my efforts to engage KAA, read below again.
I did try to get involved, I made myself available to both Keith and Craig, offered to assist/review/comment on petroleum engineering stuff. The email was not responded to by Craig because KAA never let him see it as the emails went to Texas and not Kansas.
KAA never responded and basically blew me off, I must note here that a trip to the stockyards really helped no one as everyone was on the list to be screwed by KAA, whether you went to kiss his ring or stayed home.
Make no mistake here with me and my intentions. I am a current shareholder and will front for the mutual shareholders cooperative that is the fully divulged group of current shareholders who have voluntarily provided confidential information as requested in the 'Sticky note' post at the top of the postings.
The only agenda here is the truth, and anyone that has truth, and it needs to be verifiable, is encouraged to share with the board or if they choose to want to stay private then join with the others as part of the mutual shareholders cooperative.
The IBOX corporate truth is at the top just above the stockwatch chart.
My sincere regards and support of the truth,
USC
Speck...
I'am technically challenger also; however, it seems to me that if the shareholder meeting is live over the internet, you can record the webstream as it is occuring. Would someone with the tech savvy speak up now.
It is a grand idea to have the shareholder meeting archived and avaiable for post shareholder meeting viewing by a new comers.
USC
Would someone post how we are to log on to the webcast shareholder meeting for those who cannot go in person.
TIA Go TDGI!
USC

Apology accepted.

Kels,
What is your agenda here? If you took a look at the IBOX the Hemi Delaware information is there and is complete.
I take exception to your inference that I am not sharing the factual information. You are on notice.
USC
Kels,
I just learned of the redomicile in Delaware 2 days ago. When did you know about it and why didn't you proffer the documentation to the board?
I am putting together the information that I have uncovered in the last 10 days or so and if you will note, the Ibox information that is misleading and erroneous was immediately removed by me.
Just because you have made an apparent turn around in your belief regarding the corporation and its management, you must realize that many of us have endured years of your opposite opinion and at times extreme ridicule of any that challenged information posted in support of KAA and PR's released by KAA himself.
My purpose here is limited, I want only truth and verifiable information posted on this board.
I am asking for information the way I am because I am concerned that we may and most likely will attract persons who do not share my belief that only truth should be posted.
Be patient. More comprehensive one on one discussions can occur via my email contact provided.

Appears that someone or some entity is quietly picking up 2-5 million shares daily on the cheap. Been going on for a while now.
Begs the question, for what purpose and who will benefit?
USC
Sooooo obvious that this is being manipulated, someone wants this to stall and/or retreat a lot of effort being put into the forced market.
JMHCowboyO
Like sharks going through a school of bait fish.
I never use automatic stop/Loss settings for that very reason.

Starting at 15:11 a definite orchestration by MM's to crash it and trigger some stop losses, stealing from the weak.

Kels,
The wallowing in the pig stye as KAA left it will not benefit the existing shareholders, the visitors nor the prospective shareholders.
It is my intent to provide a place where we can, as an intelligent assemblage of individuals, seek out the facts, seek out the assets (if any now exist), and develop a forward looking plan to resurrect the HMGP board and company.
I ask patience by all, we have all suffered, we now have a chance to perhaps succeed where KAA failed.
More to come.
Please all, be civil, discuss and respect others viewpoints.
It is our choice now.
USC
Thank You and I'm glad to have you on board.

Hello Board followers!
I am the new moderator for the board. I am an investor in HEMI and sadly must admit that I have over $15,000 tied up in this stock. I honestly felt that this small O&G enterprise had a future, through apparent mismanagement and lack of attention to details as simple as regular communication and verifiable reporting, the company has faltered.
My background and degree is in Petroleum Engineering granted by USC in Los Angeles CA, with first hand experience in drilling, operations, production lending, advanced EOR techniques, not only theory but applied knowledge. As follows:
Primary production (flowing, beam pumping units, electric submersibles, gas lift, and power-fluid lift), Secondary Production (water injection, gas injection), Tertiary Production (advanced EOR technologies such as traditional steam injection, downhole at sand face steam injection as developed with Sandia National Laboratories, N.M., WAG CO2 injection, Caustic water flooding, Polymer water flooding, with a little specialized training obtained post graduate in genetically engineered microbial innoculated oil reservoirs and Shale Oil production techniques provided by Colorado School of Mines-Golden Colorado).
However, in the last 25 years or so, I've become engaged as a consultant in other forms of government owned lands activity and working with pipeline companies, major utility companies, including solar and wind farm projects.
I guess you could easily surmise that I love the energy industry.
My reason for being here at this time in this capacity, is simply to put a face and voice to the HMGP board site since things have gone so badly over the last couple of years. All I ask of all of you is to be civil, be polite, understand everyone has a equal opportunity to voice their individual opinions and that there just might be some life and future viability in this HMGP stock.
This is a collaborative effort and I would like to get to know and understand each of our 285 or so followers of this stock. I will be reaching out to you for your individual expertise to help in resurrecting this stock if at all possible.
Be patient with me, I currently put in 50-55 hours a week in my current consulting assignment so I will be asking for help. I maintain an email site just for your personal emails to me (usc_cowboy@lycos.com). I am not a premium member so I have no PM privileges, I look forward to my task at hand and wish for a mutually beneficial relationship with each and every one of you.

Hey Gang, I'd like to instigate a discussion of returns on investment based upon peoples personal and professional knowledge.
To wit, my background and technical education is in the oil patch as a petroleum engineer, my personal experience in that industry (as in lease drilling, as a major bank officer in natural resource ending, and O&G Consultant in major EOR projects) with obviously rich people in abundance and very sophisticated investors provides me with the insight as follows:
a) 36 month maximum payout point (all acquisition and development costs recovered not discounted).
b) Market Value of the assets equal 4 years gross income (not discounted).
c) Collateral Value for institutional lending that reflects loan safety factors required by institutional banking equals 2/3rds PWFNR discounted at rates 8% to 20% reflecting asset volatility. (more volatility equals a higher discount % in calculating the PWFNR).
I throw this information out to stimulate discussion in a favorable arena of legitimate investors, not scalpers, shorters, or flip artists. One must keep in mind that solid investors really don't care much about what the investment is in only that it generates a quality based and consistent cashflow. Think of each competing investment opportunity as being a black box that generates cash over a period of time.
All possible investments compete for the same pile of investment capital, so it comes down to quality and quantity of the cashflow being the prime motivator for investment.
USC
Arsmal,
Not so much as 'collusion'; however, there is usually a tight correlation with financial reasons. Who would benefit from a tight sub-market value, i.e..028 - .030 trading range?
In the past experiences I've had, there is usually someone or some entity that has options and they are purposefully holding down the price while they accumulate. An insider would have the answers, it is my belief we have some big insiders that read and post on this board and they need to post now so that we (the trusting longs) can read between the lines since an insider could not spefically divulge information and would not want to betray any confidences they may have with management.
Standard game format between insiders, management and long term solid investors in the public acquisition of shares.
I am just posing my humble Cowboy opinion here since the trading today is so abherant. Yesterday's trading was more like an open and free trading arena, but that was not apparent here today.....manipulation at its finest.
Answer the question as to who benefits from it and you then have your truthful answer.
