NEOM is developing the world's largest green hydrogen plant, a $8.4 billion project in the industrial city of Oxagon, designed to produce green hydrogen using renewable energy. The facility is a joint venture between NEOM, ACWA Power, and Air Products, aiming to produce up to 600 tonnes of carbon-free hydrogen daily by 2027, which will be converted to green ammonia for global export. The project integrates approximately 4 GW of solar and wind power to achieve its production goals, with construction reaching over 80% completion as of mid-2025.
Project details
Location: Oxagon, within the NEOM development in northwestern Saudi Arabia.
Partners: An equal joint venture between NEOM, ACWA Power, and Air Products.
Technology: It will use proven technologies for electrolysis, air separation, and ammonia production, powered by a combined 4 GW of renewable energy from solar and wind farms.
Production: The facility is designed to produce up to 600 tonnes of green hydrogen per day, which will be converted into up to 1.2 million tonnes of green ammonia per year.
Export: The green ammonia will be a cost-effective carrier for exporting hydrogen to global transportation and industrial markets.
Impact: The project is expected to reduce carbon emissions by about 5 million metric tonnes per year.

Financial Close: The project reached a landmark financial close of $8.4 billion in May 2023.
Construction: As of June-July 2025, construction had reached over 80% completion across all project sites, with key equipment already installed.
Commissioning: The project is expected to be commissioned in 2027.

Penny stock traders don’t Black List a person.
Well they will during low volume or stagnation.
But that all goes out the window when volume comes in and a stock is going up.
They look for volume, they look for the reason for volume, news is usually that reason.

AFFU is not a hype stock so people are not jumping in like crazy. MTi needs to show something extraordinary in this next quarterly report and follow through with multiple news releases if AFFU is going to run. Now is the best time with the major markets in the dumps. People are focusing on anything newsworthy that could drive a stock up
If Brito and debt holders really want this MTi merger to work out why don’t they just voluntarily cancel all their debt? Didn’t they get enough shares of AFFU

We know the OneMind Technologies subsidiary has been removed from the Affluence Corp website.
This is the first mention of the OneMind since it disappeared from the company website.
So it appears the Mingothings and the OneMind has been wrapped into one package.
Maybe that is less confusing to customers and stakeholders.

Company's convertible notes payable totaled less than $600,000 as of September 30, 2025, as detailed in Section 3B of the filing. In response to shareholder inquiries regarding recent stock issuances, management notes that this debt balance has continued to decline since quarter end as the Company works through legacy creditor obligations. Management views this as a relatively manageable debt level compared to other OTC issuers and intends to fully settle these balances upon completion of the proposed merger with WRA Holdings, Inc, if not sooner.
Management remains committed to resolving these legacy creditor relationships on terms that protect and enhance shareholder value. The Company has not incurred any new debt financing in over three years and does not intend to pursue dilutive financing arrangements going forward. Yep i bought my 32 shares 4 1/2 years ago at $0.2403
Some may laugh but i had over a million shares at one time mostly bought at .0009 when nobody wanted them. The 32 shares was a mistake and didn’t get sold with the rest by accident.
In reality them 32 shares kept me as a long term stockholder and i kept an eye on the price for years.
As far as completed acquisition i thought that was done a long time ago.
For share structure this has been kept low compared to most other stocks.
It was only 24 million shares or less when i first bought. Now only 423,084,729 outstanding with most of it restricted. Anyone know when the restrictions come off?
Like many stocks this one will have its day again

As a real estate investor tokenization of real estate is not for all real estate.
Lets say you tokenized a property.
Then you sell that token is a bunch of pieces.
Who is getting the property tax bill?
Who is paying that tax bill?
Who does the tax collector notify when the taxes are not paid and are foreclosed on?
Who gets the permits to improve the property?
Lets say you tokenized a hotel room and you sell that token in 1,000 pieces, who can stay in that room?
Lets say code enforcement has an issue with a property that has been tokenized do all pieces of that token get slapped with liens?
Real estate does not need to be tokenized
