Hello? Anybody out there?
Ugh....another Nolan Bushnell failure
damn...that really sucks...burned by big apple for the last time
Wow! You are right! This thing is alive?!
Good find only1stop!!!!
Looks like they may be in stealth mode? And this board has been dead? No moderator keeping track of updates I guess.
So in July they increased the Authorized shares from 200 Million up to 2 Billion.
And increased the Outstanding shares from 17.5 Million up to 1.1 Billion? No Reverses or anything either.
Have you been able to dig up any other good news?

Still have shares of this thing since Bill White was running the show.
Is there any hope that this one will come back to life?
Haven't seen any updates anywhere in awhile.

MANAGEMENT
Green Bridge, through its executive team, staff and consultants, have over 40 years of technical expertise and experience in the retail and industrial cleaning products industry.
David Gubb CEO & President of Green Bridge Industries,Inc.
In 1995, Mr. Gubb started Pro-End which was a wholesale distributor company that sold to other industrial companies. When the Anthrax scare occurred, his company supplied to the United States Postal Service 260,000 Anthrax kits to protect their employees. When the bird flu epidemic came into play Pro-End was again asked to find a product that would protect their employees and they delivered. Pro-End working with chemists and suppliers has successfully developed green, effective, economical cleaning products that work better than any other products being marketed today. So he founded Organic Product Solutions Inc.
In 1983, Mr. Gubb bought an industrial OEM brush company and opened a retail division which sold to hardware stores, supermarkets and drug chains. During this time, he also patented a couple of his brushes. In 1985, He sold his company to Empire Brushes and as part of the deal, became Vice President of the OEM industrial division. In 1995 Rubbermaid bought Empire Brushes giving up their own private label and OEM business. Soon after, Mr. Gubb started a new OEM company called Fusion, Inc. and it currently produces millions of brushes and other cleaning aids items a year for most of the major retail brush companies in the USA. They also ship containers to China and Europe on a consistent basis. And all of this is done domestically in a 50,000 sq ft building they own here in the US.
Mr. Gubb has had tremendous success with his distributor companies and many other privately held companies. One of the biggest being a company he owned and ran successfully for 14 years, at which point he sold to a 1.7 billion dollar distributor.
Mr. Gubb with his knowledge and experience is a great asset to the Green Bridge Industries team. His long term objective is to grow Green Bridge Industries,Inc. into a highly profitable environmentally friendly business!
William White, President of ZAPâ„¢Industries & The Green Bridge Industries
After launching Green Bridge Industries, Inc . in February 2009, Mr. White successfully completed the transition of Green Bridge Industries from a private to a public company in May of 2009. Upon going public he launched the ZAP™ Stain Remover Pen and completed 4 acquisitions of Green Industry Companies. After acquiring the fourth, Organic Product Solutions, Inc. in February 2010, Mr. White stepped into the role of President of 2 of the company’s divisions – ZAP™Industries and The Green Bridge Institute. He has over 20 years of sales and management experience in various industries. Mr. White, between 2008 and 2009, served as Vice President of Sales and Operations for a green cleaning company, where he launched a product line into wowgreen, a network marketing company. Mr. White served as the Beverage Manager, from 2002 to 2007, for a five-state area in the Midwest for Clark National, where he was successful in increasing the product line sales by over 400% and launched a highly successful convenience store program, responsible for 200% of this growth, in his final two years with the company. Between 1995 and 2002, Mr. White served as the District Manager for Sara Lee Coffee and Tea in Western Michigan, where he oversaw three routes and two service technicians, as well as a new account sales force. Mr. White improved bottom line contribution from negative $95,000 to $1.2MM in five years and was awarded the Excalibur Award, the highest achievement award for a District Manager, twice, as well as the Tip Toe Through the Tulips Award, an all expense paid trip to Europe, for achieving the highest liquid coffee sales. Between 1990 and 1995, Mr. White served as a Route Supervisor for Nickels’ Bakery, who’s routes serviced all the bakery needs for every Burger King, Arby’s and Olive Garden Restaurant in the state of Michigan. During this period, Mr. White grew his route system from seven routes, averaging $7,500 per week in sales, to 16 routes, averaging $11,000 per week in sales.

Organic Product Solutions exists coming from this previous PR where Brightside was a subsidiary of Organic Products which GRBG bought in November 09:

David Gubb, now the CEO of GRBG, was President of Brightside.
Take it for what it's worth...because I'm not really sure.
They were added automatically.
Got my GRBT dividend shares...
Amazing...never thought I'd see the day. Do I dare say they may actually be legitimate afterall...perhaps just a wee bit lazy then since they're 2 months late. Nonetheless, Bill made good on his word.
Big Apple is still on board big time. Just got a call from them regarding GRBG. But nothing to offer...they are eagerly anticipating news is all.
I would think that if this will truly wipe out or crush current GRBG shareholders, then Bill will be in for some hard times with the SEC. Just about every PR he writes he says "This acquisition will bring value to our loyal shareholders." (or something of that effect)
I would think he would have learned something from EESO and keeping things clean, that repetitive statement just sets him up for many problems if he knows of it actually being a bad deal for loyal shareholders.
Which is why I keep thinking positive news is likely.
Okay...understandable. But how does a R/S fit into all the companies that were acquired with restricted shares the last 6 months?
30 Mil shares @ 0.03 for TrakIT
15 Mil shares @ 0.013 for Shot Spirits
10 Mil shares @ 0.03 for Organic Products
etc
etc
Being restricted, why wouldn't these acquisitions be screwed in the process too?
Huh...earlier today it was in Default.
And the latest File Date for list of Officers, which was due on 10/31, shows that it was Filed today 12/2/09:
http://www.nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=xzO5um%252fMI77bTmvcjCQJWA%253d%253d&CorpName=GREEN+BRIDGE+INDUSTRIES,+INC.
Just glad everything is up-to-date either way.
Looks like it just got updated to Active. Hooray!
And Bill is still President, but resigned as Secretary & Treasurer. Now Rebekah White holds those positions. His wife? Wonder what that job pays.
No idea. Everytime I think about the progress that has been made and the new products on the horizon with huge potential it looks good. And the fact they are at least trying to make an attempt to market these things (even as fruitless as having a tiny booth at various trade shows with thousands of other vendors) and supposedly going to be in stores. I don't think this big marketing/celebrity push is going to help sell anything if they only have the products on a limited traffic website. They need to be in stores simultaneously. The masses are lazy, people will buy if its easy and can throw it in their shopping cart or pick up the phone at 3am and buy it from the ShamWow guy, you get the idea. Maybe it's all ready to go, and they have an exciting distribution on the brink of execution. But we have yet to see it really out there in the marketplace, which means the rest of the world isn't buying it.
But, I then look back at the quarterly report showing the huge increase in shares authorized and oustanding. And combined with Big Apple's less than gleaming past with other stocks and large selling of the shares a couple months ago...I tend to think they may want just enough regular volume to keep a steady interest to sell stock to make money.
These shells they've been acquiring with shares/cash are a bit confusing as well.
I guess it depends if management truly doesn't care about the share price and is selling shares regularly to pay salaries or if it's sub-penny value is actually turning their stomach in knots like some upset shareholders I have read about on here.
Anyways...to answer your question. No idea. I don't know what their game plan is (except for them to make money, as it is with any company). It would be nice if that includes making the stock increase in value again. That would sure be swell of them.
Nonetheless, it's all very interesting to see which road they take. And in the end, maybe we'll all be rich, but no one honestly knows 100% for sure how its going to play out except the officers running GRBG and Big Apple.
You think they are trying to make the move up to Fully Reporting, instead of their limited status? Wow

Seems as though Mr. White and Mr. Sullivan got connnected with JumpStart Marketing (Richard Cotler & Steve Lieberman) at the Darryl Strawberry Golf Tournament they were at a couple months back. Richard and Steve are both on the Committee for it:
http://www.darrylstrawberry.net/golfouting2007.html
...and per Manta's website, there are only 2 employees at Jumpstart.
http://www.manta.com/coms2/dnbcompany_75xvpk
Seems as though they are tied in with the celebs, but not an actual big corporation per se.
The phone # listed on Manta for JumpStart is also the same one listed on that Strawberry foundation link under "Committee".
The business address for Jumpstart is a residential address, as displayed by google maps.
Seems like these guys are connected with the right people. Hope it works.
Website for their NY Marketing Company?

Okay. Makes sense.
Alright...found some info on Brightside Products LLC.

Isn't Brightside the LLC and a private subsidiary of Amsoil? And the products are Briteside?
http://www.texassynthetics.com/products/brightside_products/brightside_t6_cleaning_concentrate.html
http://classic.amsoil.com/products/automotive/index.aspx
"Now, every cleaning chore – in the house, garage and yard – can be done with one concentrated cleaner. Introducing BriteSide T6 Cleaning Concentrate, a revolutionary new formula that tackles the toughest cleaning jobs, yet, when diluted with water, is safe and effective on nearly every surface or material. The name, BriteSide T6 (Task six) Cleaning Concentrate, represents six categories of application that encompass virtually all cleaning chores.
"Water-based BriteSide T6 Cleaning Concentrate is biodegradable and an environmentally safe replacement for heavy-duty petroleum cleaning solvents. It's easy to clean up spills or dispose of BriteSide T6 – simply flush it down the drain with water."
Seems like the product line fits.

"Under New Management"
Got this in an email a few days ago...interesting cartoon drawing with the pissed off Devil Guy yelling at the little scared guy.
Really under new management? Anyways...thought was interesting.
Couldn't resist this coincidence:
Uwinks spinoff of the new co. is called Tapcode Holdings and this is the intro on Wikipedia if you look up 'Tap code': (obviously there is a legit meaning to this...but a bit humorous with all that's gone on with the company)
Tap code
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
(Redirected from Tap Code)
The tap code is a cipher, commonly used by prisoners to communicate with one another. The method of communicating is usually by "tapping" either the metal bars or the walls inside the cell, hence its name.
FWIW....Regarding the entire trade date, record date, ex-div date, etc etc. I sold a couple thousand shares in a separate account mainly for tax purposes, and curiousity over the arguing here. This trade was executed on the 17th.
Yesterday I received an equivalent amount of Tapcode Hldgs. It is free and clear and was double checked for good delivery by both my clearing firm and the transfer agent.
Have a good day all....back to your normally scheduled pissing contests.
So...as of today UWKI is now delisted and traded on the pink sheets. Ironically, today is Nolan's Birthday as well.
thanks
Hi Net,
Got room for one more?
Thanks
So a "No" from Raw I take it. Anyone else?
Anyone spoken with someone other than minimum wage employees at uwink lately?
Just wondering what management's feeling currently is with the PPS. I know there were at least a few people on this board who claimed to have correspondence with Nolan, Nancy, Alissa, etc etc frequently.
Hmmm...where's this elusive media/PR blitz?
Wow....Fantastic Grand Opening Party....rolled out the red carpet and lots of food and booze a flowing. Hoorah! At 10pm on the dot, the games page added a more adult oriented Games Tab...with Maxim sponsored girlies in bikinis to choose which picture is different than the other. More Grand opening festivities tomorrow.....
