What are you even talking about?
I would love to if I was green
You need to learn about pharmaceutical financing.
The one you missed in you're DD
No you just don't understand how penny land works:)
Haha ok what ever. I mean it's pretty well known that "smart money" cannot invest client's funds in ultra high risk securities such as penny stocks which is defined as a stock trading under $5 a share.
How do you figure? It's under $5 per share
Bankers/hedge fund managers etc. get greedy here? So like even though they can't touch AEZS shares they get greedy?
I really doubt it considering you mentioned the market to book ratio (irrelevant), and you are saying your target is twice what analysts say. Also, you want to vote no for the R/S which is just going to get them delisted. So yea I'm sure you know a lot, just not business.
That's IF they get an offer, the R/S is the only option regardless of what you finance ignorant people think
Well I don't know where that comes from based on the September 25 article that says they have 447,000,000 shares outstanding. O/S times share price is market cap. But if the market cap is assumed to be a reliable valuation method for the corporation then I don't know business. The CAPM or IRR or NPV is much better.
The market cap is still 40 million: 447,000,000 O/S X $0.0960 = $41,374,500 market capitalization? I'm not sure why everyone is saying the market cap is decreasing, it's not.
Oh wow, yea that's quite a play. Yea if they have to do one with AEZS hopefully it works out well.
Yea I can agree to that, there are many factors that go into it. I believe the company I saw it benefit was on the NASDAQ.
Right, it sort of is in some cases. They do an R/S and then continue to let the share price fall. They just get the ability to let the price fall with no consequences. But I've also seen a R/S raise share price then it continued to surge after. It all depends on the company, industry, reason for R/S, management, O/S, and capital structure.
How is this leaked news? It says it is "expected" to be FDA approved. Plus what about the CRL from earlier this year? That was supposed to be the next newest and best thing ever.
This board is a circus
How is it nonsense?
Hahaha nice!
Red with high volume?
So here's a question for everyone, has anyone received a strange phone call from the SEC regarding an interview about OXGN?
Is there any hope for this company? Any future value? Any opinions?
No news and half the volume as the last two days? That's a red flag for a decrease in price.
Sounds like you don't know how to read, I'm in at .95
No I have to make my money the old fashioned way, not by getting paid to pump.
I see a lot of wannabe bag holders bought today, a nice strong pump n' dump today it seems like. My bag is pretty heavy though, in at $0.95.
Does anyone have any real insight on this company? What value is there in the future? I am long and holding but this is scary.
Does anyone have any thoughts on the delisting notice? Any opinions?
Is anyone still in this? I'm just watching my money disappear...
Here we go again
Yeah it seems to be an odd situation, I cannot seem to figure out why they are doing it.
Okay so Von Allmen and Co. have purchased a put option that gives them the right to sell their shares to Ferdinand. That makes more sense. Thanks!
This looks like a put option contract? He has the right, NOT the obligation to sell the shares if the price drops, why is this positive?
Please stop
What do these posts mean? Can you please elaborate?
Wow, came back to pump more I see
Yep, all the way up to .71, stop pumping please
Down 2.59% and that's a strong close??? It went down today an it's going to go even higher tomorrow? By your logic I hope it goes down because that would mean up 2.59%
That's good, maybe instead of arguing with me you can actually do some research and find an accurate price target.
Notice one thing, I'm not bashing AEZS, I'm not posting negative remarks, I'm not on Yahoo, and I'm not posting something in all caps every ten minutes. I'm tired of reading how this company is going to go up like crazy with no evidence. Also, how can you say the price is going up and up and up when it's down almost 5% today? You make no sense.
