I remember those days
Invested a 100 grand. $5.90 Wowee took about 5 years for it to be worth 17,000 when I got out part way. But I still have thousands of shares and high hopes. Funny to see signs of life after all this time.
Hope you sub-penny guys make a buck or two.
As for Myself, and some others who intermittently read here, sadly, we may not have much of a real chance to ever get even.

Yes Sir, The opening price will probably just a little, a couple cents, lower than the closing the day prior. BUT THAT WONT LAST LONG. Up Up Up we go.
There won't be a price set nor a drift toward it.
This is gonna be great.
My point is no one will set that price. it will be the price VRRB closes at the day prior to the up list. An IPO will have a price set but a PO will not.
The price will be the share price the day prior to the uplist not more or less.
Guys my understanding of the process seems to differ from yours.
This is a PO not an IPO.
Changing from one exchange to another in itself does not add value to the stock.
No one will "set" the share price and announce that amount in advance. It wont happen that way.
Whatever VRRB closes at one day VERB will open the next day at the same price just on a different exchange.
That is the real process.
All this other talk is well meant but may be incorrect.

Must have intended to type $10.00 or maybe 1.00 pre-RS
But no one could think the share price will be 1.00 this Friday. No way.
Please read the following;
JR30 said "The underwriter is usually an investment bank that employs IPO specialists. These bankers ensure that the firm satisfies all regulatory requirements, such as filing with the appropriate bodies and depositing all fees, and makes all mandatory financial data available to the public. Next, and perhaps most importantly, the underwriter contacts large prospective buyers of stock, such as mutual funds and insurance companies who have large sums of money to invest. The underwriter takes the pulse of prospective buyers and then recommends an IPO price to the firm.
This is the price at which the shares will be sold. An excessive price may leave the firm with unsold stock, while a price that is too low will mean forgone revenue from the stock sale."
This is a GREAT post.
This is what is going to happen.
And this will happen at some point prior to the IPO.
I think that is when all the shorting stops?
Great post
I'm just askin but if the IPO share price was set at say $9.00 wouldn't the share price move to and stay close to or just below $9.00
Am I correct that after the "forecasted" IPO price is set and made public the shorting will stop?
T D A just took a sell at $153.00 That's my magic number, seems a long way but we are holden strong. Never sold a share.
Wowee for you this is real positive.
Why not lose the Pinocchio stuff in your posts Rory has earned that much respect.
Question, Will they announce the purposed IPO price in advance of the IPO date?
I recall GM opened somewhat below the "target" IPO price, yet I think I remember other stocks that opened way, way above the "projected" IPO price. ??
Well feel better. Thanks guys I guess there is hope. I know we can only hold on for a little while or the shorts will get us. I have now 6700 reasons to hope this happens as quick as is reasonable.
DaFonz said "So no one thinks the shorts will touch this?"
Sure they will, I hope not but can anyone tell us why they wont?
I'm in this deep and for 19 months never sold a share and added every time I could.
But I too think we will close next week in the red.
I just hope we don't get killed to less than 4 bucks.
Boy I hope I am wrong.
After Monday I will have shares @ $7.65 I understand that.
Three questions when will they announce the purposed IPO share price, about how long until the IPO and wont the share price be taken down in the interim?
It is at the very, very bottom left of the page. All the way down.
About the lawsuit
Am I correct in thinking, in the eyes of the law, which ever party generated the contract is very very important?
If EMA generated the agreement then nFUSZ can say "we just did not catch there mistake"
And a reasonable judge may well say "yes there was a mistake"
But if FUSZ generated the agreement and in affect they say " well, we were so under qualified - we just made a mistake". Then I think the same judge could say "Boys you wrote it, you signed it, you made the deal, sell/release the shares
Is that how it is?
You are incorrect. Don't you know how uninformed you are?
The longs here are Laughing at you.
Why post this BS, do a little DD
Is it the exchange rate KBEV is .50 Canadian and SNOVF is .363 American
It looks like I can buy SNOVF on TD Ameritrade @ .363
Why would a person want to buy KBEV ?
Is that so shares can be bought at a lower cost?
and why does SNOVF post @ .363
And why does KBEV post at .50
are they the same company just on different exchanges?
I'm tryin to understand.
Tommy
Good day,
are the postings about expecting or wanting a buy out some kind of Bull stuff?
Why would nFUSZ sell itself for only $10 a share. One day soon when we are at say $7 will 10 look all that attractive?
Won't Fusz most likely go to 10 very soon on its own? I would think much higher than that.
But here and there I see postings about buy out - buy out - why do we want that?
Or do we?

Morning, and hi there.
I was wondering if anyone has sampled the beverage?
I remember a drink called "Jolt Cola" on the can it said " Twice the sugar and all the caffeine the law will allow"
We drank it for the buzz and I'm sure it was truthful but it was not flavorful.
Koios is a little spendy as they say, it better taste great. It better make you want more next time.
Does it?
I want to buy shares but if you have to make yourself drink cuz it does not taste good. You all understand I'm sure and I know it comes in 4 flavors but do they taste good?
Thanks Tommy
Could anyone please post a link to the SHAC from today when it is available?
Thanks Tommy
Wanted to say thanks for going, and staying focused, this is important stuff.
That's what we needed, someone who knew what they were looking at and would stay at it. Thanks.
'speculations' don't let a comment from some 'jerk water' bug you.
You keep your posts comin, boy last couple days have been hard, the longs held, but wowee
Get some rest, gettin back home is always nice.

Good afternoon,
How about a forecast for tomorrow?
What will the low of the day be and what time does that occur?
I bet many here wish they new that answer.
Tommy
Morning, Wont there be great demand for shares prior to the uplist?
Just the news of being ready and starting the uplist process should drive share value and demand?
Then after the uplist happens, here we go again?
If everyone knows share price will rise after the uplist wont there be buying on the news?
Tommy in Tampa
So today we pass milestone #5 ?
Then next week we pass milestone #6 ?
Gonna need to add more stones ?
Tommy
$ 0.09 x 2 = $0.18 (Milestone #1) Jan.
$ 0.18 x 2 = $0.36 (Milestone #2) Feb.
$ 0.36 x 2 = $0.72 (Milestone #3) Mar.
$ 0.72 x 2 = $1.44 (Milestone #4) Mar.
$ 1.44 x 2 = $2.88 (Milestone #5)
$ 2.88 x 2 = $5.76 (Milestone #6)
$ 5.76 x 2 = $11.52 (Milestone #7)
$11.52 x 2 = $23.04 (Milestone #8)
We know you are not a dude. Glad you got in when you did.
Being up a couple bucks is fun.

How Funny
The nice lady from TD Ameratrade called to welcome me cuz I once had a Scottrade account.
She said I see you have shares in only one company. I told her I was about to hit the home run of a life time and that she should take a good look at FUSZ. I told her they were going to up list and this was the week for her to make a move.
So I gave the TD lady a stock tip. I wonder if she was smart enough to look at FUSZ?
Hold on to your shares, we have done real at good holding shares.
When this takes off it could double in one day.
Then still, hold your shares.

What do we think will happen today?
Will we open green and never look back?
Or will it trade like yesterday with a midday pull back to below $2 then up in the afternoon to finish green?
Not what we want but what do we think will happen?
Thanks in advance Tommy in Tampa
Is there a link to the SHAC
Please
OK guys I'll confess my investing in FUSZ secret strategy.
I SOLD EVERYTHING, all the bitcoin, blockchain the weed stocks even the beloved Disney. Some were winners but the dadgum bitcoin was down maybe 30 or more %. I sold some of it at a loss.
For me it was the smartest thing I could have done, I'm up 113%. The bitcoin shares would have come back by the end of the year but I will be in Hawaii by then.
I'm all in this one stock knowing full well there are other investment strategies
FUSZ, hold and be rich, Tommy
Sir, Why would you post this when you and everyone here knows the facts are just not correct. Why repost it?
Tommy
Night all,
I tell everyone I can about FUSZ to the point that my 92 year old motherinlaw invested today at $1.56. Then she thought about it, dumped all her "dog" stocks and bought additional shares.
Hot Dog.
Last week when I had heart surgery the doctor ask why I bleed PURPLE I told them "I'm nFUSZ through and through". I think he invested too.
Night, maybe I can sleep some tonight.

None of us have anything to gain if you buy shares here.
All of us would probably advise you to buy shares here.
Do your easy DD here then make yourself rich.

Mostly wanted to say hi, I held and added shares.
Even my nephew who's funds were slow to settle bought his very first 1000 shares @.99 in his brand new Etrade account. He's up 30%
Everyone is happy.
