Anyone else having problems loading charts for annotation? An on and off problem the last few days in addition to the other one.
From Stockcharts..This should fix it
Thanks for those messages Mike. We have removed the problem server from our site and our developers are looking at it now. Please let us know if you are still seeing the problem currently (about 11am Eastern).
Yes. It started slowly by gradually slowing the charts until it froze my charts. Especiallt when trying to annotate. For a few days there was no error message, just enormous frustration. These 500 errors (which means Stockcharts internal server poroblem) began appearing a day or so ago long after the problem was apparent. Where all the explanation marks are I have deleted my name. In case anyone hasn't seen one yet, this is what they look like.

This problem has been aroud for days. I thought it was something to do with my systems but my son said it was a server problem at stockcharts. (He is a network architect)
Well, what a mess. Stockcharts is ignoring the problem. I have had this for a while (java problem). They said everything was fine on their end. Passing the buck. Maybe they spend all their time on that golf course across the street. I deleted the rest of the message. It was not very polite. Being a member for years does not help. I am ging to have to prepare plan B. Good charts-terrible support.
Slow loading again.
They have trouble with repeating problems.
I cannot annotate or see different time frames. I can view my lists but that is it. Very frustrating.

It's OK. Don't need the money anyway. :)
Yup....
So it would seem. First thing Monday morning is a great time
Same problem they have had for years EOM
Me too
Notice how we are kept informed.
Count me in on the weekly chart problem.
working now.
Yup. Down here also.
Good. I thought they were closed for the holidays. g
Maybe Stockcharts will acknowledge the problem. Nah...
Yes.
Hmmm. This is getting expensive.
Thanks for the information.
OK now.
Charts down this morning? No pics.
Seems to be back on track.
Charts not loading at the moment?
Charts down again?
I wonder how long it will take them to inform us of the problem. Last time it was a couple of hours. Not that it matters. "Our data feed is down" is easy to remember.
Say it ain't so....not again.
This site has never worked 360 days without a problem. This is another data feed mess. It is re-curring even when they switched to another vendor. Been going on a couple of years now.
They are not interested in keeping us informed.
Ah, anyone else having loading problems again?
Working now.
Yeah, think of all the bad trades I am not making. :)
Seems it does't want to load.
Anyone else having problems today?
It's back now.
