As intelligent as management(all companies) was to position themselves strategically to dominate their relative sectors I can take a guess they assumed that there may be a few shareholders that could be able to see it as well , but usually only longs put that type of energy to understand such things. And the financier was a genius btw , my Hat is off with that one.
