AXE reported last Q. recently. Lots of cash but much faster rate of 'spending', like moving head Office, hiring more employees. Sales up but not keeping pace with expenses.
To boot, Coventree's woes touch AXE. About $1.7M of their fund is tied in with COF in what was supposed to be most secured investment.
AXE has dropped under $0.90 and will need concrete revenues to reverse the trend (or a NVIDIA super deal!)

My take? Possible quick turn around if buying under.90. DD!!!!

NVIDIA (NVDA), now the major shareholder of AXE will attend 2 conferences. May 16 in San Fran; May 22 in Boston.
Don't know if it will effect either stock. A presence usually helps.
Also heard of, possibly, another one in June, in the 50th state and that it could be very interesting. Can anyone confirm?

AXE is in a latent period. New partnership are not a guarantee of new contracts within a week or so...
I'm surprised by AXE going for $1.05 or less. Patience.
Heard not to expect too much for a while but to hold...

All I found out isn't much. Looks like warrants under a dollar are being exercised and later sold for profit. Guess I'd think about that myself if I had some.
The next quarter result is due relatively soon. Sales (revenues) will have improved, of course, but it's a long way from huge increases. It may still help the share price.
As long as there are sellers ready to take a profit, no matter what, we'll have opportunities to buy low and sell right back.
Take this week: buying at 1.25 or less, selling at 1.35 or more.
Money is money!

AXE dropped a bit, this morning. $1.21. I'm trying to find out if there is cause for concern or if it is just, for example, a case of winners cashing in.
As soon as I hear, I'll post again. Meanwhile, if anyone's interested in Acceleware, don't hesitate to post here.

Following Nvidia, Acceleware announced a brokered private placement worth $8M. A unit cost $1.30 for one share and one half warrant. A full warrant can be converted to a regular share for $2.00.

This is why AXE is now trading in the $1.30 to $1.50 range.
IMO, with these new partners, this one could really take off.
